Gjith\u00e7ka vjen nga fakti se qeveria g\u00ebnjeu dhe nuk b\u00ebri asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur k\u00ebt\u00eb katastrof\u00eb. Dhe si p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb qesharake k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, d\u00ebgjoni arsyetimin gjeografik t\u00eb Jozefina Topallit, e cila zbuloi pas shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb nat\u00ebs q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb, q\u00eb faji qenka i Liqenit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs pasi aty u zbrazkan gjith\u00eb lumenjt\u00eb e Ballkanit jugper\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p>Tani ka pak shanse t\u00eb ket\u00eb zgjidhje radikale. Qyteti dhe N\u00ebnshkdora do t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb emergjenc\u00ebn e prodhuar nga pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e qeveris\u00eb. Ata tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr buk\u00eb, uj\u00eb, streh\u00eb, ngrohje dhe siguri p\u00ebr pronat e tyre, t\u00eb cilat me siguri q\u00eb do t\u2019u mungojn\u00eb. Por problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb si do t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb m\u00eb tej kjo zon\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb sot qeveria ka shpallur disa prioritete si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb tuneli i Elbasanit apo Unaza e Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb zgjidhin probleme t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb transportit urban n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb mesme. Deri m\u00eb sot kemi harxhuar me qindra- milion\u00eb euro p\u00ebr projekte politike dhe shpesh p\u00ebr nevoja korruptive t\u00eb Familjes n\u00eb pushtet. Por Shkodra sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb komunitet i rrezikuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u zhdukur n\u00ebse nuk nd\u00ebrhyhet shpejt dhe me vizion t\u00eb qart\u00eb. Shkodra \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb zon\u00eb, ku njeriu p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i qet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb dy sht\u00ebpi, nj\u00eb p\u00ebr ver\u00eb, ku t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb tokat e p\u00ebrmbytura, dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb dim\u00ebr, ku t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb atje ku nuk e kap uji.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo po i ngjan dita-dit\u00ebs Kuk\u00ebsit t\u00eb Vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb zbulohet kur nuk bien shira. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ajo ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt serioz, thelb\u00ebsor dhe strategjik q\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidh\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn e mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. G\u00ebnjeshtrat e Sali Berish\u00ebs nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb i ka p\u00ebrmbytur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri uji. Paret q\u00eb kan\u00eb zhvatur njer\u00ebzit e Familjes me pun\u00ebt q\u00eb prokuron direkt ai dhe njer\u00ebzit e Familjes s\u00eb tij, jan\u00eb n\u00ebn uj\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb investim i qeveris\u00eb nuk duket brenda vitit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb prioritet e qeveris\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb fare me Shkodr\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Dhe sikur t\u00eb mos mjaftonin k\u00ebto, Shkodra duhet t\u00eb duroj\u00eb dhe mbledhjet e qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e p\u00ebrmbytur si p\u00ebr t\u2019u dukur q\u00eb qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb pran\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Berisha b\u00ebn mir\u00eb q\u00eb mbledhjet t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, mund\u00ebsisht t\u00eb mbyllura q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i verifikohen g\u00ebnjeshtrat nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, dhe s\u00eb paku t\u00eb ket\u00eb kuraj\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vendim konkret p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn. \u00cbsht\u00eb qesharake dhe cinike q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn kur Shkodra mbytet, kryeministri e ka mendjen tek sulmet ndaj rivalit t\u00eb tij, t\u00eb cilin e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon pse nuk e ka zbukuruar Tiran\u00ebn, si\u00e7 b\u00ebn ai p\u00ebr koncertet e tij festive. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku qytetar\u00ebt mbyten dhe qeveritar\u00ebt krihen, e ke t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shikosh shpres\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00ebnde. Mbledhja e djeshme e qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe shpallja e Edi Ram\u00ebs si problemi i saj kryesor \u00ebsht\u00eb humori m\u00eb i zi q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebsh me nj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytur dhe nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb Zotit, q\u00eb duket se i ka mallkuar ata njer\u00ebz.<\/p>\n<p>Shkodra ka filluar t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytet nga Liqeni, por mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytet dhe nga Buna e Drini.
