Sipas saj, Shqip\u00ebria as nuk duhej ta kishte dor\u00ebzuar fare aplikimin p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE, p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb larg standardeve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen. N\u00eb shkrim thuhet se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kriza aktuale politike q\u00eb po pengon integrimin, por kultura e pjekuria politike n\u00eb vend. Si p\u00ebr ironi, kjo media jep edhe nj\u00eb prononcim t\u00eb nj\u00eb zyrtari shqiptar, q\u00eb fajin p\u00ebr bllokimin e integrimit ia l\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht opozit\u00ebs, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb tej q\u00eb do ishte nj\u00eb sinjal pozitiv n\u00ebse vendi do merrte statusin e kandidatit.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht kjo puna e l\u00ebshimeve q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb na b\u00ebj\u00eb Brukseli shpjegon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri edhe konceptin q\u00eb ka qeveria p\u00ebr integrimin, koncept q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet q\u00eb ta injektoj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb opinionin publik. Integrimi shihet m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim sesa si nj\u00eb arritje p\u00ebrmes reformash, shihet si nj\u00eb l\u00ebshim, e jo si rezultat i pun\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka asnj\u00eb shpjegim tjet\u00ebr se p\u00ebrse kjo qeveri \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq entuziaste p\u00ebr vendimin p\u00ebr vizat dhe nuk flet asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e aplikimit. Edhe pse t\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb vendime t\u00eb pritshme, qeveria e b\u00ebn fakt t\u00eb kryer t\u00eb parin, dhe hesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb dytin. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kjo i ngjan fabul\u00ebs s\u00eb atij f\u00ebmij\u00ebs jetim, q\u00eb m\u00ebson se nuk do jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb pasur e me vlera, por g\u00ebzon pa fund se do ket\u00eb mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb xhiro me makin\u00eb n\u00eb lagjen e pasur.<\/p>\n<p>Tani pyetja e par\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vjen nd\u00ebrmend \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb do b\u00ebj\u00eb kjo qeveri kur t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb se ka d\u00ebshtuar me objektivin e saj kryesor, integrimin e vendit n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian. Pyetja tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb do ndodh\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb koalicion, q\u00eb \u201cu ngjiz\u201d publikisht kur kryeministri Sali Berisha \u201czbuloi\u201d se edhe L\u00ebvizja Socialiste p\u00ebr Integrim ka si objektiv t\u00eb sajin, integrimin e vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Pas disa dit\u00ebsh festimesh e udh\u00ebtimesh n\u00eb lagjen e pasur, vendi do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e mekanizmave q\u00eb po shpik Bashkimi Europian p\u00ebr t\u2019i kujtuar Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor se dikur mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb familje. T\u00eb bindur se rruga e Ballkanit drejt BE do jet\u00eb tep\u00ebr e gjat\u00eb, ata duhet t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb stimuj t\u00eb till\u00eb. Q\u00eb tani ekspert\u00ebt kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb hall se duan t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhje p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn pas vizave, kur edhe ato pak shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb shijojn\u00eb Per\u00ebndimin e t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb vend t\u00eb ngarkuar me pesimiz\u00ebm. Por p\u00ebr qeveritar\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb e turpshme q\u00eb t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr sukses kur u detyruan nga BE t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb disa gj\u00ebra krejt normale, q\u00eb \u00e7do shtet n\u00eb bot\u00eb duhet t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb si p.sh: kontrolli i kufijve apo l\u00ebshimi i dokumenteve t\u00eb sigurta.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne do jemi me syt\u00eb nga Brukseli p\u00ebr t\u00eb pritur se cila do jet\u00eb shpikja e re e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cshkopit dhe karrot\u00ebs\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton shp\u00ebrblimin, por edhe nd\u00ebshkimin. Kjo idiom\u00eb, e p\u00ebrdorur s\u00eb pari nga \u201cThe Economist\u201d, shpesh quhet e gabuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb fabul\u00ebs prej nga ka ardhur. Ndoshta kjo fabul\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb. Ajo flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gomar, t\u00eb cilit i vihet p\u00ebrpara me an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkopi t\u00eb gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb karrot\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa gomari synon t\u00eb kap\u00eb karrot\u00ebn, ai t\u00ebrheq karroc\u00ebn.
