Topalli tha se gjysma e lumenjve t\u00eb Ballkanit derdhen n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. \u201cAs nj\u00eb qytet tjet\u00ebr, asnj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e rajonit t\u00eb Ballkanit si pjesa e Shkodr\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkarkimet nga gjysma e Ballkanit t\u00eb derdhen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb basenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs. Un\u00eb njer\u00ebzisht i k\u00ebrkoj edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7do banori t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb N\u00ebnShkodr\u00ebs t\u00eb largohen nga zonat e p\u00ebrmbytura. Jan\u00eb 1900 sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb rrethuara nga uji; un\u00eb i k\u00ebrkoj atyre q\u00eb nj\u00eb minut\u00eb e m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb largohen. Ata kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e ushtris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr t\u00eb larguar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe veten. Me sa duket kjo koh\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb, dhe ne duhet t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur pasi kjo situat\u00eb e\u00a0r\u00ebnduar do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar. Kjo situat\u00eb ka ndodhur gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb historia jon\u00eb. Shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur me t\u00eb gjitha nevojat familjet n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, n\u00eb komunat n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetarja e Kuvendit deklaroi se mediat nuk duhet t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb panik, por vet\u00eb tha se koha do vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e till\u00eb dhe lumenjt\u00eb jan\u00eb \u00e7mendur. Topalli kund\u00ebrshtoi veten pasi tha se kjo q\u00eb po ndodh nuk ka ndodhur ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb. M\u00eb p\u00ebrpara ajo tha se kjo situat\u00eb ka ndodhur gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. \u201c<em>Un\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin juaj, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb medias p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos krijuar panik, dhe p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb me ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie situat\u00ebn. Dua t\u2019ju b\u00ebj t\u00eb ditur se kjo situat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00ebn kontroll, sepse kuota n\u00eb liqenin e Fierz\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur n\u00eb nivele tep\u00ebr optimale, jemi 13-14 m n\u00ebn nivelin maksimal t\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb punimit n\u00eb hidrocentralin e Fierz\u00ebs,\u201d deklaroi Meta.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse tha se ka pasur shira jasht\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshmes, Meta tha se ministria e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur edhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb keqen, q\u00eb sipas tij nuk ka gjasa t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo na jep qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe sigurin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kaluar sa m\u00eb shpejt k\u00ebto efekte t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb prurjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme an\u00ebsore n\u00eb Koman dhe n\u00eb Vaun e Dej\u00ebs.
