Procesi zyrtar i shitjes u varf\u00ebrua shum\u00eb n\u00eb alternativa duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb loj\u00eb nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb me \u00e7mim fantastik, por me paqart\u00ebsi rreth aksionar\u00ebve dhe nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb t\u00eb Bankers, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb konflikt interesi dhe me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim tri her\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt se oferta e par\u00eb. Lajmet q\u00eb dalin nga komisioni i shitjes s\u00eb Albpetrolit flasin dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb siguri oferte edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb Bankers, por kjo ngelet t\u00eb shihet n\u00eb vazhdim. <\/p>\n<p>Problemi i par\u00eb q\u00eb ka Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb se i duhen shum\u00eb ato 1 miliard dollar\u00ebt e ofruar. N\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb hezitimi i Sali Berish\u00ebs duket se ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me paqart\u00ebsin\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb bler\u00ebs. Shihet qart\u00eb se ata jan\u00eb investitor\u00eb q\u00eb fillojn\u00eb nga Singapori, Azerbajxhani, SHBA dhe p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan e Shqip\u00ebri tek Rezart Ta\u00e7i. Kjo dilem\u00eb e mundon shum\u00eb Berish\u00ebn jo aq p\u00ebr origjin\u00ebn e pareve apo fuqin\u00eb investuese t\u00eb tyre, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr faktin se oferta \u00ebsht\u00eb arrogante, tej parashikimeve t\u00eb tij dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha jasht\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb tij. <\/p>\n<p>Me t\u00eb drejtat sovrane q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb bler\u00ebsit t\u00eb Albpetrolit, Berisha n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke shitur Albpetrolin, por nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb fare mir\u00eb mund t\u00eb quhet Ministria e Naft\u00ebs dhe Gazit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pasi ky institucion sot e tutje do t\u00eb ket\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat mbi naft\u00ebn dhe gazin shqiptar. Duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb kaq shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejta me iden\u00eb q\u00eb ta kishte t\u00eb vet\u00ebn, Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb hutuar shum\u00eb nga fakti q\u00eb jan\u00eb ofruar aq shum\u00eb para p\u00ebr ta bler\u00eb, por pa leje t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb kriz\u00ebn ku gjendet dhe hallin q\u00eb ka me munges\u00eb rrogash e pensionesh, dieta dhe benzin\u00eb p\u00ebr makinat, \u00ebsht\u00eb gati ta jap\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sikur g\u00ebzohet si\u00e7 u g\u00ebzuan dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e af\u00ebrt t\u00eb tij, pa e pyetur at\u00eb n\u00eb telefon. Por kur mendon se ato pare jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb tij, dhe t\u00eb drejtat e \u201cnj\u00eb shteti m\u00eb vete\u201d q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrkasin dikujt q\u00eb ai nuk e ka n\u00ebn kontroll, e frenojn\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzohet dhe t\u00eb flas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ka shum\u00eb burime t\u00eb besueshme q\u00eb thon\u00eb se segmente t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs amerikane dhe lobist\u00eb af\u00ebr tij i kan\u00eb sugjeruar ta pranoj\u00eb ofert\u00ebn dhe ta shes\u00eb. Por ata q\u00eb e njohin af\u00ebr, e din\u00eb se pik\u00ebrisht kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tortur\u00eb m\u00eb vete, pasi ia rrit paranoj\u00ebn q\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj historie mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dhe amerikan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb nes\u00ebr mund t\u2019ia p\u00ebrdorin kund\u00ebr, n\u00ebse ai del nga kontrolli. Harrohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment premtimi p\u00ebr prokurorin\u00eb, premtimi p\u00ebr KQZ, premtimi p\u00ebr referendum dhe gjith\u00e7ka ngushtohet tek premtimi p\u00ebr Albpetrolin.
