Duke nisur nga kryetarja Topalli, e cila akuzohet se ka shkelur kompetencat e saj e deri tek deputeti m\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb, Kuvendi ka d\u00ebshtuar. Sipas raportit, Shqip\u00ebria ka miratuar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh ligjesh, por cil\u00ebsia nuk ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e nj\u00eb standardi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm. &#8220;<em>Kuvendi ka punuar shpesh n\u00ebn presionin e madh t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Q\u00eb nga zgjedhjet e kaluara, tha Mirel, parlamenti nuk ka funksionuar.
