TIRAN\u00cb<\/em> – Koncerti festiv p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave ka treguar edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb tensionin q\u00eb ekziston brenda Partis\u00eb Demokratike mes Jozefina Topallit dhe Lulzim Bash\u00ebs. E para \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnkryetarja e PD-s\u00eb me aspirata t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr t’u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb kryetare, nd\u00ebrsa i dyti \u00ebsht\u00eb “ylli i ri” q\u00eb ka mb\u00ebshtetjen e kryetarit Berisha p\u00ebr t’u lan\u00e7uar fillimisht si kandidat p\u00ebr bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsi i tij n\u00eb parti. Mb\u00ebshtetja e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ministrin e Brendsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb re edhe n\u00eb koncertin e vizave ku Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb eklipsuar, nd\u00ebrsa Basha \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjitur n\u00eb podium p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb merit\u00ebn kryesore. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, Topalli \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb turm\u00ebs n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si Bum\u00e7i, Hoti, Bogdani etj.<\/p>\n

Kryetarja e Kuvendit ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb prej eksponent\u00ebve t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs, e cila ka lobuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr procesin e liberalizmit t\u00eb vizave, duke udh\u00ebtuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian. Ajo u ka k\u00ebrkuar koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb saj q\u00eb t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb tek deputet\u00ebt p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshpejtimin e proceseve integruese t\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb. P\u00ebr udh\u00ebtimet e shpeshta socialist\u00ebt e akuzojn\u00eb kryeparlamentaren p\u00ebr abuzime me fondet publike, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb vet\u00eb kryetarja e Kuvendit ka deklaruar se axhenda e Kuvendit \u00ebsht\u00eb procesi i integrimit. Por, pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, atributet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr heqjen e vizave p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb po i vishen ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm, Lulzim Basha.<\/p>\n

Strategjia e t\u00eb besuarit t\u00eb kryeministrit Berisha ka qen\u00eb e ndryshme nga ajo e kryeparlamentares duke preferuar q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb takimeve me homolog\u00ebt e tij jasht\u00eb vendit, Basha t\u00eb fillonte fushat\u00ebn sensibilizuese n\u00eb qytetin e Tiran\u00ebs duke shkuar madje n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb gjimnazeve t\u00eb kryeqytetit. Dalja e tij e shpesht\u00eb, si n\u00eb media ashtu edhe n\u00eb aktivitete q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me sensibilizimin e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebr respektimin e kritereve pas heqjes s\u00eb vizave nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rast\u00ebsishme. Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, Lul\u00ebzim Basha, po nis fushat\u00ebn elektorale p\u00ebr ta garuar p\u00ebrball\u00eb Ram\u00ebs p\u00ebr bashkin\u00eb e kryeqytetit.<\/p>\n

Ai ka mb\u00ebshtetjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, i cili e merr me vete pothuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha takimet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Basha ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb PD, n\u00eb vitin 2005, me rekomandimin e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb Argita Berish\u00ebs dhe shum\u00eb shpejt u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej personave m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm si brenda strukturave partiake ashtu edhe n\u00eb qeveri. Mbrojtja e kreut t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr ministrin e tij besnik \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb qart\u00eb edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb Bash\u00ebs. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, ai akuzohej nga Prokuroria p\u00ebr skandalin e 1.3 milion\u00eb eurove t\u00eb Dur\u00ebrs-Kuk\u00ebs, por kryeministri pohoi se vendimi ishte kolegjial nga t\u00eb gjitha ministrat dhe Basha nuk kishte asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrplasja Basha-Topalli<\/strong>
\nEdhe kryeparlamentarja Topalli dhe ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, Lul\u00ebzim Basha, e mohojn\u00eb se midis tyre ka nj\u00eb “luft\u00eb”, ajo u b\u00eb e qart\u00eb nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb m\u00eb 20 n\u00ebntor kur gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs plenare, kryeparlametarja i nd\u00ebrpreu fjal\u00ebn ministrit. Incidenti ndodhi gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb diskutimit p\u00ebr miratimin e pr\/buxhetit 2010, kur ministri Basha po fliste kund\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seanc\u00eb, kryeparlamentarja Topalli i hoqi mikrofonin Bash\u00ebs, duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rast q\u00eb tregon klim\u00ebn e acaruar \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe raporti q\u00eb kryeparlamentarja Topalli i paraqiti n\u00eb 2007-\u00ebn K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Rregullores dhe t\u00eb Mandateve p\u00ebr imunitetin e Ministrit Basha, ku ndon\u00ebse hidhte posht\u00eb pretendimet e Prokuroris\u00eb, k\u00ebrkonte heqjen e Imunitetit. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Topalli n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision televiziv po rendiste arritjet e mazhoranc\u00ebs dhe midis tyre, ashtu si pa dashje tha: “Kemi arrestuar Lul Bash\u00ebn”, – duke pretenduar m\u00eb pas se gabimisht e kishte ngat\u00ebrruar me Lul Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n
