Ncuk! Thash me vete, kjo s\u2019paska t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me mua, duke u rrotulluar n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr dhe duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb kotesha edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, n\u00eb jermin e z\u00ebrit q\u00eb vinte nga radioja dhe t\u00eb mesazheve t\u00eb mjegullta q\u00eb dilnin prej tij. K\u00ebt\u00eb episod do ta kisha harruar prej koh\u00ebsh, sikur gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve, tani krejt es\u00ebll dhe qiq\u00ebr nga mendja, d\u00ebgjova dhe i pash\u00eb t\u00eb shkruara shqet\u00ebsimet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb krer\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK p\u00ebr reform\u00ebn e mundshme dhe t\u00eb pritshme t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie, t\u00eb kap\u00ebrthurur dhe t\u00eb ngat\u00ebrruar n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e veta.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb tashm\u00eb nuk kam sentimente, q\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00eb se jam krejt i shpenguar t\u00eb gjykoj p\u00ebr k\u00ebto zhvillime, sepse LDK e sotme, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 emrit, nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me LDK e dikurshme, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00ebsh n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr dhe vlerat tradicionale, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh t\u00eb rikthehet historia, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkosh (p\u00ebrmes magjis\u00eb) riinkarnimin e saj virtual.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb e kuptoj se krer\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm t\u00eb LDK jan\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb ngusht\u00eb dhe e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shp\u00ebtimin kudo q\u00eb munden, por nuk e kuptoj p\u00ebrse k\u00ebt\u00eb shp\u00ebtim e k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb me ngulm pik\u00ebrisht atje ku nuk mund ta gjejn\u00eb. Ata nuk e din\u00eb ose kan\u00eb harruar se LDK e dikurshme ishte nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje politike idealiste, e cila u shfaq n\u00eb \u00e7astet kritike p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, kur ajo u la n\u00eb udh\u00ebkryq nga komunist\u00ebt dhe nuk dihej se nga mund ta \u00e7onin rrebeshet e reja q\u00eb dukeshin n\u00eb horizont.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse LDK e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb (ose duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb) parti politike qytetare, e cila, si \u00e7do parti politike n\u00eb rrethana normale, lufton p\u00ebr pushtet, q\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00eb se Kosov\u00ebn e sheh jo si \u201cnocion abstrakt\u201d, si ideal, si rr\u00ebz\u00ebllitje inkandeshente, por si nj\u00eb sinor, si l\u00ebm\u00eb e qenve (ashtu si\u00e7 e shohin edhe t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb e tjera), ku mund t\u00eb realizohen interesa krejt pragmatike dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebsobotshme. Prandaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb fyerje dhe l\u00ebndim p\u00ebr krejt rac\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb idealist\u00ebve t\u2019i barazosh k\u00ebto dy gj\u00ebra. \u00cbsht\u00eb po kaq fyese dhe l\u00ebnduese, si t\u00eb mbash fjalim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb hero ose d\u00ebshmor t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit dhe mbi varrin e tij t\u00eb thuash se ai derdhi gjakun p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb kryetar komune. Krahasime dhe barazime nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen as n\u00eb shum\u00eb pika t\u00eb tjera. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb u gjenden n\u00eb krye t\u00eb LDK nj\u00ebher\u00eb e nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, ishin t\u00eb af\u00ebrt nga vokacioni dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb lidheshin dhe barazoheshin mes veti.<\/p>\n<p>Krer\u00ebt e tash\u00ebm t\u00eb LDK jan\u00eb nj\u00eb konglomerat interesash, pa vokacion tjet\u00ebr. Ata do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb lidheshin mes veti mbi baz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb programi politik, si n\u00eb \u00e7do parti tjet\u00ebr moderne. Por ai program politik mungon prej koh\u00ebsh dhe ata nuk din\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb. Nuk mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb, sepse, pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari, ata vet\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb profilizuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje konceptuale dhe bot\u00ebkuptimore. Dikush \u00ebsht\u00eb i majt\u00eb, dikush i djatht\u00eb; dikush me trash\u00ebgimi titiste, dikush enveriste. Dikush intelektual, dikush gjysm\u00eb analfabet. Fuqia e interesit deri-diku i rrafshon dallimet midis tyre, p\u00ebr aq sa u lejon t\u00eb mbijetojn\u00eb, por nuk u jep tipare t\u00eb lider\u00ebve partiak\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, programi politik i LDK s\u00eb dikurshme, s\u00eb paku n\u00eb fillimet e hershme, pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb i shkruar ose jo, ka qen\u00eb Kosova me t\u00eb gjitha synimet e saj. Ai ka pushuar s\u00eb funksionuari jo me shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, as m\u00eb 1999, por disa vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur LDK filloi ta improvizonte dhe ta luante loj\u00ebn e pushtetit n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e rrafshuar p\u00ebrtok\u00eb. Ajo nuk arriti t\u00eb transformohej nga nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje populiste n\u00eb parti politike bashk\u00ebkohore, kur u krijuan rrethanat p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb mbijetoi si parti lideriste, duke mbajtur t\u00eb lidhura skajshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e papajtueshme: idealet me interesat, pushtetin pragmatik (p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe keqp\u00ebrdorimin e tij) me projektin e nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeje komb\u00ebtare. Tani ka ardhur nj\u00eb fund i natyrsh\u00ebm, natyror, i pashmangsh\u00ebm, sepse, m\u00eb duhet ta them jo pa ndjenj\u00eb respekti p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb hershme (edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr kund\u00ebrth\u00ebnieve q\u00eb kam pasur me nj\u00ebrin dhe me tjetrin), se Fatmir Sejdiu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Ibrahim Rugova dhe Eqrem Kryeziu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Fehmi Agani. LDK e sotme duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb potencialin q\u00eb ka. Mungesat aktuale nuk mund t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb duke spekuluar me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn ose me historin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po tani? E para, LDK nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndahet nga e kaluara e saj, sepse nuk mund t\u00eb barazohet me t\u00eb dhe nuk mund ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb historin\u00eb e vet p\u00ebr t\u2019u profilizuar n\u00eb rrethanat e reja. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ajo as q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb histori e saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb histori e Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00ebse mund t\u00eb quhet e till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, ajo duhet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb (q\u00eb nga fillimi) konceptin e partis\u00eb qytetare, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb programin dhe struktur\u00ebn organizative.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb LDK duhet ta heqin nga mendja nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb se mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb reform\u00ebn e partis\u00eb duke u mbajtur aq fort pas posteve t\u00eb veta. Kjo nuk ka ndodhur kurr\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrethan\u00eb, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia e gjer\u00eb e LDK duhet ta dij\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ce kapur\u201d nga udh\u00ebheqja e saj e pap\u00ebrgjegjshme. Pse i them t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto?
