Por duket se nj\u00eb synim t\u00eb till\u00eb ruan edhe Sali Berisha, nj\u00eb mendje jo aq e ndritur, nd\u00ebrsa etiketon Edi Ram\u00ebn dhe ministrat e tij si \u201cbllokmen\u00eb\u201d apo si bijt\u00eb e baballar\u00ebve t\u00eb kuq q\u00eb do t\u00eb rikthejn\u00eb komunizmin. Dihet nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, se vet\u00eb ish-sekretari i PPSH dhe sot Kryeministri n\u00eb largim, ka qen\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjes komuniste (ky idil \u00ebsht\u00eb provuar tashm\u00eb edhe me foto) sesa, t\u00eb themi, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb piktori ekstravagant dhe rebel, Edi Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo e b\u00ebn t\u00eb duket edhe m\u00eb idioteske k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljen mbi 23-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u2019i r\u00ebn\u00eb pa u lodhur gozhd\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201crrezikut komunist\u201d. N\u00eb fakt, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb dinak\u00ebri t\u00eb kalkuluar jo aq trash\u00eb. Berisha ka m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy dekada t\u00eb fundit, se n\u00eb politik\u00eb e diplomaci, m\u00eb shum\u00eb vler\u00eb se fakti, ka interpretimi i tij pra, demagogjia. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar ca nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr vende me koeficient t\u00eb ul\u00ebt si Shqip\u00ebria, veprojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00ebn nxitjen e p\u00ebrshtypjeve t\u00eb dala nga thashethemet sesa nga njohja e plot\u00eb e problemit. V\u00ebrtet mund t\u00eb kem ca vese autokratike, duket sikur thot\u00eb Berisha, por a nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo nj\u00eb e keqe shum\u00eb m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl se rikthimi i \u201cbllokmen\u00ebve\u201d, pra i diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb kuqe?<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Pranimi i s\u00eb keqes m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl \u00ebsht\u00eb elasticiteti m\u00eb i r\u00ebndomt\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. E majta n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pranon aleanc\u00ebn me LSI-n\u00eb si t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl krahasuar me nj\u00eb sundim pafund t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb aleanc\u00eb me LSI-n\u00eb. \u00c7\u00ebr\u00e7illi dhe Rusvelti pranuan aleanc\u00ebn me Stalinin p\u00ebrball\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb nj\u00eb sundimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbotsh\u00ebm t\u00eb boshtit nazifashist. Ve\u00e7 jo vet\u00ebm politikan\u00ebt, q\u00eb nuk shquhen shum\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebndres\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtjen e parimeve, por edhe filozof\u00eb t\u00eb shquar si Georg Fridrih Hegel ka pasur momente kur kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb parimet dhe i jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb keqes m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl\u201d. Konkretisht, \u00e7lirimi i shteteve gjermane nga sundimi francez i Bonapartit m\u00eb 1814-n, u pasua nga nj\u00eb regjim absolutist. Premtimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta politike dhe nj\u00eb kushtetut\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme, mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb pap\u00ebrmbushura. Kjo i dha shkas nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeje studentore (burschenschaften) q\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa aspironte bashkimin e Gjermanis\u00eb, shfaqte edhe armiq\u00ebsi kundrejt despotizmit postbonapartist.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, q\u00eb fliste shum\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb dhe barazin\u00eb \u2013 shpjegon Herbert Markuze n\u00eb nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb tijin mbi filozofin\u00eb e Hegelit, liria do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb privilegj i rac\u00ebs teutonike. Ajo e perceptonte kultur\u00ebn si nj\u00eb aset t\u00eb t\u00eb pasurve dhe t\u00eb huajve q\u00eb e p\u00ebrdornin p\u00ebr t\u00eb korruptuar dhe squllur popullin. Urrejtja p\u00ebr francez\u00ebt shkonte paralel me at\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ifut\u00ebt, katolik\u00ebt dhe fisnik\u00ebt. L\u00ebvizja aspironte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cluft\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb gjermane\u201d q\u00eb do t\u00eb shpaloste vlerat e kombit, si dhe k\u00ebrkonte \u201cshp\u00ebtimtarin\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur bashkimin gjerman. L\u00ebvizja besonte se q\u00ebndronte mbi ligjin, sepse \u201cnj\u00eb kauz\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrfill ligjin\u201d, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shteti, duhej t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nga posht\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb entuziazmit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb masave dhe unitetit t\u00eb popullit (Volk), duke tejkaluar rendin shtresor t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb dallosh n\u00eb k\u00ebto slogane \u201cdemokratike\u201d embrionet e ideologjis\u00eb fashiste t\u00eb \u201ckomunitetit t\u00eb popullit\u201d (Volksgemeinschaft), racizmin dhe antiracionalizmin \u2013 shkruan Markuze. Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se Hegel e dalloi q\u00eb n\u00eb shp\u00ebrgaj t\u00eb keqen dhe prandaj reagoi duke shkruar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr si \u201cFilozofia e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs\u201d, duke dal\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb shtetit, kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj ideologjie dhe l\u00ebvizjeje. Sepse ai pa n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebvizje \u201cdemokratike\u201d nj\u00eb rrezik shum\u00eb m\u00eb serioz p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb sesa nga vazhdimi i sundimit t\u00eb autoriteteve despotike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Prandaj edhe Hegel zgjodhi t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, akt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb komentuar si nj\u00eb tradhtim praktik nga ai i parimeve t\u00eb arsyes, liris\u00eb dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb pat vendosur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb doktrin\u00ebs s\u00eb vet. Ndoshta p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak edhe filozof\u00eb si Karl Poper e rendisin teorin\u00eb hegeliane si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr burimet ideologjike t\u00eb totalitarizmit.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Ashtu si Hegel zgjodhi thuajse dy shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb despotiz\u00ebm alla Meternik si t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn gjermane, ashtu edhe Berisha aspiron q\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb zgjedhin autokratizmin e tij si t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Por p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet q\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb alternativ\u00ebs s\u00eb tij despotike, t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr alternativ\u00eb m\u00eb e zez\u00eb. Dhe meqen\u00ebse nj\u00eb \u201cburschenschaften\u201d shqiptar nuk ekziston, Berisha e shpik at\u00eb me besimin e patundur te forca e g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebs dhe e shpifjes. Prandaj ka z\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr rikthimin e \u201cbllokmen\u00ebve\u201d p\u00ebr et\u00ebr e bij. Nj\u00eb rren\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrhap sa t\u00eb mund\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb altoparlant\u00ebve t\u00eb llojit Grosruk, Dol, Pak apo Martens.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e kupton se \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr von\u00eb, se jo vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb sapo e kund\u00ebrvotuan pasivisht, por edhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt e kuptuan m\u00eb n\u00eb fund se pas sloganeve dhe apelacioneve \u201cdemokratike\u201d t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, fshihej nj\u00eb ideologji dhe gjakim p\u00ebr pushtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm aq tipike p\u00ebr fashizmin, komunizmin dhe bllokmen\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjitha koh\u00ebrave. Tashm\u00eb ata q\u00eb e din\u00eb se Berisha dhe berishizmi p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb keqen m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00eb.
