Kjo ishte pyetja q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebri Anila Basha mua, si njeri t\u00eb zanatit, n\u00eb telefon m\u00eb 10 t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, teksa d\u00ebgjonte n\u00eb televizor debatin midis Gjergj Bojaxhiut, drejtor i Inspektoratit t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit dhe Niko Peleshit, kryetar i Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nuk ta them dot me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, &#8211; ja ktheva. Bindja ime \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb vende si Shqip\u00ebria, ku gj\u00ebrat jan\u00eb t\u00eb paqarta e t\u00eb pap\u00ebrcaktuara, t\u00eb nisura e t\u00eb pabitisura, t\u00eb th\u00ebna e t\u00eb pashkruara, t\u00eb shkruara e t\u00eb pazbatuara, n\u00eb \u00e7do lloj konflikti, i madh a i vog\u00ebl qoft\u00eb, askush nuk ka as t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, dhe as t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht gabim. Nga komuniteti i arkitekt\u00ebve t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs ka pasur shum\u00eb ankesa (gj\u00eb e rrall\u00eb kjo) p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb studim, p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket nd\u00ebrhyrjeve me nd\u00ebrtime t\u00eb larta n\u00eb disa zona t\u00eb qytetit, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb edhe ata kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, Bashkia fillon t\u00eb zbatoj\u00eb nj\u00eb element t\u00eb k\u00ebtij studimi, q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me riformulimin e sheshit p\u00ebrpara kinema \u201cMorav\u00ebs\u201d. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, edhe b\u00ebnte fakt t\u00eb kryer Studimin, por edhe duke sistemuar sheshin, n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqte opinionin pozitiv t\u00eb qytetit.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj, Gjergj nd\u00ebrhyn dhe i bllokon punimet. Natyrisht q\u00eb kushdo do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte politikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar veprimin e kund\u00ebrshtarit politik dhe, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, duke qen\u00eb edhe brenda ligjit. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb doli n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe i ra Gjergjit, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb se po shkat\u00ebrronte qytetin. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast kushdo do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte nga rasti i shk\u00eblqyer, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb politik\u00eb me dik\u00eb q\u00eb po ju shkat\u00ebrronte qytetin. Pasi vazhduan debatet publike, t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt p\u00ebrfunduan tek studioja e televizorit dhe vazhduan debatin q\u00eb filloi n\u00eb zyrat e shtetit, vazhdoi n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs dhe u mbyll n\u00eb studiot e Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh problemet q\u00eb kishte Studimi, \u00e7do qytetar i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs thot\u00eb me vete; shyqyr q\u00eb u bllokua, se do b\u00ebnte d\u00ebm. Por nga ana tjet\u00ebr, gjithashtu \u00e7do qytetar mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se: me mij\u00ebra nd\u00ebrtimet pa leje q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb anek\u00ebnd Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, bordur\u00ebn e \u2018Mazhestikut\u2019 gjeti Bojaxhiu t\u00eb bllokoj\u00eb?! E shihni pra, sa e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb gjesh t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb fare!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt kishin shkuar n\u00eb debat me nga nj\u00eb dosje bajagi t\u00eb trash\u00eb, nga e cila kohe pas kohe nxirrnin letra dhe i lexonin. Edhe un\u00eb q\u00eb jam i zanatit, do m\u00eb duhej t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn gjysm\u00eb ore q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptoja secil\u00ebn prej atyre shkresave, l\u00ebre pastaj mileti n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, q\u00eb d\u00ebgjon shkarazi e sheh vet\u00ebm copa letre me stem\u00eb e vul\u00eb q\u00eb i tunden e shkunden para syve. Kjo puna e letrave q\u00eb nxirren n\u00eb kamera, vjen se t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra, n\u00eb fakt, duhet t\u2019i zgjidh\u00eb gjykata. Dhe, meq\u00eb as njer\u00ebzit e as institucionet s\u2019kan\u00eb m\u00eb besim te gjykata, letrat q\u00eb duhej t\u2019i maste, peshonte e ndante gjykata, hallexhinjt\u00eb vrapojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb kamera p\u00ebr t\u2019i shpalosur aty, duke na ftuar neve q\u00eb rrim\u00eb t\u00eb shastisur para televizorit, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi gjykat\u00ebs t\u00eb hallit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Aq \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e mod\u00ebs kjo puna e tele-shkresave, sa e kan\u00eb kopjuar edhe politik\u00ebxhinjt\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm nga studiot, por edhe nga foltoret e partive i nxjerrin nj\u00ebri-tjetrit lloj-lloj shkresash, t\u00eb cilat populli ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn demokratike q\u00eb t\u2019i besoj\u00eb ose jo pa i par\u00eb fare, thjesht sipas tifozll\u00ebkut partiak. Ky virusi i tele-shkresave ka edhe antivirusin e vet, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb dhe efikas. Kur nj\u00ebri nxjerr nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb nga foltorja e partis\u00eb s\u00eb vet, tjetri mjafton t\u00eb dal\u00eb te foltorja p\u00ebrball\u00eb dhe t\u2019i thot\u00eb: \u00e7oji shkresat n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb. Arsyetimi i thjesht\u00eb i gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr Parlamentin \u00ebsht\u00eb ky: kur nuk duan ta zgjidhin l\u00ebmshin ata q\u00eb edhe jan\u00eb votuar, edhe paguhen p\u00ebr ta zgjidhur, pse duhet ta zgjidhim ne q\u00eb vet\u00ebm paguhemi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, ja ta z\u00ebm\u00eb se shkuan n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb dhe kjo mori vendim \u201ctak-fak\u201d, brenda dy a tri a kat\u00ebr vjet\u00ebve. E \u00e7\u2019vler\u00eb ka vendimi i gjykat\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri? Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb or\u00eb para se t\u00eb ndiqja debatin e Gjergjit me Nikon, te \u201cFiks Fare\u201d, Doktori me Sajmirin kishin tundur e shkundur dy vendime gjykate q\u00eb d\u00ebnonin p\u00ebr falsifikim dy persona dhe k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy, pa ja v\u00ebrsh\u00ebllyer fare vendimeve, ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti. Kur ka ardhur puna t\u2019u pim\u00eb l\u00ebngun n\u00eb televizor vendimeve t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, merre me mend pastaj se sa vler\u00eb ka t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb n\u00eb gjykat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar vendime t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb do p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb prap\u00eb te Doktori dhe Sajmiri.<\/p>\n<p>Anila s\u2019ka faj, nuk ka nge t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb filozofira, se i duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb gazet\u00ebn p\u00ebr nes\u00ebr dhe i duhet shpejt e shpejt nj\u00eb fajtor. Edhe un\u00eb s\u2019kam faj q\u00eb s\u2019ia gjej dot fajtorin me nj\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb lapsit. Apo ndoshta pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb fajtori, tek vendi pa rregulla?<\/p>\n<p>Sapo po filloja ta gjeja fajtorin pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu, pra tek vendi pa rregulla e ligje, m\u00eb sjell n\u00eb vete z\u00ebri i telefonuesit nga Hamallaj, i cili po nd\u00ebrhynte n\u00eb debatin Bojaxhi-Peleshi, jo p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb trotuareve t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve pa leje t\u00eb fshatit t\u00eb vet: \u201cNuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb ligji. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ne jemi faktor\u00eb\u201d.
