M\u00eb tej akoma, n\u00eb let\u00ebrk\u00ebmbimin e tyre i konfirmojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri- tjetrit se k\u00ebshtu kan\u00eb vepruar gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin e Ministrave t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs.<br \/>\nShqet\u00ebsimi i par\u00eb serioz q\u00eb t\u00eb lind kur ndesh n\u00eb fakte t\u00eb tilla, \u00ebsht\u00eb guximi q\u00eb Berisha ka p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb klientelizmi t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb syt\u00eb e medies, por dhe n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb saj. <\/p>\n<p>Lista e televizioneve q\u00eb do t\u00eb transmetojn\u00eb spotet e prodhuara nga familja e TV Klanit, jan\u00eb t\u00eb persekutuar n\u00eb raport me bizneset e TV Klanit dhe m\u00eb tej akoma jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb liste televizione shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe me ndikim se pronat e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Fakti q\u00eb Berisha nuk b\u00ebn kujdes t\u00eb duket transparent dhe \u201cdigjital\u201d edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb prokurim q\u00eb ka lidhje me medien, d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr nj arroganc\u00eb t\u00eb pafrenuar t\u00eb pushtetit mbi paret e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb tani kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb destinacion, klient\u00ebt e Familjes.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrtej arroganc\u00ebs s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb dhe abuzimeve t\u00eb saj me paret e publikut, duket se ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrzierje shum\u00eb vulgare dhe t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb korrupsion. Po t\u00eb kesh nerva dhe t\u00eb \u201cshijosh\u201d bisedat vulgare mes ish- z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebses s\u00eb kryeministrit, tani k\u00ebshilltare e Ministrit Ksera dhe klientit t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, e shikon se ata jan\u00eb familjar\u00eb me nj\u00ebri- tjetrin n\u00eb histori t\u00eb ngjashme m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe ia lejojn\u00eb vetes t\u00eb flasin dhe m\u00eb fjal\u00eb pornografike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar budallall\u00ebkun e shefave t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ministrit q\u00eb mund t\u2019i b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb. Mjafton t\u00eb shikosh se sa lart e ndjen veten mbi Ministrin dhe Ministrin\u00eb zonja Me\u00e7ani, kur i perifrazon ata si \u201ckatund\u201d apo kur merr vler\u00ebsime nga bashk\u00ebbiseduesi i saj me terma pornografik\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fytyra e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e pushtetit, pasi brenda tij jan\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebzit e Sali Berish\u00ebs, kurse t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, p\u00ebrfshi dhe Ministrat, jan\u00eb thjesht\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb firmosin.<\/p>\n<p>Ne po i botom\u00eb sot k\u00ebto fakte duke respektuar parashikimin q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb media-planin e tyre, por ne do t\u00eb shpresonim shum\u00eb q\u00eb ky media-plan t\u00eb anulohej dhe kjo fushat\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhej. Do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb nderin e Top Channel ta hidhte posht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb reklam\u00eb fyese, jo vet\u00ebm pse ka marr\u00eb sa nj\u00eb e treta e nj\u00eb stacioni t\u00eb ri t\u00eb familjes Frangaj vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb fitimet e tij, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha sepse nuk ka pse p\u00ebrdoret si fasad\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduar jo-transparente t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb pareve publike. Meq\u00eb Berisha po b\u00ebn fest\u00eb p\u00ebr vizat, dhe meq\u00eb mendon se ajo fest\u00eb e gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ai s\u2019ka pse kufizohet vet\u00ebm tek televizionet e Familjes s\u00eb tij dhe t\u00eb injoroj\u00eb tregun real televiziv n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb doemos sipas regjistrimit t\u00eb kanaleve n\u00eb pultin q\u00eb gjendet mbi tavolin\u00ebn e buk\u00ebs s\u00eb Familjes Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shpresojm\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb ky botim t\u00eb anuloj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fushat\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shenj\u00eb respekti ndaj Ministrave t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Berisha, dhe n\u00eb rastin konkret zotin Ksera, i cili trajtohet si nj\u00eb leck\u00eb prej dy njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb vendosin se si do shpenzohen paret e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr propagand\u00ebn e pushtetit t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<br \/>\nN\u00eb fund un\u00eb shpresoj q\u00eb n\u00ebse ky sh\u00ebrbim prokurohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb dhe sipas k\u00ebtij parashikimi q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dyshja Me\u00e7ani- Frangaj, at\u00ebher\u00eb prokuroria t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb procedurat e tenderimit dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si qeveria ka prokuruar dhe shpenzime t\u00eb tjera marramend\u00ebse gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr koncerte, anti-mitingje dhe festa vulgare me cingijet e oborrit.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shpresojm\u00eb po ashtu q\u00eb sa her\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha t\u00eb flas p\u00ebr tenderat elektronik\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si nj\u00eb nga praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira bot\u00ebrore, koleg\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb medies t\u2019i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb tenderi elektronik n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e s\u00eb paku dhjet\u00eb milion\u00eb lek\u00eb reklamave dhe shpenzimeve p\u00ebr festa dhe koncerte pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb respekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb mbytet me zhurma reklamash primitive, nga harbut\u00eb q\u00eb krekosen duke grabitur paret tona.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Mero Baze Gazeta Tema po boton sot nj\u00eb raport investigativ, i cili d\u00ebshmon qartazi disa parime mbi t\u00eb cilat qeveriset sot Shqip\u00ebria.
