Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimet e sondazhit t\u00eb p\u00ebrvitsh\u00ebm t\u00eb realizuar nga “Gallup-i”, nj\u00eb firm\u00eb konsulencash e specializuar n\u00eb kryerjen e sondazheve, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Fondin Europian p\u00ebr Ballkanin – nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e fondacioneve europiane q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet iniciativat, t\u00eb cilat synojn\u00eb afrimin e rajonit n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian. Sondazhi, i cili njihet si Monitori ballkanik, synon t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb fenomenet dominante n\u00eb 7 vendet aspirante p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb bllok. P\u00ebr edicionin e tij t\u00eb dyt\u00eb u intervistuan nga nj\u00eb mij\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb secilin vend p\u00ebr nj\u00eb seri \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh; q\u00eb nga gjendja ekonomike, tek korrupsioni, besimi n\u00eb institucione, deri tek d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb migruar.<\/p>\n

Albana Kasapi e BBC foli me Andrzej Pyrkal nga “Gallup-i” dhe fillimisht e pyeti se cila ishte gjetja m\u00eb e papritur e sondazhit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pyrkal: Ne u befasuam q\u00eb situata ekonomike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar pas nj\u00eb viti t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb n\u00eb 2009-\u00ebn. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se situata materiale e njer\u00ebzve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. P\u00ebr shembull n\u00eb Serbi, rreth 70 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb intervistuarve than\u00eb se kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme… Dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ne vum\u00eb re nj\u00eb gj\u00eb interesante. Tradicionalisht, q\u00eb kur ne nis\u00ebm t’i b\u00ebnim k\u00ebto sondazhe, kosovar\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb optimist\u00ebt n\u00eb rajon, m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me situat\u00ebn e tyre materiale. Tani, n\u00eb 2010-\u00ebn, nuk mund t\u00eb thuhet e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb. Banor\u00ebt ankohen p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ekonomike.<\/p>\n

Pse ka ndodhur kjo?<\/em><\/p>\n

Pyrkal: Them se ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me situat\u00ebn ekonomike n\u00eb nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, sepse shqiptar\u00ebt, nga Kosova, Shqip\u00ebria dhe shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni jan\u00eb tradicionalisht grupi q\u00eb ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb migrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye ekonomike.
\nShum\u00eb analist\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb re se emigrant\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb remitanca n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nivel si m\u00eb par\u00eb. Nj\u00eb nga pyetjet q\u00eb b\u00ebm\u00eb ne p\u00ebr sondazh ishte n\u00ebse t\u00eb intervistuarit kishin marr\u00eb para nga jasht\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrqindja e tyre q\u00eb kishin marr\u00eb d\u00ebrgesa n\u00eb para ose n\u00eb mall ka r\u00ebn\u00eb nga 26 p\u00ebr qind, n\u00eb 15 p\u00ebr qind brenda vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb viti.<\/p>\n

Sondazhi ka arritur n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se besimi n\u00eb institucione n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Ballkanin per\u00ebndimor \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft i ul\u00ebt…<\/em><\/p>\n

Nuk e shohim at\u00eb zhvillim q\u00eb presim t\u00eb gjith\u00eb – q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb besojn\u00eb tek institucionet. Kan\u00eb kaluar 15 vjet q\u00eb nga konfliktet e m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Ballkan dhe vendet jan\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt integrimit europian dhe pritet q\u00eb demokracit\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme dhe q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb nisin t\u00eb ken\u00eb besim tek to. Por kjo nuk po ndodh.
\nN\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor shihet se besimi i popullit tek qeverit\u00eb e tyre, tek sistemi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, po bie.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb flasim tani pak p\u00ebr korrupsionin..<\/em>
\nPyrkal: Ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme: a mendoni se korrupsioni \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur? Dhe pastaj pyesim si p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn e biznesit, ashtu dhe p\u00ebr qeverit\u00eb. Numri i atyre q\u00eb thon\u00eb se qeveria \u00ebsht\u00eb e korruptuar \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb 69 p\u00ebr qind, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Kroaci, Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00eb, mbi 85 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb sondazhet tuaja, ju hulumtoni dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb migracionit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sondazh t\u00eb fundit, ju keni arritur n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se “shumica e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb migrojn\u00eb” jan\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri – 42 p\u00ebr qind – nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb e pesta e t\u00eb intervistuarve n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb mendojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb. A mendoni ju se kjo do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebj\u00eb problem tani q\u00eb banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre vendeve do t\u00eb munden t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e Shengenit pas njoftimit p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave?<\/em><\/p>\n
