Tahiri ka theksuar se te shumica e punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb barr\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb 21 janar, por veprimet e disa punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb saj nuk mund t\u00eb bien mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk besoj ekziston ndokushq\u00eb e fsheh dot pesh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb rri mbi Gard\u00ebn e Republik\u00ebs q\u00eb prej ngjarjeve tragjike t\u00eb 21 Janarit, dhe procesit q\u00eb pasoi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEKLARATA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cShumica d\u00ebrrmuese e efektivit t\u00eb Gard\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht e ngarkuar me nj\u00eb barr\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie publike jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. S\u00eb pari p\u00ebr ta kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion efi\u00e7ent n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e misionit dhe detyrave. P\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur fatur\u00ebn buxhetore t\u00eb paarsyeshme, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha, p\u00ebr t\u00eb larguar p\u00ebrfundimisht drejtimin politik nga Garda e Republik\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr ta shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion modern, profesional, efektiv dhe eficent.<\/p>\n<p>Sot fillon procesi i reform\u00ebs m\u00eb themelore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion, ndoshta m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi n\u00eb 85 vjet\u00ebt e ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni. Garda e Republik\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb m\u00eb si e till\u00eb.
