K\u00ebto organizata, t\u00eb njohura si Grupimi i Reagimit Qytetar 2, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb njohur dje arsyet pse po protestohet. Sipas tyre, Shqip\u00ebria duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e past\u00ebr, dhe para s\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet kjo gj\u00eb, duhet ndaluar importimi i plehrave nga jasht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe, Grupimi i Reagimit Qytetar, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat organizata si n\u00eb vitin 2004, por dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se n\u00eb at\u00eb vit, jemi para publikut shqiptar p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb njohur se ne duam p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe vendosm\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb past\u00ebr, nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri krejt ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria e sotme, e ndotur n\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrrua, lum\u00eb, det, liqen, fush\u00eb, kod\u00ebr e mal. Ne jemi k\u00ebtu, para publikut shqiptar, p\u00ebr t\u2019i th\u00ebn\u00eb si pushtetit qendror, ashtu edhe atij lokal se ne k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb q\u00eb mbetjet tona t\u00eb menaxhohen plot\u00ebsisht para se t\u00eb synohet importi i materialeve me origjin\u00eb nga mbetjet, objekt i VKM-s\u00eb s\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ne jemi k\u00ebtu q\u00eb t\u2019ju ftojm\u00eb t\u00eb bashkoheni nes\u00ebr (sot) me tubimin ton\u00eb, n\u00eb or\u00ebn 11:00 p\u00ebrpara Kryeministris\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebrkuar Kryeministrit q\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb kuadrin ligjor dhe n\u00ebnligjor p\u00ebr importin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb para me origjin\u00eb nga mbetjet,\u201d thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij grupimi.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu ky grupim ka ofruar si alternativ\u00eb nj\u00eb aksion t\u00eb madh, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e p\u00ebrmbytur nga plehrat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe duhet t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb kuad\u00ebr ligjor dhe nj\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr importin e mbetjeve, konform standardeve t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian.<\/p>\n<p>Ne i ofrojm\u00eb qeveris\u00eb qendrore dhe pushtetit Vendor gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe vullnetin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00eb madhe komb\u00ebtare apo lokale p\u00ebr t\u00eb pastruar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga plehrat e p\u00ebr ta inkurajuar fort klas\u00ebn politike q\u00eb ta pastrojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku sht\u00ebpin\u00eb ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Parimi, i konsoliduar edhe n\u00eb legjislacionin evropian, \u00ebsht\u00eb parimi i af\u00ebrsis\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehet: menaxho sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb mbetjet e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb t\u00ebnde. Protesta jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje qytetare n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe t\u00eb mir\u00ebqenies s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tan\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar breza t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm qytetar\u00ebsh evropian\u00eb,\u201d thuhet n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e Grupimit.<\/p>\n<p>Gazeta Tema denoncoi e para vendimin e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb importuar plehra nga jasht\u00eb. Vendimi p\u00ebrkoi me nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb trazirash n\u00eb Itali. Qytetar\u00ebt protestuan kund\u00ebr hedhjes s\u00eb mbeturinave pran\u00eb zonave t\u00eb banuara. Edhe Gjermania u p\u00ebrfshi nga protestat e kaosi pasi nj\u00eb tren me mbetje radioaktive do t\u00eb depozitohej n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2004, nj\u00eb projekt i ngjash\u00ebm, u kund\u00ebrshtua shum\u00eb ashp\u00ebr nga opozita e asaj kohe, e drejtuar nga kryeministri aktual, Sali Berisha. Por, pas pes\u00eb vitesh n\u00eb pushtet, kryeministri Sali Berisha e ka ringjallur k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt. Sipas zyrtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mjedisit, q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb fuqizohet industria e p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb mbeturinave n\u00eb vend. N\u00eb disa shkrime ka pasur aludime p\u00ebr personat q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pas k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb.
