Aida.<\/p>\n<p>Konstatimi tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb pikllues: Aida n\u00eb shkrimin e saj thot\u00eb: \u201c<em>Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj t\u00eb shtypjes duan ta vazhdojn\u00eb sot, duke e konsideruar shamin\u00eb si shenj\u00eb e shtypjes nga burrat e familjes, duan t\u2019i nd\u00ebshkojn\u00eb k\u00ebto vajza me largim nga shkolla, duke ua mbyllur k\u00ebshtu perspektiv\u00ebn e pun\u00ebsimit dhe pavar\u00ebsimit<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I drejt\u00eb konstatimi sikur shtytja p\u00ebr ferexhe t\u00eb mos ishte krejt politike dhe e bler\u00eb me para. Apo duke e kthyer ndryshe retorik\u00ebn e saj, a mos duke i l\u00ebn\u00eb analfabete po k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb nga shoq\u00ebria femrat e mbuluara.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb i dhimsh\u00ebm konstatimi, por fakti se t\u00eb mbuluarit u kthye n\u00eb loj\u00eb politike, n\u00eb simbol t\u00eb saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e shtetit p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur dhunimin e vajzave me shamit\u00eb mbi kok\u00eb. Dhe pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktim i\u00a0vajzave kur rriten t\u00eb vendosin p\u00ebr shamin\u00eb. Vendosja e shamis\u00eb me dhun\u00eb, me para, si simbolik\u00eb e dhun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e ngjajshme me dhunimin fizik, shpirtror dhe seksual. Por t\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se edhe virgj\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbrojtur me ligj deri n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 16 vje\u00e7are dhe po abuzove me dik\u00eb t\u00eb asaj moshe ligji parashikon d\u00ebnim.<\/p>\n<p>Po e prekim an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb femr\u00ebs \u2013 an\u00ebn sentimentale dhe psikologjike t\u00eb dikujt q\u00eb mbulohet, at\u00ebher\u00eb Aida, jam i bindur se nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e cila e sheh t\u00eb mbuluarit si urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb zotit dhe e kthen at\u00eb n\u00eb flamur t\u00eb islamit, m\u00eb von\u00eb e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb futet n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri kok\u00ebzbuluar. Sepse pastaj e p\u00ebrftyron\u00eb veten t\u00eb turp\u00ebruar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Feminizmi i vler\u00ebson grat\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb asaj se \u00e7ka kan\u00eb n\u00eb kok\u00eb dhe jo \u00e7ka mbajn\u00eb mbi kok\u00eb. Feminizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb emancipim n\u00eb form\u00eb, por n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje. Feminizmi angazhohet p\u00ebr barazi, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e shkollimit, pun\u00ebsimit, trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, vendimmarrjen\u2026 Shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr gra shkenc\u00ebtare, ligj\u00ebruese, ekonomiste\u2026 me apo pa shami, kjo nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi. Gjithashtu feminizmi ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e grave p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur, n\u00ebse duan t\u2019i mbulojn\u00eb apo t\u2019i zbulojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e trupit t\u00eb tyre. Un\u00eb si feministe, jam p\u00ebr lejimin e shamis\u00eb n\u00eb shkolla<\/em>!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ky ligj\u00ebrim i\u00a0Aid\u00ebs, me ngjajshm\u00ebri t\u00eb bollshme, i\u00a0lexuar n\u00eb debatin p\u00ebr shamin\u00eb gjat\u00eb tri viteve t\u00eb kaluara edhe n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb veten argumentuese. Por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast shembujt n\u00eb bot\u00eb tregojn\u00eb m\u00eb boll\u00ebk, se forma ka p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebrmbajtjen. Dhe shamit\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb model i\u00a0zvetnimit dhe jo\u00a0i p\u00ebrparimit.
