Jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluar pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb komunizmit dhe nuk kan\u00eb veprimtari politike t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar partiake.<\/p>\n<p>Votimi i djesh\u00ebm dhe argumentet banal\u00eb q\u00eb u servir\u00ebn p\u00ebr opinionin, po shoq\u00ebrohen n\u00eb sfond nga nj\u00eb lajm tjet\u00ebr, sipas t\u00eb cilit, Partia Demokratike do t&#8217;i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb interpretoj\u00eb kriteret q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin kandidaturat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj gjykate.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto l\u00ebvizje bosh, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb p\u00ebrse jan\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar kandidaturat e tjera vitin e kaluar dhe p\u00ebrse po vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohen k\u00ebto sot. Shihet qart\u00eb se as p\u00ebrvoja e dikujt n\u00eb komuniz\u00ebm dhe as p\u00ebrvoja e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm nuk ka bindur dot kryeministrin, i cili synon kontrollin e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, t&#8217;i jap\u00eb leje deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb vet t\u00eb votojn\u00eb pro tyre. Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb duke k\u00ebrkuar an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, por njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese. M\u00eb e pakta q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata \u00ebsht\u00eb t&#8217;i p\u00ebrngjajn\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb sapozgjedhur, i cili e nisi karrier\u00ebn e tij duke u falur s\u00eb pari n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke par\u00eb se Presidenti Topi arriti t\u00eb gjej\u00eb kandidatura q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrkasin t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs komuniste dhe q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb as njer\u00ebz politik, Berisha i z\u00ebn\u00eb ngusht\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb konsultimi me Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese q\u00eb t\u00eb pezulloj\u00eb kandidaturat deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kur t\u00eb jet\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar dhe presidentin, ndoshta n\u00eb vitin 2012.<\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb kjo ndodh n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur ne ishim p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb kryq\u00ebzuese ndaj Bamir Topit, i cili, sipas Berish\u00ebs, kishte vonuar n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shtatorit plot\u00ebsimin e kandidaturave p\u00ebr Gjykat\u00eb Kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Presidenti Topi ua ka d\u00ebrguar k\u00ebto kandidatura qysh n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb muajit shtator dhe ato u shqyrtuan n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb muajit n\u00ebntor, duke u rr\u00ebzuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb se sulmet q\u00eb iu b\u00ebn\u00eb dy muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb presidentit p\u00ebr munges\u00eb kandidaturash ishin thjesht presion p\u00ebr t&#8217;i \u00e7uar Berish\u00ebs kandidaturat q\u00eb ai do.<\/p>\n<p>Tani jemi para nj\u00eb situate krejt absurde. Gjykata Kushtetuese nuk po plot\u00ebsohet me an\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe Berisha po synon ta paralizoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn e saj derisa t\u00eb sigurohet se do ta marr\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 9 n\u00ebntor, shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb nga Bashkimi Evropian n\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria i plot\u00ebson kushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk e di sa argumente kund\u00ebr i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb qeveria shqiptare Komisionit Evropian p\u00ebr t\u00eb na e refuzuar statusin e nj\u00eb vendi kandidat p\u00ebr Bashkim Evropian, ose si\u00e7 do t\u00eb thoshte Berisha &#8220;\u00ebndrr\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve pas koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut&#8221;, por di t\u00eb them se mjafton gjesti i k\u00ebsaj jave kund\u00ebr dekreteve t\u00eb presidentit dhe shpalosjes s\u00eb konceptit p\u00ebr kontrollin me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u refuzuar statusi i vendit kandidat dhe sikur t&#8217;i kesh mir\u00eb gjith\u00eb pun\u00ebt e tjera.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr fatin ton\u00eb t\u00eb keq, ne nuk kemi mir\u00eb asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhe kjo q\u00eb po ndodh me p\u00ebrpjekjet e vendosura t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb dhe Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal i friksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Per\u00ebndimin, por dhe p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr q\u00eb po qeveris me nj\u00eb indeks marramend\u00ebs korrupsioni, i cili po vler\u00ebsohet si &#8220;mallkim&#8221; p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar nga SHBA-t\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb familje n\u00eb pushtet, e cila her\u00eb- her\u00eb mendon se dosjet e djalit, vajz\u00ebs, apo shok\u00ebve e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, e kan\u00eb jetike t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll majat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, pasi ato pritet t\u00eb thon\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e fundit p\u00ebr fatin e tyre t\u00eb nes\u00ebrm kur t\u00eb gjykohen si njer\u00ebz q\u00eb pla\u00e7kit\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Berish\u00ebn e g\u00ebnjen mendja se duke v\u00ebn\u00eb disa servil\u00eb t\u00eb tij n\u00eb krye t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre gjykatave, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb siguri p\u00ebr sot q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet dhe p\u00ebr nes\u00ebr. E g\u00ebnjen mendja! Thjesht \u00ebsht\u00eb duke marr m\u00eb qaf\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb jasht\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian dhe jasht\u00eb \u00e7do shansi p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb statusin e vendit kandidat.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb Berisha i em\u00ebron n\u00eb Gjykata si ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij, dit\u00ebn q\u00eb ai do t\u00eb ik\u00eb nga pushteti do t\u00eb jen\u00eb partizan\u00eb t\u00eb varrosjes s\u00eb tij dhe familjes s\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr arsyen e vetme se ata nuk jan\u00eb gjyqtar\u00eb, por ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb.
