Ky debat ngec gjithnj\u00eb tek ng\u00ebr\u00e7i q\u00eb krijohet tek Aleanca KuqeZi apo partia e Topit, rreth identitetit t\u00eb tyre politik.<\/p>\n<p>Desha t\u00eb ndalem pak m\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, Aleanca KuqeZi dhe Partia e zotit Topi jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta vet\u00ebm se jan\u00eb parti t\u00eb reja, por nuk jan\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj.<\/p>\n<p>Aleanca KuqeZi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb parti me baz\u00eb populiste e shtrir\u00eb shum\u00eb horizontalisht n\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, ku bashkohen nacionalikomunist\u00eb, nacionalist\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb, njer\u00ebz aktiv\u00eb dhe agresiv\u00eb opozitar\u00eb, pra nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb agresive e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb refuzon statuskuon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo nuk ka nj\u00eb identitete ideologjik t\u00eb majt\u00eb apo t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, por tipar kryesor ka faktin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb opozit\u00eb e ashp\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Partia e zotit Topi nga ana e vet, v\u00ebrtet po krijohet si parti e re, por po ngrihet mbi nj\u00eb gjeografi t\u00eb njohur politike brenda qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb, q\u00eb synon t\u2019i rijap\u00eb shanse nj\u00eb partie si PD-ja, por pa gabimet e saj. Kjo e b\u00ebn at\u00eb nj\u00eb parti me identitet t\u00eb qart\u00eb politik, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk jam i sigurt\u00eb n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00eb apo penges\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb parti e madhe, pa u shkat\u00ebrruar PD-ja. Dhe, q\u00eb t\u00eb bjer\u00eb ngrehina fallco e PD-s\u00eb, ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet Sali Berisha nga pushteti dhe t\u2019i jepet shans nj\u00eb ekipi t\u00eb ri politikan\u00ebsh n\u00eb spektrin e qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, Aleanca KuqeZi dhe Partia e zotit Topi nuk kan\u00eb asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb parti n\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion.<\/p>\n<p>Ato mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb koalicion vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsye teknike, por kurrsesi p\u00ebr ngjashm\u00ebri politike. Aleanca KuqeZi \u00ebsht\u00eb parti agresive, populiste, e ashp\u00ebr me qeverin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa partia e zotit Topi \u00ebsht\u00eb ende e padal\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00eb betej\u00eb, e qart\u00eb si parti e qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb dhe e pasigurt\u00eb, n\u00ebse votat q\u00eb do t\u2019i grumbulloj\u00eb, do t&#8217;i ket\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie me Berish\u00ebn apo opozit\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb dallime mes AK-s\u00eb dhe FRD-s\u00eb, se sa mes FRD-s\u00eb dhe PD-s\u00eb nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb dhe AK-s\u00eb dhe PS-s\u00eb nga ana tjet\u00ebr. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, arsye nuk ka kuptim t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cPol t\u00eb Tret\u00eb mes AK-s\u00eb dhe FRD-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb identitetit politik.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb parti t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb b\u00ebra bashk\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb parti t\u00eb madhe, por thjesht nj\u00eb koalicion t\u00eb vog\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse bie kjo arsye, pra n\u00ebse e heqim nga k\u00ebmb\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb zinxhirin fallco t\u00eb identitetit, q\u00eb Berisha e p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr t\u00eb kompleksuar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, at\u00ebher\u00eb ka kuptim t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr koalicione taktike, dhe valorizim votash, q\u00eb ndodhin vet\u00ebm brenda koalicioneve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>Sistemi yn\u00eb i zgjedhjeve \u00ebsht\u00eb i pashembullt nga padrejt\u00ebsia qe prodhon ndaj partive t\u00eb vogla dhe t\u00eb reja dhe \u00e7do vler\u00eb opozitare apo politike \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebnuar t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb shanset e k\u00ebtij sistemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar. I vetmi kuptim q\u00eb ka koalicioni me AK-s\u00eb dhe FRD-s\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb koalicioni brenda nj\u00eb fronti m\u00eb t\u00eb madh politik, qe tejkalon identitetet e tyre, ku ka t\u00eb majt\u00eb e t\u00eb djatht\u00eb, ish komunist\u00eb dhe ish t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar politik\u00eb, ish pronar\u00eb dhe kooperativist\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u2019i heqin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb barr\u00ebn e t\u00eb qeverisurit nga nj\u00eb anti-vler\u00eb komb\u00ebtare si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb i vetmi shans q\u00eb k\u00ebto dy parti t\u00eb jen\u00eb bashk\u00eb dhe jo t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta, si\u00e7 nuk jan\u00eb. \u00c7do variant tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr \u201cPol t\u00eb Tret\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb i gabuar. Ato \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb dalin m\u00eb vete, pasi e kan\u00eb pragun m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt dhe nuk p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb zellin se kush do jet\u00eb e para dhe kush e dyta n\u00eb rezultatin final.
