E mendova gjat\u00eb, por m\u00eb shteronte arsyetimi p\u00ebrse Berisha ja kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb rol dhe pse e la t\u00eb turp\u00ebrohej n\u00eb syt\u00eb e gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve kryetaren e Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb, kishte n\u00eb dekor dhe \u201ckryesin\u00eb e vog\u00ebl\u201d t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb dhe nuk jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb krye t\u00eb saj, por q\u00eb t\u00eb sikletosur nga sjelljet e kryetares, ulnin kok\u00ebn dhe b\u00ebnin grimasa njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur. Kur shikoje ata njer\u00ebz t\u00eb salduar rreth kryetarit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt as jan\u00eb zgjedhur m\u00eb dhe as jan\u00eb konfirmuar, por thjesht jan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur prej tij, m\u2019u kujtua fillimi i viteve \u201890-t\u00eb, kur Partia e Pun\u00ebs po degradonte dhe Ramiz Alia hapi mbledhjet e Byros\u00eb Politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt k\u00eb kishte n\u00eb krah.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4422\" title=\"Jozefina Topalli\" src=\"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/jozefina_topalli1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"264\" height=\"184\" \/>E gjitha b\u00ebhej q\u00eb ne t\u00eb hutoheshim pas budallall\u00ebkut t\u00eb Lenka \u00c7ukos, apo vulgaritetit t\u00eb Pali Misk\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb thoshim ashtu si jo pak vet\u00eb than\u00eb, se \u201cshoku Ramiz paska t\u00eb drejt\u00eb\u201d se \u201cshiko \u00e7\u2019budallenj e rrethojn\u00eb\u201d. Dje Sali Berisha ka b\u00ebr\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb me rrethin e tij t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, por e vetmja q\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb viktim\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj manovre t\u00eb tij ishte Jozefina Topalli. Me nj\u00eb vulgaritet t\u00eb paimagjinuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb rrezatonte <em><strong>serviliz\u00ebm, inferioritet, munges\u00eb kulture, injoranc\u00eb politike dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha munges\u00eb t\u00eb dinjitetit fem\u00ebror<\/strong><\/em>, ajo ishte n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb inskenimi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u2019i b\u00ebsh nj\u00eb njeriu n\u00eb politik\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta nxjerr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht prej saj.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo pandehm\u00eb b\u00ebhej m\u00eb bind\u00ebse kur shikoje se si heshte Sali Berisha kur p\u00ebrpiqej t\u2019i dilte n\u00eb krah zonja Topalli, apo si ndjehej ngusht\u00eb kur ajo p\u00ebrpiqej t\u2019i justifikonte dhe lajthitjet e tij. Po ashtu i \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm ishte roli i saj si arbit\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim mes dy t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb debatonin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje serioze t\u00eb zhvillimit urban dhe t\u00eb mekanizmave administrativ\u00eb q\u00eb duhen p\u00ebrdorur.<\/p>\n<p>Roli i zonj\u00ebs Topalli n\u00eb at\u00eb tryez\u00eb, mund t\u00eb ishte protokollar, dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7elur diskutimet, por devijimi vulgar q\u00eb ajo i b\u00ebri tryez\u00ebs dhe shija q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb tek publiku, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb justifikojn\u00eb ikjen e saj nga postet formale q\u00eb mban n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb. Kjo po ndodh disa jav\u00eb pasi PD mbush nj\u00eb vit nga Kuvendi i saj i fundit, i cili nuk ka zgjedhur ende institucionet drejtuese t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesia, n\u00ebnkryetar\u00ebt apo sekretar\u00ebt. Me shfaqjet e saj t\u00eb fundit, zonja Topalli ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ndjehet keq \u00e7do an\u00ebtar i asaj partie, sidomos ata q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb mend degradimin e elit\u00ebs s\u00eb em\u00ebruar n\u00eb fund t\u00eb komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Zonja Topalli ishte dje t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht vulgare, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb hapte goj\u00ebn dhe rrotullohej e ekzaltuar n\u00eb karrige, nga ato q\u00eb d\u00ebgjonte por nuk kuptonte dhe sidomos nga ato q\u00eb fliste dhe nuk kuptoheshin. Askush n\u00eb at\u00eb karrige, q\u00eb nga viti 1920, nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb nivel, edhe n\u00ebse llogarisim Vitori \u00c7urrin si kryetare t\u00eb Kuvendit Popullor dhe jo thjesht nj\u00eb ish-n\u00ebnkryetare. Qet\u00ebsia me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Berisha po dor\u00ebzon ushtar\u00ebt e vet, duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb qesharak\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb imitim i vonuar i asaj se si u b\u00eb e paq\u00ebn\u00eb prej Ramiz Alis\u00eb Byroja e fundit Politike e komunizmit n\u00eb vitin 1990.
