Sepse n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb korrikut t\u00eb vitit 1990 ata ishin n\u00eb pozicione t\u00eb ndryshme: Ylli Bodinaku dhe Vilma Filaj &#8211; Ballvora ishin n\u00eb mesin e rreth 3200 refugjat\u00ebve q\u00eb ndodheshin brenda ambjenteve t\u00eb ambasad\u00ebs Gjermane; Fatos Lubonja i p\u00ebrjetonte k\u00ebto ngjarje nga qelia si nj\u00eb i burgosur politik nga diktatura; Hilmar Marohn kishte marr\u00eb detyr\u00ebn nga Kryqi i Kuq Gjerman p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar l\u00ebvizjen e refugjat\u00ebve gjat\u00eb transferimit nga Bari i Italis\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb territorin gjerman; diplomati n\u00eb pension, Dr. Christian Nakonz, ishte funksionari m\u00eb i lart\u00eb ne ambasad\u00ebn gjermane pas ngjarjeve t\u00eb korrikut, 20 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Moderatori i panelit, gazetari gjerman Alfred Eichhorn, shfryt\u00ebzoi mjaft mir\u00eb pozicionin e secilit prej orator\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta dinamizuar kujtimin e atyre ngjarjeve t\u00eb bujshme. Duke kaluar her\u00eb n\u00eb ambjentet e ambasad\u00ebs, her\u00eb jasht\u00eb tyre, her\u00eb n\u00eb planin humanitar dhe her\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb diplomatik. E gjith\u00eb e shkuara u trajtua me fokusin e perspektiv\u00ebs s\u00eb proceseve demokratizuese n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, n\u00eb relatat mes dy vendeve.<\/p>\n<p>Ylli Bodinaku, njeriu q\u00eb \u00e7au i pari murrin e ambasad\u00ebs gjermane me automjetin e tij, nuk harron asnj\u00eb detaj qoft\u00eb dhe t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm nga aventura, si\u00e7 e quan ai, \u201cq\u00eb theu frik\u00ebn ndaj regjimit Stalinist t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs\u201d. Si nj\u00eb ish i burgosur politik p\u00ebr Bodinakun kishte humbur durimi n\u00eb popull se pasuesi i Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, Ramiz Alia, mund t\u00eb lejonte ndryshime si ato q\u00eb ndodhnin n\u00eb ish Lindjen komuniste.<\/p>\n<p>Publicisti Fatos Lubonja kujton se n\u00eb burg dep\u00ebrtonin lajme p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhte n\u00eb selit\u00eb diplomatike t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb ato dit\u00eb korriku. Mes t\u00eb burgosurve politik\u00eb kishte nga ata q\u00eb i shikonin me optimiz\u00ebm situatat, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mungonin dhe skeptik\u00ebt. P\u00ebr Lubonj\u00ebn propaganda komuniste p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb reagoi, sepse u organizua dhe nj\u00eb meting p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar aktin e hyrjes n\u00ebp\u00ebr ambasada. U dha nj\u00eb version i manipuluar p\u00ebr ngjarjet. \u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb version ndjehej dob\u00ebsia. Ishte nj\u00eb ngjarje e papar\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sepse p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht regjimi kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb iden\u00eb e intrasigjenc\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb filluan t\u00eb duken t\u00eb \u00e7arat q\u00eb pastaj u thelluan dhe soll\u00ebn r\u00ebnien\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtuesja e programit shqip t\u00eb Radios Deutsche Welle n\u00eb Bon, Vilma Filaj \u2013 Ballvora ishte spikere n\u00eb Televizionin Shqiptar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur hyri n\u00eb ambasad\u00ebn gjermane n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Fryma kritike si e shikonte ajo dhe familja e saj realitetin n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs, papajtueshm\u00ebria dhe pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhte e shtyn\u00eb drejt vendimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb dhe ajo n\u00eb mes t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan t\u00eb largohen jasht\u00eb vendit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ambasad\u00ebs gjermane. \u201cNuk e dija m\u00eb par\u00eb se sa vet\u00eb ishin n\u00eb personelin e ambasad\u00ebs gjat\u00eb atyre dit\u00ebve t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. M\u00eb pas m\u00ebsova se ata ishin vet\u00ebm 15 vet\u00eb. 15 vet\u00eb p\u00ebr rreth 3200 refugjat\u00eb. Nuk gjej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrshkruar pun\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e tyre. Ata ishin 15 heronj t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>20 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb Hilmar Marohn, kryetar bashkie n\u00eb Altenhof t\u00eb Schles\u00ebig-Holstein, mori detyr\u00ebn nga Kryqi i Kuq Gjerman q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbikqyrjen e refugjat\u00ebve gjat\u00eb transferimit t\u00eb tyre nga Bari i Italis\u00eb. N\u00eb panel Marohn kishte me vete ditarin personal t\u00eb atyre dit\u00ebve. Kishte fiksuar gjith\u00e7ka qysh nga 11 korriku 1990 kur nisi misionin dhe p\u00ebr gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit gati biblik t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve me tren nga Italia p\u00ebr n\u00eb territorin gjerman. Situata t\u00eb papritura, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb komunikim me ata q\u00eb nuk dinin gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, vendime t\u00eb shpejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar problemet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore e psikologjike, mbajtje e rregullit dhe trajtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pa p\u00ebrjashtim. P\u00ebr Hilmar Marohn ato ishin momente t\u00eb nj\u00eb solidariteti t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Christian Nakonz mb\u00ebrriti n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb si funksionari m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i ambasad\u00ebs gjermane pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy muaj pasi kishin ndodhur ngjarjet e korrikut t\u00eb vitit 1990. Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb shum\u00eb e nder\u00eb ekonomike dhe sociale p\u00ebr popullat\u00ebn, por dhe shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes dy vendeve. Dr. Nakonz, tani n\u00eb pension, gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb detyr\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 1991 p\u00ebrjetoi ndryshime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb nis\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, l\u00ebvizjen studentore, krijimin e partive opozitare etj., si treguesit e orientimit t\u00eb vendit drejt proceseve demokratike, p\u00ebr funksionimin e ekonnomis\u00eb s\u00eb tregut t\u00eb lir\u00eb, respektimin e lirive dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut etj. Sipas tij ndihma e m\u00ebpasme e Gjermanis\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ka q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet projekteve dhe programeve p\u00ebr zhvillim.<\/p>\n<p>Interes p\u00ebr auditorin gjat\u00eb diskutimit t\u00eb panelist\u00ebve ishin dhe refleksionet e tyre p\u00ebr zhvillimet social \u2013 politike gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dy dekadave, pritm\u00ebrit\u00eb e publikut, performancat qeveris\u00ebse, atmosfera politike dhe perspektivat e vendit nga nj\u00eb vend an\u00ebtar i NATO-s n\u00eb objektivin drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNisja-p\u00ebrmes Ambasad\u00ebs drejt per\u00ebndimit\u201d u mb\u00ebshtet nga Ambasada Gjermane dhe Instituti \u201cG\u00ebte\u201d. Partner\u00eb mediatik\u00eb ishin Radio Deutsche Welle dhe Televizioni Publik Shqiptar. Gjat\u00eb panelit t\u00eb diskutimit u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn dhe materiale filmike t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitura nga programi shqip i Radios Deutsche \u00cbelle, q\u00eb prej muajsh ka t\u00eb publikuar nj\u00eb dosje t\u00eb pasur multimediale ne faqen e vet t\u00eb internetit mbi 20 vjetorin e ngjarjeve t\u00eb ambasadave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe Instituti \u201cG\u00ebte\u201d si bashk\u00eborganizator i aktivitetit ka hartuar nj\u00eb kolazh projektesh q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e kujtes\u00ebs kolektive, q\u00eb jan\u00eb publikuar n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni mjaft prezent me aktivitet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas organizator\u00ebve t\u00eb panelit t\u00eb diskutimit kujtimi ngjarjeve t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb publike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb privilegj. Diskutime t\u00eb tilla shikohen si gur\u00eb mozaiku t\u00eb kujtimeve n\u00eb po\u00e7eset e transformimit politik n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb.
