Berisha i arror\u00ebve dhe malet e zhveshur t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u2026 Rreth 53 % e sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00eb, ishte e mbuluar me pyje. Nd\u00ebrsa sot nuk dihet me sakt\u00ebsi, se sa do t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb inventarizimi i pyjeve dhe kullotave, po ne nuk e kemi k\u00ebt\u00eb informacion dramatic. Z\u00ebra studimor\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur tregojn\u00eb se gjeohap\u00ebsira shqiptare ka sot jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 19.8 % t\u00eb mbulimit pyjor<\/p>\n

Berisha, teksa inaguronte impiantin prodhimit t\u00eb Biokarburanteve, n\u00eb Porto Romano u ngaz\u00ebllye dhe iu kthye fjalim-mbajtjeve t\u00eb tij eruptive. K\u00ebshtu erdhi energjia, biomasa bioenergjia\u2026kur befas futi krahun e buldozierit t\u00eb tij, s\u00ebrish tek plahrat dhe Aleanca e saj dhe prap\u00eb p\u00ebr votat\u2026Nj\u00eb trazim allaberish\u00eb, para shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb lodhur, q\u00eb nuk mund t\u2019ua err\u00ebsosh m\u00eb shikimin me terma t\u00eb till\u00eb, kur jan\u00eb disa antivepra t\u00eb dukshme, n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e sotme shqiptare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat, ai kurr\u00eb nuk flet. E kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuria e madhe pyjore, n\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb pahsh\u00ebmbullt, n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e ngrohjes globale. N\u00eb sfond t\u00eb fjalimeve t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb reliev, si nj\u00eb mashtrim regjisorial, ai mban nj\u00eb imazh gjelb\u00ebrimi pyjesh, t\u00eb cilin e sjell nga pas, kudo q\u00eb shkon. Ai imazh m\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kanos\u00ebs se sa inspirues, tek shqiptar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Pak m\u00eb par\u00eb se biokarburantet Berisha shp\u00ebrtheu fantazin\u00eb e arr\u00ebve dhe bajameve, planatcioneve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbillen n\u00eb ato lugina malore, ashtu si\u00e7 ka folur p\u00ebr mbjellje sk\u00ebnderbejane t\u00eb ullinj\u00ebve pambarim(!!!)<\/p>\n

Por asnj\u00eb her\u00eb ai nuk e tha nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr pyjet shqiptare.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebtu n\u00eb Porto Romano, ai u thirri biokarburanteve m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tij politike, sepse edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ai duhet t\u00eb dij\u00eb se i duhen ligje t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe nj\u00eb strategji komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb s\u2019mund t\u00eb izolohet vet\u00ebm k\u00ebtu, por n\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb bot\u00ebn bimore shqiptare. V\u00ebrtet e nes\u00ebrmja e sigurimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb mund t\u2019u b\u00ebj\u00eb vend biokarburanteve po kjo do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte ndryshime t\u00eb peizazheve gjeohap\u00ebsiniore bimore. Nd\u00ebrkaq ne kemi nj\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi e kredhur n\u00eb d\u00ebshtim, nj\u00eb pylltari gati n\u00eb braktisje fatale, nd\u00ebn nj\u00eb qiell t\u00eb ngrohes globale t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar. Inaguroi impiantin e biokarburanteve dhe foli p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb past\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

Ai flet aty me pasion p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb tjera inagurime rr\u00ebzillit\u00ebse, se si n\u00ebp\u00eb lugina do t\u00eb mbillen arr\u00eb, bajame, se n\u00eb shpate do t\u00eb mbillen ullinj\u00eb, diku moll\u00eb dhe fiq, planatcione t\u00eb fantazis\u00eb s\u00eb tij t\u00eb ndezur, por askurr\u00eb nuk i hodhi syt\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019po b\u00ebhet me natyr\u00ebn e vendit t\u00eb tij, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb vijohet me k\u00ebt\u00eb masak\u00ebr t\u00eb pash\u00ebmbullt. P\u00ebr po\u00ebrmbytjet n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb e Shkod\u00ebr dhe dallg\u00ebzimit t\u00eb detit, ai iu drejtua \u201ceklipsit t\u00eb H\u00ebn\u00ebs\u201d<\/p>\n

Si nuk e hodhi v\u00ebshtrimin, tek shkat\u00ebrrimi lumenjve dhe shfryt\u00ebzimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb ngurta n\u00eb ta, t\u00eb veprimit njer\u00ebzor t\u00eb pakontrolluar, si nuk u shqet\u00ebsua se si jan\u00eb zbuluar k\u00ebto pejsazhe t\u00eb rralla plot pyje, q\u00eb tani pothuajse jan\u00eb n\u00eb fundin e tyre, t\u00eb prer\u00eb apo t\u00eb djegur nga viti n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n

Si nuk i shkoi mendja se duke hartuar nj\u00eb strategji komb\u00ebtare, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr plehrat dhe importin e tyre nga jasht\u00eb, q\u00eb si\u00e7 paralajm\u00ebrojn\u00eb specialist\u00ebt, e shton rrezikun ndot\u00ebs krahas dor\u00ebs s\u00eb mizore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkulur, prer\u00eb e djegur at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb mushk\u00ebris\u00eb frym\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebvse e frym\u00ebp\u00ebrt\u00ebrit\u00ebse prej pyjeve dhe bim\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, pra: shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb Flor\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Faun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb tilla shkat\u00ebrrimi, q\u00eb kan\u00eb ndodhur tek ne, mund t\u2019i sjell\u00eb vet natyra me t\u00ebrmetet, v\u00ebrshimet, cunamet, apo lav\u00ebn vullkanike, s\u00ebmundjet katastrofale bimore, po e k\u00ebtill\u00eb, si kjo e nj\u00ebzet\u00eb vjet\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit me pyjet shqiptare, zor se mund t\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb planetin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Tani, kjo rrug\u00eb ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb shesh, \u00ebsht\u00eb zbuluar dhe nuk e ka m\u00eb at\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb ruajtur brenda atij pejsazhi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm. Goj\u00ebdh\u00ebnat dhe legjendat jetojn\u00eb atje, sapo del n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb 1400 met\u00ebr mbi nivelin e detit, ku ishin dikur l\u00ebndina e rrethuara, me drur\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb ku Gjergji st\u00ebrviste ushtrin\u00eb e tij. Dhe \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebri Gjergji? Thon\u00eb se ai nxori at\u00eb shpat\u00ebn e tij dhe n\u00eb sy t\u00eb mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve e teksa e nguli n\u00eb Dheun rr\u00ebz\u00eb shk\u00ebmbinj\u00ebve thirri me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb : \u201cDil uj\u00eb, t\u00eb pij\u00eb kaloria\u201d Ashtu b\u00eb, k\u00ebtu n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb 1400 metra mbi nivelin e detit.<\/p>\n
