Hyrja e qytetit tashm\u00eb i p\u00ebrngjan Venecias, aq sa qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nisur t\u2019i quajn\u00eb varkat e ushtris\u00eb q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00eb si \u201cGondolat e Xhabijes\u201d. Tashm\u00eb, \u201cgondolat\u201d jan\u00eb i vetmi mjet transporti edhe p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e lagjeve t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb qytetit. Kjo situat\u00eb aspak e zakont\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, ka krijuar panik dhe frik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Niveli i ujit brenda hyrjeve t\u00eb pallateve, ka arritur n\u00eb 60 centimetra, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb e gjith\u00eb lagjja \u201cXhabie\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn uj\u00eb. Makina t\u00eb mbuluara nga uji, dyqane t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura, njer\u00ebz q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb nga katet e larta t\u00eb pallateve pasi kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb izoluar, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb dalin n\u00ebp\u00ebr uj\u00eb, duke larguar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb jo e vog\u00ebl q\u00eb l\u00ebviz me varka, madje disa me motor. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pamja gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb djeshme n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. L\u00ebvizja e shum\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve me varka ka t\u00ebrhequr v\u00ebmendjen e shum\u00eb kureshtar\u00ebve q\u00eb vinin nga lagjet e larg\u00ebta t\u00eb qytetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb qytetit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga p\u00ebrmbytjet shat\u00eb lagje: \u201cBah\u00e7all\u00ebk\u201d, \u201cTophan\u00eb\u201d, \u201cKiras\u201d, \u201cA.Haxhia\u201d, \u201cS.Halili\u201d, \u201cAjas\u00ebm\u201d dhe \u201cShirok\u00eb\u201d. Por p\u00ebr momentin, situata \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb problematike n\u00eb lagjen \u201cBah\u00e7all\u00ebk\u201d, ku niveli i ujit ka arritur gati nj\u00eb met\u00ebr. Ajo q\u00eb po krijon m\u00eb shum\u00eb panik, \u00ebsht\u00eb situata n\u00eb lagjen \u201cXhabie\u201d. Nd\u00ebrsa niveli i ujit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Pazarit, vet\u00ebm 200 met\u00ebr pa hyr\u00eb n\u00eb lagjen \u201cXhabie\u201d, ka arritur deri n\u00eb 70 centimetra, duke p\u00ebrmbytur disa pika karburanti dhe dyqane.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbytja e pikave t\u00eb karburantit ka krijuar jo pak probleme, pasi uj\u00ebrat q\u00eb sjell lumi Buna p\u00ebrzihen me karburantin q\u00eb del nga depozitat. Nga e gjith\u00eb kjo situat\u00eb jan\u00eb me qindra dyqane dhe sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb qytetit. Tashm\u00eb e gjith\u00eb v\u00ebmendja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb niveli i rritur i liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs q\u00eb ka fryr\u00eb lumin Buna, nga ana tjet\u00ebr derdhja pengohet nga prurjet tep\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Drinit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb tashm\u00eb Buna t\u00eb futet brenda n\u00eb qytet.<\/p>\n<p>Situata aktuale n\u00eb lagjet periferike t\u00eb qytetit nuk ka l\u00ebn\u00eb jasht\u00eb panikut dhe banor\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u jan\u00eb drejtuar dyqaneve p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb ushqime rezerv\u00eb dhe uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm nga frika e krijimit t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb situate t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Gjithashtu problem \u00ebsht\u00eb ndotja nga uj\u00ebrat e zeza, duke krijuar problem p\u00ebr higjien\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb shum\u00eb zona mungon energjia elektrike pasi disa kabina jan\u00eb n\u00ebn uj\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa zona t\u00eb tjera energjia \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye sigurie. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Shtabit t\u00eb Emergjencave n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr raportojn\u00eb shifra alarmante. 4500 familje jan\u00eb tashm\u00eb t\u00eb evakuuara, por q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb pasi shum\u00eb jan\u00eb larguar vet\u00eb tek t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit, pa pritur urdhrat e autoriteteve dhe ndihm\u00ebn e ushtris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb 10350 hektar\u00eb tok\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebn uj\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkaq rreth 1560 familje kan\u00eb prezenc\u00eb uji n\u00eb banesat e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa 740 sht\u00ebpi raportohen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura plot\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb v\u00ebmendja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar aktualisht te qyteti i Shkodr\u00ebs, pasi rreziku aty \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dend\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, por situata n\u00eb fshatrat e N\u00ebnshkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb katastrofike. Oboti, Velipoja, Darragjati, Shirqi e shum\u00eb fshatra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb mbuluar nga uji.
