N\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me \u00e7do legjislacion t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ky biznesmen ka marr\u00eb leje t\u00eb paligjshme, mb\u00ebshtetur tek nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me ish- ministrin Olldashi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7ar\u00eb gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb vjetra, p\u00ebrfshi dhe Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb nj\u00eb linj\u00eb private t\u00eb fibrave optike nga Tirana n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb \u00e7do pike kufitare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Sipas nj\u00eb rregulloreje formale t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Rru\u00ebgve, bizneset q\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb n\u00eb akset rrugore duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb dhjet\u00eb p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb vler\u00ebs s\u00eb rrug\u00ebs si garanci. Ky biznesmen ka prishur gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, disa n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme, pa asnj\u00eb sanksion dhe ja ka arritur t\u00eb formalizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb biznes t\u00eb tij, duke p\u00ebrdorur pushtetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb instaluar nj\u00eb biznes komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe nj\u00eb tender tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb Ministria e Teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb Pollos tentoi t\u00eb b\u00ebnte lidhur me rrjetet dixhitale n\u00eb vend, u detyruan n\u00eb fund t\u2019ia japin po k\u00ebtij.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur t\u00eb mos mjaftonin privilegjet e pushtetit p\u00ebr biznes, ai po mban t\u00eb bllokuar prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb viti \u201cSheshin Italia\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ka marr\u00eb koncesion nga Berisha dhe Basha t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb parking n\u00ebntok\u00ebsor dhe n\u00eb fakt ka pun\u00ebsuar disa tropojan\u00eb dhe e kan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb parking t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar mbitok\u00ebsor n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Shpresoj q\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e masave estetike, qeveriae re ta \u00e7liroj\u00eb sheshin derisa ky biznesmen nuk ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb parkingun.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto biznese, koncesione dhe favorizime t\u00eb n\u00ebjanshme kan\u00eb lidhje me pushtetin e Sali Berish\u00ebs.
