Qeverit\u00eb n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga makthi i publikimit t\u00eb disa dosjeve, q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht ilustrojn\u00eb mekanizimin p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilit funksionon diplomacia dhe formohen opinionet n\u00eb Uashington. Ka pasur reagime t\u00eb para nervoze dhe natyrisht q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb mbajtje fryme nga qeveria amerikane p\u00ebr d\u00ebmin real, q\u00eb i shkakton ky operacion i pashembullt mediatik n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj. Ka po ashtu reagime qesharake nga lider\u00eb t\u00eb prekur n\u00eb sed\u00ebr, dhe deri reagime groteske si ato t\u00eb Tritan Shehut n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Por thelbi i reagimit zyrtar amerikan \u00ebsht\u00eb mos negocimi me autor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij operacioni dhe p\u00ebrballimi i pasojave duke b\u00ebr\u00eb secili institucion pun\u00ebn e tij. Aty ku ka vend p\u00ebr hetim kriminal, do hetohet, ku ka vend p\u00ebr korrigjim, do korrigjohet dhe ku ka vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar abuzimet, do d\u00ebnohen. Shihet qart\u00eb se SHBA po e p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb operacion si nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb q\u00eb ua prodhon liria dhe gjith\u00e7ka duket normale.<\/p>\n

Por si do ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb qeveria shqiptare pjes\u00ebn e saj?<\/strong>
\nDosja e par\u00eb zyrtare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po e boton sot gazeta Tema, na jep nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pozitive p\u00ebr rolin q\u00eb SHBA ka luajtur p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb NATO. Dokumenti citon nj\u00eb diplomat t\u00eb lart\u00eb francez t\u2019i ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb diplomati amerikan, se Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb po i dhurohet an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb NATO dhe se vendi ka probleme t\u00eb forta me luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit.<\/p>\n

Si\u00e7 shihet, n\u00ebse p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nxjerrje sekrete apo plane t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb fshehta, p\u00ebr ne do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nxjerrje opinionesh, pasi jemi vend pa sekrete dhe pa ndonj\u00eb plan tonin. Planin p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb NATO e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe e ka mbrojtur SHBA dhe ne vet\u00ebm sa i kemi hap telashe. Dy gj\u00ebrat p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat qeveria shqiptare lavd\u00ebrohet, futja n\u00eb NATO dhe lufta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, rezultojn\u00eb t\u00eb dyja t\u00eb pav\u00ebrteta.<\/p>\n

Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak m\u00ebnyra se si duhet t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb politika shqiptare ndaj fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb Wikileaks, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e ndryshme nga ajo e qeverive t\u00eb tjera per\u00ebndimore. Qeverit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore me n\u00eb krye SHBA jan\u00eb realisht t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara, pasi po b\u00ebhen publike fakte q\u00eb tronditin besimin e diplomacis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb bot\u00eb, pasi b\u00ebhen publike dhe planet e tyre.<\/p>\n

Ne si nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb s\u2019kemi asnj\u00eb plan tonin, as sekret dhe as publik, jemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fushat\u00eb, jo si viktima, por si ilustrues t\u00eb planeve t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. P\u00ebr gj\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb pritshme q\u00eb mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb negocimi i Paktit Ujor me Greqin\u00eb, ne jemi s\u00ebrish nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb nuk kemi planin ton\u00eb, por jemi pjes\u00eb e planit grek dhe kemi zbatuar ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur planifikuar ata.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye tek ne, ndryshe nga n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb interesant t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet reagimi i politik\u00ebs, por reagimi i publikut. Ajo q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb qeveria shqiptare deri m\u00eb sot, ka qen\u00eb rr\u00ebnimi i institucionit t\u00eb besimit tek informacioni i nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb media kund\u00ebr saj. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb munduar n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb besimin tek Wikileaks-at shqiptar\u00eb, duke i p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruar dhe duke i denigruar ata.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e kemi t\u00eb fresk\u00ebt \u00e7\u2019b\u00ebri Berisha p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshir\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb masakr\u00ebn e G\u00ebrdecit, gjurm\u00ebt e vajz\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb pastrim parash t\u00eb Fazlli\u00e7it, gjurm\u00ebt e veta n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshirjen e gardistit t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb vrasje n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, apo nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb skandalesh t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb nisin me koncesionet e pasuris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr klient\u00ebt e Familjes dhe deri tek shp\u00ebrdorimi i pareve publike prej njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb tij. Strategjia e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb relativizuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i injoruar ato, n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb publiku t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj imuniteti nga skandalet e tij. K\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron ndoshta vlera e vetme e k\u00ebsaj fushate p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn shqiptare, pasi do t\u00eb rigjall\u00ebroj\u00eb institucionin e besimit p\u00ebr akuzat ndaj k\u00ebsaj junte familjare n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse Berisha po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i dal\u00eb t\u00eb keqes p\u00ebrpara, duke e identifikuar reagimin politik me reagimet vulgare t\u00eb Tritan Shehut, e ritheksoj se reagimi i politik\u00ebs tek ne nuk ka vler\u00eb, pasi asaj nuk i del asnj\u00eb sekret i veti n\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. E gjitha \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb se si politika jon\u00eb ka zbatuar planet e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe \u00e7far\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb dyja rastet politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb jan\u00eb objekt, por jo subjekt i k\u00ebsaj fushate. Edhe n\u00ebse ndonj\u00eb diplomat ka th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cskizofren\u201d apo \u00e7oban primitiv, ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem i Berish\u00ebs, por problem i m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si diplomat\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb komprometohen me politikan\u00ebt k\u00ebtu. Po ashtu dhe n\u00ebse faktohet se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb i gjithi n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb nja plani grek, i cili mund t\u00eb mos i jet\u00eb treguar i gjithi, prap\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb interesant reagimi i tij, por reagimi i publikut.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb botohen jan\u00eb than\u00eb n\u00eb median shqiptare, por Berisha ka ngritur nj\u00eb institucion t\u00eb frik\u00ebsimit ndaj njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye kjo fushat\u00eb ka efekt t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb SHBA dhe bot\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb ndaj liris\u00eb, dhe vler\u00eb krejt tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb mbyllur, arrogante dhe autoritare si Shqip\u00ebria, ku ligjin e b\u00ebn Familja n\u00eb pushtet. Wikileaks n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm q\u00eb na rikthen tek tronditja q\u00eb i b\u00ebri regjimit komunist liria e shtypit n\u00eb vitin 1990. Ne jemi rikthyer aty.
