Nj\u00eb konflikt q\u00eb tenton t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr q\u00eb tejzgjati dhe vijon t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tranzicion socreal t\u00eb postkomunizmit shqiptar. Logoritja e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb kryesuar nga politikani Berisha, po p\u00ebrballet me nj\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb problematizohet, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj rrjedhe konflikti.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e politik\u00ebs, si administratore e normalitetit t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm, po vet\u00ebtradhtohet. N\u00eb sken\u00ebn e dit\u00ebs, kryedebat po shnd\u00ebrrohet projekti i qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr shembjen e Piramid\u00ebs dhe ideja (jo projekt me maket) p\u00ebr ngritjen e korpusit t\u00eb Parlamentit mbi themelet e saj. \u00cbsht\u00eb gjetur, n\u00eb sipar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs elektorale, objekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb rifreskuar p\u00ebrdorimin e kauz\u00ebs s\u00eb antikomunizmit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje vetjake e kryeoratorit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr politik, t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shumice delikate n\u00eb qeverisje. \u00cbsht\u00eb gjetur simboli p\u00ebr indoktrinimin e mas\u00ebs elektorale, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nisje t\u00eb dyshimt\u00eb fushate, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me pal\u00ebn kund\u00ebrshtare. Nj\u00eb mjet me p\u00ebrmbajtje ideologjike p\u00ebr ta rikompleksuar pal\u00ebn e paideologji dhe skrupuj trash\u00ebgimie, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb PS e tanishme.<\/p>\n<p>Piramida po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb objektin q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes historis\u00eb s\u00eb vet\u00eb t\u00eb krijimit, mund ta rielektrizoj\u00eb ideologjikisht p\u00ebrballjen e tanishme pozit\u00eb-opozit\u00eb. Nj\u00eb mjet i vjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim rishtar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb preferenc\u00eb t\u00eb Kryeministrit Berisha, po p\u00ebrfshihen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Pra, elektrizimi politik i debatit po ndodh. Seanca e djeshme n\u00eb Parlament \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmia e qart\u00eb. Rreziku p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebsuar ajo godin\u00eb e kushtueshme dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00eblltitur miliona e miliona euro t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, \u00ebsht\u00eb eminent. P\u00ebsimtari popull nuk ka kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb aksion llogarik\u00ebrkimi p\u00ebr faturat q\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb apo marrin vendimet autoritariste.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb diskutimin p\u00ebr shembjen apo ruajtjen e objekteve publike, shfaqet si liri, si fasad\u00eb e madhe e liris\u00eb q\u00eb propagandikisht politika ia shet si kontribut t\u00eb saj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vog\u00ebl shqiptare. Nj\u00eb liri pa p\u00ebrmbajtje dhe me fatkeq\u00ebsin\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebndreqshme t\u00eb referencave dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb. Shembjet e pallogaritura dhe sidomos ato q\u00eb mbartin pasion politik, jan\u00eb fatura q\u00eb duhen ekspozuar dhe tundur para syve t\u00eb zot\u00ebruesve t\u00eb vendimmarrjes. Mosndodhja e k\u00ebtij reagimi, shum\u00ebfishon rrezikun e varf\u00ebrimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit dhe financave t\u00eb shtetit ndaj qytetarit. N\u00ebse nuk ndodh kjo, at\u00ebher\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsisht ka triumfuar nd\u00ebrgjegjja e rrezikut p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb liris\u00eb spontane dhe pa p\u00ebrmbajtje. Ne jemi pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb shijen e s\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb Kazanzaqisit: \u201cRreziku, &#8211; pasoj\u00eb e liris\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo n\u00eb rastin e shembjeve t\u00eb tilla, vlen m\u00eb shum\u00eb sy\u00e7elt\u00ebsia pragmatiste se rreziku i flamurit p\u00ebr rikthimin e nostalgjis\u00eb ideologjike. Ajo \u00e7ka Drit\u00ebroi i urt\u00eb pohonte dje p\u00ebr \u201cShqip\u201d-in: \u201cT\u00eb transformojm\u00eb \u2018godin\u00ebn\u201d e kok\u00ebs\u2019 e jo t\u00eb shembim godina\u201d, mbetet e th\u00ebna q\u00eb vlen si nd\u00ebrgjegje q\u00eb duhet, p\u00ebrball\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes dramatike t\u00eb politik\u00ebs.
