P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nd\u00ebrrim kan\u00eb kontribuar njer\u00ebz tan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar, pa i p\u00ebrjashtuar miqt\u00eb tan\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, duke u flijuar n\u00eb sfera t\u00eb ndryshme, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu k\u00ebto nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebt e fundit do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnohen si nj\u00eb epok\u00eb e diskutimeve t\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb nxehta, si\u00e7 thuhet, p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket identitetit ton\u00eb shqiptar, se a jemi evropian\u00eb apo lindor\u00eb? Zot\u00ebri Arb\u00ebn Xhaferri, njihet n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike dhe kulturore q\u00eb ka kontribuar konsideruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb\/p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Me q\u00eb ai dit\u00ebt e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr nga angazhimi aktiv politik, e konsideruam shum\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb me t\u00eb, p\u00ebr disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb identitetit ton\u00eb evropian e t\u00eb politik\u00ebs son\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: Kush jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Maqedoni, sa jan\u00eb? Ku jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e krishter\u00eb atje, a ka t\u00eb till\u00eb, apo \u00e7far\u00eb ishte fati i tyre? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xhaferri<\/strong>: Shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo qofshin ata, jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb pa marr\u00eb parasysh juridiksionin administrativ, besimin, bindjet ideologjike, dialektin, larushin\u00eb folklorike etj. Deri m\u00eb tani kemi funksionuar, n\u00eb momentet m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira historike, si nj\u00eb komb, sidomos gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs kosovare, kur u arrit nj\u00eb homogjenitet, nj\u00eb kohezion impresiv, pa marr\u00eb parasysh dallimet. Jemi nj\u00eb komb, nga q\u00eb pajtohemi rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb formojn\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u2022 jemi popull autokton, me origjin\u00eb evropiane, pasardh\u00ebs t\u00eb ilir\u00ebve;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 jemi nd\u00ebr evropian\u00ebt e par\u00eb q\u00eb nga vet\u00eb apostujt e pranuam krishterimin;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 flasim nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, tashm\u00eb edhe t\u00eb standardizuar, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra nga gjuh\u00ebt fundamentale evropiane;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 pranojm\u00eb se kemi histori t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, pa dallime sinjifikante n\u00eb interpretim;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 pranojm\u00eb se kemi nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 i nderojm\u00eb pa dallime personalitetet historike, kulturore komb\u00ebtare;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 kemi gjetur dhe pranuar formul\u00ebn p\u00ebr toleranc\u00ebn fetare, at\u00eb t\u00eb Pashko Vas\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb maksim\u00eb obliguese p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt; \u201dFeja e shqiptarit\u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptaria\u201d;<br \/>\n\u2022\u2022 d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb jetojm\u00eb, t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb dhe ta nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb bashk\u00ebardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb, etj.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto jan\u00eb bindje t\u00eb pamohueshme t\u00eb \u00e7do shqiptari. Deri m\u00eb tani nuk kemi opsione t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta q\u00eb do t\u2019i kontestonin k\u00ebto p\u00ebrcaktime. Natyrisht q\u00eb ka dallime t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb krijojn\u00eb identite te dyt\u00ebsore apo tret\u00ebsore, ashtu si n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e \u00e7do popullit jet\u00ebr. Pra, shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse e kombit q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin identitetet (histori, gjuh\u00eb, tradit\u00eb, kultur\u00eb) dhe gatishm\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb frymojn\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Nga gjiri i popullit shqiptar t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb dol\u00ebn dy nobelist\u00eb: N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb dhe Ferid Muradi. Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb ndryshme, bie fjala, numrit t\u00eb fillorist\u00ebve n\u00eb Maqedoni m\u00eb s\u00eb paku 1\/3 e popullsis\u00eb jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vazhdojn\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb identitetin komb\u00ebtar mbi principet e nj\u00ebjta si n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e tjera shqiptare. K\u00ebt\u00eb proces t\u00eb kombformimit do ta p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb dy universitetet q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb Tetov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Maqedoni kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme shqiptar\u00ebt e krishter\u00ebt\u00eb ritit katolik, duke filluar nga Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani deri te N\u00ebna Terez\u00eb, pastaj ata t\u00eb ritit ortodoks q\u00eb banojn\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin e ashtuquajtur t\u00eb Rek\u00ebs, rreth Gostivarit. Ata flasin nj\u00eb geg\u00ebrishte t\u00eb past\u00ebr, madje sipas disa gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb kulluar se geg\u00ebrishtja e v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre mysliman\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen atipik, i rrall\u00eb. Josif Bageri, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb Kongresin e Manastirit, ka qen\u00eb shqiptar ortodoks i k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve. N\u00eb Manastir dhe rrethin\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e shqiptar\u00ebve protestant\u00eb, kryesisht pasardh\u00ebsit e familjes Qiriazi. Mjerisht, p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb ndryshme, identitetin komb\u00ebtar e kan\u00eb ruajtur vet\u00ebm t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt katolik\u00eb. Ata kryesisht jetoj n\u00eb n\u00eb Shkup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: K\u00ebtu, n\u00eb Ballkan, lindi nj\u00eb shtet i ri, Kosova. Ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb provojn\u00eb ta krijojn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb komb t\u00eb ri, t\u00eb quajtur \u2018kosovar\u2019 dhe ndoshta edhe nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb re \u2018kosovare\u2019. A \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo nj\u00eb pasurim, begatim apo nj\u00eb \u2018sakatim\u2019 i qenies son\u00eb si shqiptar\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xhaferri<\/strong>: Edhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast do t\u00eb verifikohet se jemi popull evropian. Evropian\u00ebt kan\u00eb veti q\u00eb t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb strumbullar t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. N\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ndjenjat komb\u00ebtare kan\u00eb luajtur nj\u00eb rol antagonist, nd\u00ebrtues dhe rr\u00ebnues. Ndjenja komb\u00ebtare ndikoi q\u00eb t\u00eb bashkohen feudet dhe t\u00eb krijohen shtetet moderne nacionale, si\u00e7 ishte rasti me Gjermanin\u00eb dhe Italin\u00eb, po ashtu ndjenjat komb\u00ebtare ndikuan q\u00eb t\u00eb shformohen perandorit\u00eb mbinacionale si\u00e7 ishte ajo austro-hungareze. Nacionalizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebfim evropian. Latin\u00ebt kan\u00eb nj\u00eb maksim\u00eb q\u00eb u v\u00ebrtetua kat\u00ebr\u00e7ip\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb: \u201cQuius lingua eius regio\u201d (\u201cE kujt gjuha \u2013 e tij toka\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj mend\u00ebsia evropiane prodhonte koncepte q\u00eb e p\u00ebrforconin kohezionin e brendsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb krijonin identitetin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Ndon\u00ebse gjermanishtja, anglishtja, fr\u00ebngjishtja, italishtja, spanjishtja etj. kan\u00eb dialekte t\u00eb ndryshme, shpeshher\u00eb me dallime t\u00eb thella, megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr interesa komb\u00ebtare, komunikuese, politike k\u00ebto gjuh\u00eb u standardizuan. Sipas teoris\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, dialektet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr komunikim vet\u00ebm n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e feudalizmit, kur \u00e7do feud kishte dialektin e vet. Shteti komb\u00ebtar, i formuar me bashkimin e feudeve, p\u00ebr nevoja pragmatike, komunikuese, por edhe p\u00ebr interesa komb\u00ebtare k\u00ebrkon dhe detyrimisht e krijon gjuh\u00ebn standarde.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do gj\u00eb, n\u00eb se d\u00ebshirohet te ruhet, duhet t\u00eb normativizohet, t\u00eb standardizohet. Bie fjala, n\u00eb bibliotekat moderne respektohen standardet e mikroklim\u00ebs q\u00eb e ruajn\u00eb librin nga d\u00ebmtimet. K\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe me gjuh\u00ebn. N\u00eb se duam ta rruajm\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, at\u00eb ind t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb unitetit ton\u00eb, duhet ta kultivojm\u00eb dhe ta respektojm\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn standarde shqipe, ashtu si ruhet anglishtja q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret nj\u00ebsoj prej SHBA-ve deri n\u00eb Australi, prej Afrik\u00ebs s\u00eb Jugut deri n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe. Kjo vlen edhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebt e tjera evropiane, pos p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebt sllave q\u00eb shumohen artificialisht, gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb ekspansionizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebrat p\u00ebr krijim t\u00eb kombit t\u00eb ri dhe gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb re n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb joserioze, nga q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga margjinat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Deri m\u00eb tani elita politike dhe shkencore e Kosov\u00ebs e ka ruajtura t\u00eb frym\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb p\u00ebruruar n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Rilindjes komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebr mua, k\u00ebto ide p\u00ebr komb dhe gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb re jan\u00eb absurde dhe n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb shk\u00ebrmoqjes s\u00eb kapaciteteve komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: U b\u00ebn\u00eb 130 vjet nga Lidhja e Prizrenit, a i kan\u00eb arritur shqiptar\u00ebt synimet e veta si popull, apo duhet t\u00eb presim edhe 130 vjet t\u00eb tjera?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Xhaferri<\/strong>: Disa thon\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt von\u00eb paskan krijuar vet\u00ebdijen komb\u00ebtare. Edhe pse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tez\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjenden argumente t\u00eb shumta, megjithat\u00eb mendoj se rasti shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb raritet historik. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e lasht\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb popull i lasht\u00eb, jan\u00eb zhdukur, ose jan\u00eb asimiluar. Po ashtu t\u00eb gjitha gjuh\u00ebt e lashta jan\u00eb t\u00eb vdekura, pos shqipes. S\u00eb k\u00ebndejmi, shqiptar\u00ebt, si popull atipik, pa sponsor\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm, arrit\u00ebn \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin m\u00eb frekuent t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, ku dyndeshin fise aziatike, ku p\u00ebrplaseshin interesa, kultura, qytet\u00ebrime nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet.<\/p>\n<p>Mbijetesa e shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebmrekulli hyjnore. Ky proces i mbijetes\u00ebs dhe i kombformimit vazhdon. Lidhja e Prizrenit, Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs, Konferenca e Rambujes\u00eb apo kjo e fundit e Vjen\u00ebs, jan\u00eb shkall\u00eb q\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm na shpijn\u00eb drejt p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb shtetformimit dhe kombformimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Ky proces zhvillohet n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt s\u2019duhet t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb asnj\u00eb her\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm me interiorizim t\u00eb vlerave dhe t\u00eb standardeve evropiane mund ta p\u00ebrfundojm\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb flasin shqip, a jan\u00eb nj\u00eb komb? A e kemi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin identitet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, kur i kemi parasysh divergjencat dhe dallimet brenda p\u00ebrbrenda, n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb shprehur, n\u00eb t\u00eb menduar, n\u00eb religjion?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Xhaferri<\/strong>: \u00cbsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb konfuzion i madh lidhur me semantik\u00ebn (dometh\u00ebnien) e nocioneve etni, popull, komb, identitet. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb flasin shqip politikisht mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb komb, n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb pjes\u00ebtarit, t\u00eb qytetarit, t\u00eb bart\u00ebsit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb para ligjit. K\u00ebt\u00eb interpretim e p\u00ebruruan francez\u00ebt. Ata ishin t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb e krijuan shtetin nacional, pra komb\u00ebtar. Mir\u00ebpo, ky nocion kishte n\u00eb thelb konotacionin politik dhe jo etnik. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Franc\u00ebs q\u00eb e kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb franceze, trajtoheshin si francez\u00eb, pa marr\u00eb parasysh etnin\u00eb, rac\u00ebn, besimin.<\/p>\n<p>Ky p\u00ebrcaktim ishte revolucionar p\u00ebr at\u00eb koh\u00eb, nga q\u00eb qytetari nuk trajtohej m\u00eb si pron\u00eb e nj\u00eb feudali, konti, princi apo mbretit, por qytetar i lir\u00eb q\u00eb g\u00ebzonte t\u00eb drejtat e nj\u00ebjta si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Maksima e k\u00ebsaj risie revolucionare ishte: \u201dEgalite, fraternite, liberte\u201d (\u201cBarazi, v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrim, liri\u201d). Te gjerman\u00ebt situata ishte ndryshe. Ata, t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb feude t\u00eb ndryshme (n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XV kishte af\u00ebr 500 shtete) e shfryt\u00ebzuan p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb etnike, origjin\u00ebn e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb p\u00ebr ta krijuar shtetin e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. S\u00eb k\u00ebndejmi, n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb zhvillohen dy procese kombformuese. I pari mbi parimet politike, sipas modelit jakobin francez (t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit Franc\u00ebs jan\u00eb francez) dhe i dyti mbi parimet etnike, prejardhjes s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb (koncepti gjerman).<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e formojn\u00eb identitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar mbi baza t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike, nga q\u00eb p\u00ebr ta do t\u00eb ishte radikalisht e papranueshme q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb t\u00eb quhen maqedonas, ata t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb serb\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, malazez. Krijimi i identitetit komb\u00ebtar mbi baza politike \u00ebsht\u00eb i huaj p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse ka edhe p\u00ebrjashtime nga ky parim. Bie fjala, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore ka funksionuar edhe koncepti politik i kombformimit, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ndodhnin keqkuptime indinjuese, kur ata i quanin shqiptar\u00ebt e Maqedonis\u00eb, \u201cmaqedonsa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebshtu q\u00ebndron puna me iden-titetin. Nj\u00eb njeri mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb identitete t\u00eb ndryshme, si dhe lirin\u00eb q\u00eb ta spikat\u00eb nj\u00eb identitet n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb tjetrit. Por n\u00eb nivel shtet\u00ebror, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb interesit komb\u00ebtar, duhet t\u00eb spikaten ato vlera q\u00eb e forcojn\u00eb unitetin komb\u00ebtar, kohezionin e brendsh\u00ebm, si bie fjala gjuha, tradita e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, interpretimi i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb i proceseve dhe personazheve historike, toleranca fetare, inklinimi n\u00eb sistemin e vlerave evropiane, minimizimi i dallimeve rajonale, adeteve, besimeve etj. Shkon aq larg sa k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u2019i kthehen origjin\u00ebs, besimit t\u00eb vet t\u00eb krishter\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb ju mendoni?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Xhaferri<\/strong>: Nuk di sakt\u00ebsisht \u00e7ka ka th\u00ebn\u00eb shkrimtari yn\u00eb i madh, prandaj nuk mund ta komentoj q\u00ebndrimin e tij. Sa kam dijeni, ai flet me shum\u00eb kujdes p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe gjithmon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur p\u00ebr identitetin evropian t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Si\u00e7 dihet, qytet\u00ebrimi evropian nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me nj\u00eb religjion dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi parimet e laicizmit. Kjo u v\u00ebrtetua edhe me rastine hartimit t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb UE-s\u00eb. Mendoj se ky orientim i qytet\u00ebrimit evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb modeli shp\u00ebtimtar p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, formula q\u00eb n\u00eb zanafille i eviton f\u00ebrkimet.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja e besimit \u00ebsht\u00eb, mbase \u00e7\u00ebshtja m\u00eb komplekse, m\u00eb e ndjeshme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut. Besimi\u00ebsht\u00eb mapa orientuese n\u00eb jet\u00ebn enjer\u00ebzve. Secili mendon se mapa e tij\u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sakt\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, k\u00ebto bindjenuk duhet t\u00eb politizohen, por t\u00eb trajtohensi vler\u00eb e intimes s\u00eb tyre. Besimi buron nga shpirti i njeriut, at\u00eb nuk mund ta gjesh n\u00eb objekte. Qytet\u00ebrimi evropian e kultivon k\u00ebt\u00eb qasje dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i eviton f\u00ebrkimet fetare. Karakteristik\u00eb kryesore e qytet\u00ebrimit euro-per\u00ebndimor \u00ebsht\u00eb mend\u00ebsia inkluzive, pranuese dhe jo p\u00ebrjashtuese.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb marksist\u00eb-leninist\u00ebt dikur dhe gjith\u00eb fundamentalist\u00ebt sot kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar strehim n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe jo n\u00eb shtetet komuniste apo n\u00eb shtetete ashtuquajtura islamike. Pas pranimit t\u00eb konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb lirit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, apostazia, proselitizmi, konvertimi, kam p\u00ebrshtypjen se jan\u00eb fenomene t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. Natyrisht se k\u00ebto procese do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tutje, n\u00eb trajta t\u00eb buta, si e drejt\u00eb e patjet\u00ebrsueshme e njeriut. Konvertimet spektakulare jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme dhe gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb shkaktuar efekt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt. Sipas njohurive t\u00eb mia, edhe Vatikani \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr konvertimeve pompoze, q\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb e kan\u00eb interesinv etjak, apo politik.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr Vatikanin besimi \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb serioze n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut dhe \u00e7do keqp\u00ebrdorim, instrumentalizim i tij p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime jofetare, \u00ebsht\u00eb i palejuesh\u00ebm. N\u00eb sistemin per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb vlerave p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha shqet\u00ebsimet e p\u00ebr dilemat tona, gjenden zgjidhje t\u00eb pranueshme. T\u00eb gjitha besimet monoteiste kan\u00eb nj\u00eb substanc\u00eb teologjike, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb burim dhe ofrojn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rrug\u00ebdalje p\u00ebr ta gjetur kuptimin e jet\u00ebs. Problemet nuk shfaqen, pra n\u00eb planin teologjik, por te shfryt\u00ebzimi i religjionit si p\u00ebr\u00e7ues i vlerave nacionale dhe kulturore t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ngushta. Feja islame ndryshe praktikohet nga turqit, ndryshe nga arab\u00ebt, apo pakistanez\u00ebt, afganistanez\u00ebt, kaukazian\u00ebt apo iranian\u00ebt. Detyrimisht ndryshe do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb praktikohej edhe nga shqiptar\u00ebt evropian\u00eb, pa e l\u00ebnduar substanc\u00ebn, dogm\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb aksiom\u00ebs n\u00eb sistemin religjioz.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht se kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi do t\u00eb jen\u00eb integralist\u00ebt orientimesh t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb imponojn\u00eb nj\u00eb unitet q\u00eb nuk ka ekzistuar as n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e profetit Muhamed. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn e globalizmit, ku paralelishtg lobalizohet e mira dhe e keqja, \u00e7do spektak\u00ebl konvertues do t\u00eb krijonte probleme t\u00eb pazgjidhshme p\u00ebr popullin ton\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ishte prelud p\u00ebr shthurje mbi baza religjioze. Toleranca fetare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt aktual politik, por nj\u00eb vler\u00eb substanciale e tradit\u00ebs son\u00eb, nj\u00eb vler\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcakton identitetin ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Etnologu serb, Vuk Karaxhiqi sugjeron q\u00eb serb\u00ebt, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht sllav\u00ebt e jugut, ta kopjojn\u00eb modelin shqiptar: \u201cArnaut\u00ebt\u2026 p\u00ebr ne jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt se gjerman\u00ebt dhe hungarez\u00ebt. Ka t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb i takojn\u00eb ritit roman, di\u00e7ka edhe ritit grek, por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb quhen arnaut\u00eb, mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb q\u00eb ata ta urrejn\u00eb nga pak nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, por kundruall t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve sillen si v\u00ebllez\u00ebr, sikur t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit besim. Ka ndodhur q\u00eb nj\u00ebri prej tyre, i besimit turk t\u00eb vras\u00eb dhjet\u00eb turq t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arnaut, cilit do rit krishter\u00eb, ashtu si nj\u00eb arnaut i ritit roman t\u00eb vras\u00eb dhjet\u00eb italian\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arnaut t\u00eb ritit turk\u201d. Ndon\u00ebse ky pohim \u00ebsht\u00eb vulgar, megjithat\u00eb e p\u00ebrmenda p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se kjo harmoni nd\u00ebrfetare \u00ebsht\u00eb e trash\u00ebguar dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb floskul\u00eb retorike politike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: Ku e kan\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb\u2019 shqiptar\u00ebt, n\u00eb Orient apo n\u00eb Oksident? Apo d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbesin ur\u00eblidh\u00ebs mes k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dyjave, e vet\u00eb t\u00eb mbesin jasht\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Xhaferri<\/strong>: Pa dyshim n\u00eb Oksident. Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb forc\u00eb, kapacitete, q\u00eb t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rolin e faktorit nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebs, as q\u00eb dikush k\u00ebrkon nga ata ta luajn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rol. Ne gjendemi n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ishte fatale p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00ebn ton\u00eb, po qe se do t\u00eb zgjidhnim pozit\u00ebn skizofrenike. Kur flas p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn, e kam parasysh qytet\u00ebrimin evropian, at\u00eb sistem t\u00eb vlerave q\u00eb garanton t\u00eb drejtat njeriut sipas standardeve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, stabilitetin shoq\u00ebror, barazin\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, mir\u00ebqenien e qytetar\u00ebve, pa marr\u00eb parasysh dallimet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtare e Konferenc\u00ebs Islamike? Un\u00eb si shqiptar katolik rr\u00ebqethem kur m\u00eb bien nd\u00ebr mend nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb. Them me vete: \u201cN\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00ebv endin n\u00eb at\u00eb konferenc\u00eb, un\u00eb nuk kam d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb jem shqiptar\u201d. A e ka Shqip\u00ebria vendin aty?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Xhaferri<\/strong>: Pyetje e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. Zakonisht kur duhet t\u00eb jap vler\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje kaq komplekse dhe t\u00eb ndjeshme, p\u00ebrpiqem t\u00eb jem sa m\u00eb racional. Organizata e Konferenc\u00ebs Islamike (Munazzamat al-mu\u2019tamaral-islami) \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar m\u00eb 22 shtator 1969 n\u00eb kryeqytetin e Marokos, Rabat. Selia aktuale gjendet n\u00eb Xheda, n\u00eb Arabin\u00eb Saudite. Ka 57 an\u00ebtare t\u00eb rregullta dhe pes\u00eb me status monitorues, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Bosnja dhe Hercegovina (1994), Rusia ( 2005).<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria u b\u00eb an\u00ebtare m\u00eb 1992. Shkas p\u00ebr themelimin e k\u00ebsaj organizate ishte djegia e xhamis\u00eb Al Aksa n\u00eb Jerusalem, m\u00eb 21 gusht1969, nga ana e nj\u00eb ekstremisti protestant nga Australia. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj organizate \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrforcimi i solidaritetit mes an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebrforcimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha planet, \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosja e diskriminimit racor dhe i kolonializmit, p\u00ebrforcimi I paqes dhe siguris\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, organizimi p\u00ebr mbrojtje t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb shenjta, mb\u00ebshtetja popullit palestinez, mb\u00ebshtetja t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs q\u00eb luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr ruajtjen e dinjitetit dhe arritjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, etj.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, n\u00eb se merret parasysh lufta shteruese dhe tragjike irakoiraniane, lufta qytetare n\u00eb Liban, n\u00eb Afganistan, okupimi i Kuvajtit nga Iraku, p\u00ebrdorimi i arm\u00ebve biologjike kund\u00ebr kurd\u00ebve, bashk\u00ebpunimi (solidarizimi) me regjimin e Millosheviqit, hezitimi p\u00ebr njohjen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pastaj ngufatja e t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive t\u00eb njeriut, pozita e gruas n\u00eb k\u00ebto shoq\u00ebri etj. D\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se kjo organizat\u00eb nuk ka kapacitete p\u00ebr ta kryer misionin q\u00eb ia ka parashtruar vetes. Kjo organizat\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb instanc\u00eb m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, mbishtet\u00ebrore, me kompetenca vendimmarr\u00ebse, q\u00eb mund t\u2019u imponohen shteteve an\u00ebtare, por nj\u00eb lidhje formale, nj\u00eb vend ku rrihet uji n\u00eb havan.S\u00eb dyti, vet\u00eb em\u00ebrtimi i organizat\u00ebs n\u00eb vete ng\u00ebrthen nj\u00eb not\u00eb diskriminuese, nga q\u00eb merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb interesat vet\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb segmenti t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb probleme shteteve multikonfesionale.<\/p>\n<p>Organizatat e ngjashme n\u00eb bot\u00eb themelohen mbi parime universale dhe jo segreguese, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb shembuj t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm t\u00eb organizatave q\u00eb mbrojn\u00eb interesat e budist\u00ebve, t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve apo t\u00eb racave t\u00eb ndryshme etj. S\u00eb treti, kjo organizat\u00eb nuk ka struktur\u00eb stabile. Ka shtete q\u00eb e suspendojn\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi nga teket e lider\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk pajtohen me vendimet q\u00eb merr kjo organizat\u00eb. Bie fjala, Afganistani e suspendoi an\u00ebtar\u00ebsin\u00eb prej 1980-1989, Egjipti prej 1979-1984, nd\u00ebrkaq m\u00eb 1993 Zanzibari u \u00e7regjistrua t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht. S\u00eb kat\u00ebrti si Shqip\u00ebria, ashtu edhe Kosova me kushtetut\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizuar si shtete laike q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se nuk mund cil\u00ebsohen me epitete fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb se merret parasysh gjeografia. Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka forc\u00eb p\u00ebr misione t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ajo nuk mund t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rolin e avokates s\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb organizat\u00eb dhe as t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb institucionet evropiane. P\u00ebrfundimisht, kjo organizat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb politike, po t\u00eb ishte ndryshe at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo, pa vonuar, do t\u00eb duhej \u201cen bloc\u201d ta njihte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs. Kjo, si\u00e7 dim\u00eb nuk ndodhi. Me shum\u00eb shtete, an\u00ebtare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj organizate dirigjojn\u00ebs htete t\u00eb tjera, Rusia ve\u00e7mas. Nisur nga k\u00ebto konstatime, nga keqp\u00ebrdorimi i fes\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike, sidomos n\u00eb se merret parasysh se vendimet e k\u00ebtilla mund t\u00eb nxisin p\u00ebr\u00e7arje mbi baza fetare, at\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebhet e qart\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb kemi kujdes, q\u00eb duke rregulluar vetull\u00ebn t\u00eb mos e nxjerrim syrin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kajtazi: A duhet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet, t\u00eb flasinnj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb identitet, t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00ebn nj\u00eb flamur, t\u00eb k\u00ebndojn\u00eb nj\u00eb himn t\u00eb vet\u00ebm? A \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo d\u00ebshir\u00eb e pamoralshme e jona, apo s\u2019kemi guxim ta themi k\u00ebt\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Xhaferri<\/strong>: Kosovar\u00ebt thon\u00eb: s\u2019kemi ka\u00e7ik. Gjat\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se shtetet nacionale jan\u00eb m\u00eb stabile se ato heterogjene, multietnike. Kur k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit hasin n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, si pasoj\u00eb e padrejt\u00ebsive mbi baza etnike, at\u00ebher\u00eb fillojn\u00eb pak nga pak t\u00eb happen dhe krijohen \u00e7\u00ebshtjet etnike. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i pandalsh\u00ebm historik. Shtetet komb\u00ebtare gjithmon\u00eb formohen kur shp\u00ebrb\u00ebhen perandorit\u00eb, federatat, apo konfederatat. Por, natyrisht se \u00e7do popull q\u00eb i ka takuar nj\u00eb formacioni t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb shoq\u00ebror, nuk fiton me automatiz\u00ebm t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr shtet.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb fitojn\u00eb popuj q\u00eb kan\u00eb vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb lart\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, zhvillim kulturor, ekonomik, arsimor, teknologjik, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb mira me faktor\u00ebt relevant\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr vendime historike. N\u00eb rastin shqiptar nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn apo vullnetin q\u00eb t\u00eb jetohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet, por me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si t\u00eb realizohet ky p\u00ebrcaktim. Shqiptar\u00ebt e mbetur jasht\u00eb kufijve kan\u00eb vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb lart\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Ata m\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb asimilohen. Sa ata do t\u00eb ken\u00eb probleme me shtetet ku ata jetojn\u00eb, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb k\u00ebto shtete do t\u00eb ken\u00eb kok\u00eb\u00e7arje me ta.
