Ceremonia e p\u00ebrurimit t\u00eb shtatores s\u00eb Hoxh\u00ebs, ashtu si\u00e7 edhe pritej, u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb fest\u00eb t\u00eb madhe politike. Asokohe student, mbaj mend sesi na nxor\u00ebn nga m\u00ebsimi dhe sipas fakulteteve na rreshtuan n\u00eb rrugica t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, duke na mbajtur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb p\u00ebr disa or\u00eb. Student\u00ebt u porosit\u00ebn q\u00eb askush t\u00eb mos e prish\u00eb rreshtimin, nd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb do t\u00eb mungonin, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtoheshin nga shkolla. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu kishte ndodhur edhe me nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb shkollave, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb uzinave, n\u00ebpun\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs e grupime t\u00eb tjera qytetare. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb organizuar erdh\u00ebn me trena e autobus\u00eb, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb e n\u00ebpun\u00ebs edhe nga qytete t\u00eb tjera, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij dekori t\u00eb madh politik. M\u00eb pas kuadratet u drejtuan, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, n\u00eb vendq\u00ebndrimet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb sheshin \u201cSk\u00ebnderbej\u201d, p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb tribune, nga ku Ramiz Alia do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb betimin solemn para Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar rrug\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb kaluar 22 vjet nga ajo koh\u00eb dhe shtatorja e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb shesh, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vendin ku ka qen\u00eb piedestali, ka mbetur vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pirg dheu mbi t\u00eb cilin ish t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurit rreken t\u00eb vendosin nj\u00eb pankart\u00eb, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb kujtimi p\u00ebr viktimat e komunizmit. 22 vjet jan\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe mjaftuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, e dal\u00eb nga err\u00ebsira, t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj\u00eb nj\u00eb metamorfoz\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, ndryshim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor ekonomik, social e shoq\u00ebror, e mbi t\u00eb gjitha, nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb madh politik e mental.<\/p>\n<p>22 vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb ne konstatojm\u00eb se kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb goxha ndryshime, jemi n\u00eb NATO, do t\u00eb l\u00ebvizim s\u00eb shpejti pa viza, jemi zhvilluar ekonomikisht, kemi rrug\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, pallate t\u00eb larta e nd\u00ebrtesa moderne, kushte jetese m\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe standarde t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb mendimit, shprehjes, medias, pron\u00ebs etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por, 22 vjet m\u00eb pas, ne kemi s\u00ebrish t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin mentalitet n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes pushtetit e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, me popullin. Edhe pas kaq vitesh, populli vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb ende n\u00eb kuadrat, ashtu si n\u00eb nj\u00eb parad\u00eb ushtarake, ku turmat vihen t\u00eb parakalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpara tribunave ku krekosen udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit. N\u00eb dat\u00ebn 12 n\u00ebntor qeveria organizoi nj\u00eb koncert t\u00eb madh n\u00eb sheshin \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar heqjen e vizave. N\u00ebpun\u00ebsit e administrat\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb kryeqytet u urdh\u00ebruan q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb sheshin \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb qytetet e tjera, n\u00ebpun\u00ebs bashkish t\u00eb drejtuara nga t\u00eb djatht\u00ebt, pun\u00ebtor\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjesh shtet\u00ebrore, arsimtar\u00eb, mjek\u00eb, infermier\u00eb e qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar politikisht, u organizuan nga drejtuesit e institucioneve, u hip\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr autobus\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. S\u00ebrish e nj\u00ebjta frik\u00eb dhe i nj\u00ebjti paralajm\u00ebrim; kush nuk vjen  mund t\u00eb humbas\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu ndodhi edhe n\u00eb koncertin e organizuar p\u00ebr dit\u00ebn e pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, 1 Maj. K\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur prej 20 vitesh n\u00eb \u00e7do miting, elektoral ose jo, me \u00e7do parti, n\u00eb pushtet apo n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune me shtetin jan\u00eb t\u00eb shtr\u00ebnguar t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ceremoni festive, p\u00ebrurime dhe fushatat e partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet. Nd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie pune me pjes\u00ebn e pushtetit t\u00eb drejtuar nga opozita, jan\u00eb t\u00eb shtr\u00ebnguar t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb protesta. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb mbajm\u00eb mend protest\u00ebn maraton\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe autobus\u00ebt q\u00eb transportonin drejt Tiran\u00ebs administrat\u00ebn e bashkive dhe komunave q\u00eb drejtohen nga t\u00eb majt\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb ka njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe vullnetin e tyre t\u00eb lir\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb tubime festive ose protesta. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb se normale, q\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs apo qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, t\u00eb angazhuar ose jo politikisht, t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb aktiviteti politik, e nj\u00eb proteste apo e nj\u00eb feste. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht absurde, \u00ebsht\u00eb e papranueshme dhe nj\u00eb dhunim flagrant i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, q\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit e administrat\u00ebs t\u00eb vihen n\u00eb rresht e t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohen n\u00eb sheshe e salla p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dekorin e sken\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb luajtur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dhunshme figurantin e nj\u00eb filmi ku do t\u00eb interpretojn\u00eb lider\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7do vend demokratik ka turma prej mij\u00ebra, dhjet\u00ebra mij\u00ebra e madje qindra mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin nj\u00eb parti apo lider t\u00eb caktuar. Por kurr\u00eb dhe askund n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend demokratik njer\u00ebzit nuk detyrohen t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb takimet politike, kurr\u00eb dhe askund n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend demokratik ata nuk k\u00ebrc\u00ebnohen se do t\u00eb humbasin vendin e pun\u00ebs n\u00ebse nuk shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb miting apo protest\u00eb. Politikan\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se shum\u00eb prej pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb k\u00ebto tubime jan\u00eb aty n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dhunshme, jan\u00eb pa d\u00ebshir\u00eb, jan\u00eb nga frika. Por atyre u intereson vet\u00ebm turma, pa\u00e7ka se si \u00ebsht\u00eb mbledhur ajo, atyre u intereson kopeja e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn dekorin televiziv, vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nj\u00eb miting apo nj\u00eb protest\u00eb t\u00eb quhet madh\u00ebshtore.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse t\u00eb shtr\u00ebnguar ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb, kjo bindje kolektive e shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb q\u00eb duhet flakur tej, sa pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00ebrish \u201cedukat\u00eb\u201d shoq\u00ebrore. Pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb po ajo bindje e verb\u00ebr q\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebri 50 vjet n\u00eb komuniz\u00ebm ku ne, fillimisht me dhun\u00eb, u edukuam t\u00eb brohorisnim, m\u00eb pas para \u00e7do tribune e \u00e7do zyrtari.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bojkotuar politik\u00ebn, por nj\u00eb thirrje ndaj njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb t\u00eb ngrihen kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs politike q\u00eb na b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb dekoreve n\u00eb festa e protesta. Ne duhet t\u00eb dim\u00eb t\u00eb festojm\u00eb vet\u00eb, edhe pa politik\u00ebn, ashtu si\u00e7 duhet t\u00eb dim\u00eb edhe t\u00eb protestojm\u00eb vet\u00eb, s\u00ebrish pa politik\u00ebn. Ne duhet ta b\u00ebmj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, pasi shenjat jan\u00eb v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb frikshme.
