Uroj q\u00eb ky refuzim i hapur dhe i prer\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si m\u00ebsim p\u00ebr maxhoranc\u00ebn e sotme, dhe sidomos p\u00ebr \u00e7iftin drejtues Berisha-Topalli. Por, duke njohur karakteret politike, q\u00eb sot sundojn\u00eb vendin, etjen e tyre t\u00eb pashuar p\u00ebr pushtet e pasurim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm, kapjen e tyre nga krimi i organizuar e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, shpresat jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta, q\u00eb ata t\u00eb dy mund t\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb pozitivisht.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Asamblen\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, u k\u00ebrkua pas k\u00ebtij raporti, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb mocion mosbesimi kund\u00ebr Kryeministrit dhe Kryetares aktuale t\u00eb Kuvendit, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk shpresohet shum\u00eb se Berisha do mund t\u00eb largohet kaq leht\u00eb, apo n\u00ebse ai do e l\u00ebshoj\u00eb Topallin kaq leht\u00eb. Ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb reagim instinktiv t\u00eb znj. Topalli, p\u00ebr t\u2019u strukur n\u00eb vetvete, kur ndjehet e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar \u2013 por ajo do t\u00eb shfaqet entuziaste dhe \u201cm\u00eb e fort\u00eb se kurr\u00eb\u201d (n\u00eb mendjeleht\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet), sapo rreziku t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ifti q\u00eb \u201cme dor\u00eb t\u00eb hekurt\u201d drejton sot Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb e ka humbur aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb reaguar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me interesat politike dhe komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr arsye se politika e tyre e dhun\u00ebs dhe diktatit, \u00ebsht\u00eb reduktuar ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen e tyre maksimale p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur veten n\u00eb pushtet, aq gjat\u00eb sa t\u00eb munden. Pushteti i tyre u riciklua me vot\u00ebn e vjedhur nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe qeverisja e k\u00ebtij vendi \u00ebsht\u00eb banalizuar si mos m\u00eb keq, q\u00eb nga fantazit\u00eb dhe premtimet e nj\u00eb kryeministri \u00e7mendurak, q\u00eb pretendon n\u00eb eter rritjen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ekonomike n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, e deri tek varf\u00ebria absolute deri n\u00eb dhimbje, q\u00eb provojn\u00eb shum\u00eb familje shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>A do jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje shqiptar\u00ebt t\u2019i largojn\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz nga keq-qeverisja? Koha do e tregoj\u00eb. Por ajo q\u00eb shihet qart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se qoft\u00eb n\u00eb faktorin e brendsh\u00ebm, ashtu edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, \u201cqeveria e integrimit\u201d ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb provim, pra, e ka humbur legjitimitetin. Raporti i BE-s\u00eb flet politikisht, thot\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra, q\u00eb duhen th\u00ebn\u00eb, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ndodh m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq. Gjendja reale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Por BE tregon kujdes dhe diplomaci, duke mos ia mbyllur rrug\u00ebn e integrimit shqiptar\u00ebve, nd\u00ebra refuzon hapur qeverin\u00eb e tyre \u2013 qeverin\u00eb e kryesuar nga Berisha dhe Meta, dhe Kuvendin e drejtuar nga nj\u00eb kryetare, q\u00eb me veprimet e saj bie ndesh me Kushtetut\u00ebn e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nd\u00ebrsa znj. Topalli struket tani e fshihet taktikisht pas Berish\u00ebs, ky i fundit mundohet ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb goditjen i vet\u00ebm. Edhe n\u00eb vitin \u201996-\u201897, Berisha i vet\u00ebm u vu p\u00ebrball\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, duke mos e l\u00ebshuar ish-kryeminstrin Meksi. Tani, ai n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces qeverisje t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me Putinin, ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, duke i sforcuar ndjesh\u00ebm marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me SHBA-t\u00eb dhe BE-n\u00eb dhe duke zhg\u00ebnjyer t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e tij serioz\u00eb, s\u00eb fundi edhe znj. Doris Pack.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebmbanat po i bien p\u00ebrdit\u00eb k\u00ebsaj qeverie, e cila keq-drejtohet nga nj\u00eb mjek i \u00e7\u2019ekuilibruar mend\u00ebrisht, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb marr\u00eb vendimet e duhura, as p\u00ebr veten e vet, e jo m\u00eb p\u00ebr vendin. Burimet diplomatike pran\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive Per\u00ebndimore, besojn\u00eb se Kryeministri aktual \u00ebsht\u00eb i kapur nga krimi i organizuar dhe Raporti i BE-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e qart\u00eb e refuzimit t\u00eb tij politik dhe diplomatik. Ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb ai nuk konsiderohet i besuesh\u00ebm as si partner i NATO-s, por kjo ka kaluar pa ndonj\u00eb buj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Nd\u00ebrsa tani, me k\u00ebt\u00eb raport t\u00eb fundit, atij i thuhet nj\u00eb JO e prer\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb tij, edhe Gerhard Shr\u00ebder lajthiti nga pushteti. As ai nuk donte t\u00eb largohej nga posti i tij dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur pushtetin pra, ai i sforcoi relacionet edhe me SHBA-t\u00eb, kund\u00ebrshtoi eg\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrjen e aleat\u00ebve n\u00eb Irak dhe b\u00ebri aleanc\u00eb me Franc\u00ebn e Rusin\u00eb, duke ngjallur edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb boshtin gjeo-politik \u201cfranko-gjermano-rus\u201d. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, kancelarja e sotme e Gjermanis\u00eb, Angela Merkel, si kryetare e opozit\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb artikulli n\u00eb New York Times, i k\u00ebrkoi ndihm\u00eb SHBA-ve, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e braktisin vendin e saj, pasi si\u00e7 shprehej ajo, \u201cGjermania mund t\u00eb mbyllet n\u00eb vetvete dhe kjo mund ta d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb vendin&#8230;\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb Gjermania \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe ndikon ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb ekuilibrat politik\u00eb dhe ekonomik\u00eb t\u00eb globit, interesi amerikan p\u00ebr ta ruajtur Gjermanin\u00eb t\u00eb pac\u00ebnuar nga fryma e keq-qeverisjes apo e c\u00ebnimit t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb padyshim m\u00eb e madhe, n\u00eb krahasim me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Gjermania gjeti forca brenda vetes, p\u00ebr ta larguar Shr\u00ebderin n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb, me nj\u00eb koalicion t\u00eb madh, duke ia kund\u00ebrv\u00ebn\u00eb Shr\u00ebderit mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, pasi partia e tij po humbiste elektorat, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kjo nuk pritet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr dy arsye: 1. Berisha e ka ngordhur PD-n\u00eb politikisht, ajo merr frym\u00eb vet\u00ebm prej frym\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe 2. Berisha nuk pyet p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb, sepse e vjedh at\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb teguar individualitet dhe integritet n\u00eb PD, jan\u00eb larguar ose shmangur me koh\u00eb nga partia. Pra, nuk besohet nj\u00eb vet\u00eb-pastrim i PD-s\u00eb me forcat e veta \u2013 se Berisha dhe Topalli kan\u00eb afruar rreth vetes vet\u00ebm njer\u00ebz t\u00eb bindur dhe pa integritet.<\/p>\n<p>Pritet m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga opozita, e cila me nj\u00eb kryetar t\u00eb formuluar mir\u00eb dhe ide t\u00eb qarta si Edi Rama, po \u00e7alon disi n\u00eb planin e veprimit politik. T\u00eb merresh me nj\u00eb drejtues politik t\u00eb paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm si Berisha, i cili p\u00ebrdor \u00e7do mjet (deri edhe vrasjet) p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur pushtetin e tij, n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara mafioze dhe q\u00eb premton e g\u00ebnjen vazhdimisht nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt me makinerin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb shpifjes e mashtrimit, duke shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb shpifje dhe g\u00ebnjeshtra \u201ct\u00eb besueshme\u201d, si brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe fort e leht\u00eb. N\u00eb krahasim me Berish\u00ebn, refuzimi i BE-s\u00eb me raportin e fundit, e nxjerr Edi Ram\u00ebn t\u00eb fituar politikisht, megjith\u00ebse pa entuziaz\u00ebm, se kur humbet Shqip\u00ebria, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i fituar as Edi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Sidoqoft\u00eb, ora e qeverisjes s\u00eb \u00e7iftit Berisha-Topalli ka filluar t\u00eb num\u00ebroj\u00eb mbrapsht. Ata t\u00eb dy e kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar besimin, q\u00eb u pati dh\u00ebn\u00eb elektorati shqiptar n\u00eb vitin 2005. Ata shk\u00eblqyen p\u00ebr disa muaj me premtimet e tyre p\u00ebr luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, etj., dhe na g\u00ebnjyen t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Por d\u00ebshtuan shum\u00eb shpejt dhe lustra e tyre ra n\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverisje agresive dhe arrogante, q\u00eb sulmon \u00e7do individ, q\u00eb merr guximin t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb apo shprehet ndryshe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Metodat e p\u00ebrdorura prej tyre, jan\u00eb metoda diktati dhe penalizimi p\u00ebr \u00e7do qytetar shqiptar, q\u00eb mendon mir\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, por q\u00eb nuk i sh\u00ebrben \u00e7iftit Berisha-Topalli, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po e mbysin k\u00ebt\u00eb vend n\u00eb borxhe dhe po e r\u00ebndojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm ekonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Prandaj, her\u00ebt ose von\u00eb, ky \u00e7ift do detyrohet t\u00eb largoghet nga pushteti.
