Shqip\u00ebria ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb huaja p\u00ebr frym\u00eb, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fat i madh sepse k\u00ebto investime krijojn\u00eb me dhjet\u00ebra e mij\u00ebra vende pune. T\u00eb ngrihesh \u00e7do dit\u00eb kund\u00ebr tyre, t\u00eb b\u00ebsh letra t\u00eb hapura t\u00eb stilit t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs kund\u00ebr bizneseve t\u00eb huaja, b\u00ebn nj\u00eb Don Kishot t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb me mullinjt\u00eb e er\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e vendit po nd\u00ebrtohen hidrocentrale. N\u00eb 3-4 vitet e fundit jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi 70 HEC-e. T\u00eb gjitha jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb zona q\u00eb ne nuk i shohim sepse jan\u00eb larg sepse jan\u00eb p\u00ebrtej maleve, p\u00ebrtej kodrave, por jan\u00eb n\u00eb zona ku jetojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, ku marrin rrogat, ku mbajn\u00eb familjet, ku pun\u00ebsohen dhe ata.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria ka firmosur n\u00eb sektorin privat p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e 332 Hec-ve n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e vendit dhe kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb krijimi i dhjet\u00ebra vendeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb varfra n\u00eb t\u00eb kat\u00ebr an\u00ebt e vendit\u201d, tha Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Berish\u00ebs, n\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendet papun\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar, ndryshe nga Shqip\u00ebria, q\u00eb sipas tij, ka njohur ulje t\u00eb papun\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kjo, sipas Berish\u00ebs, ka ndodhur para s\u00eb gjithash p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb numrit t\u00eb turist\u00ebve. Sipas tij, nga 300 mij\u00eb turist\u00eb q\u00eb vinin n\u00eb shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb vitin 2004, tashm\u00eb vijn\u00eb plot 4 milion\u00eb turist\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPapun\u00ebsia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk u rrit, por u ul n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb progresive sepse ne b\u00ebm\u00eb realitet nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr, b\u00ebm\u00eb realitet Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb turistike. 300 mij\u00eb turist\u00eb dhe vizitor\u00eb priste Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb vitin 2004 kur qeverisnin shok\u00ebt socialist\u00eb, 4 milion e 10 mij\u00eb priti vitin e kaluar, nd\u00ebrsa 300 mij\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb jan\u00eb deri tani. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet i ri, nj\u00eb realitet i shk\u00eblqyer, i cili ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb sipas statistikave m\u00eb serioze, ky sektor n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pun\u00ebson 190 mij\u00eb burra dhe gra t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi. Industria turistike \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb industri kryesore dhe ju garantoj ju se ne q\u00eb soll\u00ebm k\u00ebtu rrug\u00ebn Hamallaj-Manz\u00eb-Tiran\u00eb, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb dhe rrug\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr Hamallaj-Durr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka k\u00ebrkes\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb se sa k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt. Ne ul\u00ebm papun\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ulim at\u00eb sepse ne po b\u00ebjm\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dixhitale. Vet\u00ebm ky sektor i ekonomis\u00eb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 15 her\u00eb nga viti 2006 e deri m\u00eb sot , ka pun\u00ebsuar me mij\u00ebra e mij\u00ebra qytetar\u00eb dhe qytetare shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb hark kohor t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, ne kemi trefishuar numrin e student\u00ebve. Edhe kjo n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb e faktuar si drita e diellit se shkollimi dhe universiteti japin shanse shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, sesa tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e tjer\u00eb, pra e t\u00ebr\u00eb politika jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendruar tek pun\u00ebsimi, e t\u00ebr\u00eb politika jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mbrohemi nga kjo krize e thell\u00eb q\u00eb ka pllakosur disa vende t\u00eb rajonit dhe Evrop\u00ebn.
