E megjithat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb po kjo mazhoranc\u00eb e cila ka nisur, ende pa u hedhur n\u00eb let\u00ebr dekreti i Nishanit p\u00ebr kabinetin \u201cRama\u201d, q\u00eb t\u00eb num\u00ebroj\u00eb bilancin imagjinar t\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverie q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb formuar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb PD dhe qeveris\u00eb, Kryeministri dhe kryetari n\u00eb ikje, por edhe kryetari i ri \u201cprotokollar\u201d, Lulzim Basha, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb po harxhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb sasi t\u00eb madhe energjish ditore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebrshtypjen se qeveria \u201cRama\u201d tashm\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar, se ministrat e saj po e tregojn\u00eb \u201cme prova\u201d se jan\u00eb t\u00eb paaft\u00eb, se asgj\u00eb nuk po funksionon n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e kabinetit t\u00eb ri. E gjitha kjo, kur qeveria pret ende vot\u00ebbesimin n\u00eb Parlament! Madje edhe pa b\u00ebr\u00eb ende publik programin e saj zyrtar t\u00eb qeverisjes.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00ebr\u00ebn dor\u00eb n\u00eb hedhjen e firmave t\u00eb fundit n\u00ebp\u00ebr koncesione, alokime fondesh dhe shp\u00ebrndarje licencash p\u00ebr t\u00eb vet\u00ebt, demokrat\u00ebt po e p\u00ebrdorin me shum\u00eb zell dor\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb hedhur balt\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb projekt qeverisjeje, q\u00eb akoma pret t\u00eb nis\u00eb. Berisha dhe Topalli kan\u00eb harxhuar tashm\u00eb shum\u00eb nga arsenali i tyre i njohur i batutave t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha llojeve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb tallur nj\u00eb ekip q\u00eb nuk ka nisur nga puna. Pa\u00e7ka se Shqip\u00ebria dergjet aktualisht n\u00eb amullin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb imagjinueshme t\u00eb dekad\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit, pa\u00e7ka se qeveria n\u00eb ikje po e mbyll n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe t\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrueshme mandatin e saj t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Pam\u00eb gjithashtu edhe sesi nj\u00eb parti e d\u00ebnuar si kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb me vota, vendosi ta ngush\u00eblloj\u00eb veten dhe t\u00eb harroj\u00eb humbjen e thell\u00eb, duke ndryshuar selin\u00eb dhe kryetarin.
