Cilido qoft\u00eb argumenti q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtohet apo do t\u00eb trajtohen, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e qart\u00eb : n\u00eb loj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ardhmja e gjuh\u00ebs son\u00eb shqipe. N\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb kryesisht trajtohen tema q\u00eb lidhen me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e saj, prandaj ngjarje t\u00eb tilla shkencore duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb pararend\u00ebse t\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebve, t\u00eb largpam\u00ebsis\u00eb se ku do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb gjuha.<br \/>\nMora shkas nga kjo konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb let\u00ebr disa mendime q\u00eb lidhen me disa aspekte t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebr disa \u00ebsht\u00eb debatuar shum\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 &#8211; Gjuha standarte dhe neostandarte<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00eb k\u00ebto dy dekada t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmimtar\u00eb t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb kujdesit ndaj gjuh\u00ebs, kujdes q\u00eb dikur kishte prioritete dhe synime. Gjuha shqipe mendoj se ka dal\u00eb nga disa binar\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u p\u00ebrcaktuan hapur q\u00eb n\u00eb vitet \u201970. Gjuha standarte e miratuar p\u00ebrmbush t\u00eb gjitha nevojat tona n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e gjuh\u00ebs q\u00eb nga gjuha e komunikimit e deri tek gjuha e p\u00ebrzgjedhur e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb. At\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse gjith\u00eb ajo ngutje p\u00ebr t\u00eb futur element\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb dialektor\u00eb? Gjuha i sh\u00ebrben gjith\u00eb kombit dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb funksion politik, prandaj rifutja e element\u00ebve t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb nxitur nga njer\u00ebz q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksion politik, do t\u00eb nxirte premise p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb form\u00eb dhe struktur\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb nxirrte gjithmon\u00eb telashe.<\/p>\n<p>Diksutumet duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen jo p\u00ebr element\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, por nivelin e gjuh\u00ebs pas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ndryshimeve, t\u00ebrmete shoq\u00ebrore do t\u2019i quaja dhe q\u00eb lidhen me p\u00ebrdorimin, sesa me normat gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb t\u00eb shkruarit. K\u00ebtu ka vend p\u00ebr debate t\u00eb frytshme, pasi edhe n\u00ebntemat jan\u00eb interesante. Ja disa nga pyetjet q\u00eb lindin kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn neostandart : a duhen p\u00ebrdorur termat e gjuh\u00ebs angleze q\u00eb lidhen me teknologjit\u00eb e reja? N\u00ebse po cilat duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb dhe cilat jo? A duhet t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb fjalorin e duhur q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb pasurojm\u00eb leksikun? At\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb mendohet edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kongres tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u2019i sanksionoj\u00eb k\u00ebto norma. Pastrimi i gjuh\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb mohim i gjith\u00e7kaje q\u00eb futet, por guxim p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Krijimi i nj\u00eb qendre brenda Akademis\u00eb p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb lidhje me p\u00ebrkthimet.<\/strong><br \/>\nPrurjet e shumta nga p\u00ebrkthimi po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb imediate k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr, pasi ka shum\u00eb pak p\u00ebrkthime serioze nga gjuh\u00ebt e tjera, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb ka shum\u00eb konvergime, qoft\u00eb nga gjuh\u00ebtar\u00eb, studiues, p\u00ebrkthyes dhe botues. A nuk do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb veprat e botuara t\u00eb kalonin n\u00eb sit\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj qendre t\u00eb specializuar dhe t\u00eb evidentohen problemet? P\u00ebrkthime t\u00eb shumta ka edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr gazeta, por n\u00eb to ka probleme t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebt\u00eb tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb shqip\u00ebrimit t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb fjalis\u00eb, t\u00eb shprehjes s\u00eb mendimit t\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb artikuj etj. Un\u00eb mendoj se ka ardhur koha q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e till\u00eb, pasi dikur institutet e kryenin m\u00ebs\u00ebmiri k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. N\u00ebse nuk veprohet me shpejt\u00ebsi, ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb gjuha t\u00eb degradoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb katandiset keq e m\u00eb keq. Mjaft t\u2019i hedh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb sy edhe medias vizive dhe secili prej nesh do ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se televizioni duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb rol kryesor n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn standarte, bile duhet ta pretendoj\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Webfaqe e Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave lidhur me risit\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs<\/strong><br \/>\nNdryshimet soll\u00ebn edhe largimin e shum\u00eb fjal\u00ebve q\u00eb lidheshin me gjuh\u00ebn e asaj kohe, por n\u00eb koshin e harres\u00ebs po p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb globalizmi i gjuh\u00ebs angleze apo ndikime t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera po i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb shpesh gjuh\u00ebn e folur t\u00eb pakapshme nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Nj\u00eb nga rubrikat e sitit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe S.O.S si t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojm\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e harruara apo q\u00eb po harrohen, duke q\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura se fjal\u00ebt e reja. Azhurnimi i tyre t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebzohen shkollat q\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekin disa hapa p\u00ebr ruajtjen e tyre. Mendoj se edhe interneti q\u00eb aq shum\u00eb po synohet q\u00eb ta futin n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla t\u00eb ket\u00eb disa funksione t\u00eb tilla edukuese dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00ebs informacioni. Natyrisht informacionet duhen dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, por kultura e nj\u00eb kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme sesa antikultura apo m\u00eb keq akoma bastardimet e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Secili prej nesh mund t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb edhe probleme t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb lidhen me gjuh\u00ebn dhe jam m\u00ebse i bindur se lista do t\u00eb ishte e gjat\u00eb, por do t\u00eb mjaftonte d\u00ebshira e mir\u00eb dhe ndihma e shtetit, jo politizimi i problemeve gjuh\u00ebsore, q\u00eb t\u00eb fillonte nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb sensibilizuese n\u00eb lidhje me gjuh\u00ebn. Vitin e ardhs\u00ebhm Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetor t\u00eb madh, 100 vjetori i Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare, prandaj p\u00ebrve\u00e7 veprimtarive t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebrkujtimore, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb organizohen edhe veprimtari q\u00eb lidhen me gjuh\u00eb.
