Sa hap e mbyll syt\u00eb nga propozim b\u00ebhet ligj (se e voton Kuvendi) dhe vul\u00ebn ia vendos Kryeministri q\u00eb na rr\u00ebfen se jo vet\u00ebm i p\u00eblqen shum\u00eb si vend, por prishja e piramid\u00ebs do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shlyer kujtimin e Enverit (!). Duket se jemi kthyer nj\u00ebzet vjet para, te terapia e shokut, ku u shkat\u00ebrruan t\u00eb gjitha q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi socializmi. P\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, Piramida nuk di t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vler\u00eb malli p\u00ebr pasuesit e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs. <\/p>\n<p>Ajo sh\u00ebrbeu shum\u00eb pak koh\u00eb si muze, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb godina ku punon sot Kryetarja e Kuvendit ka sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr dekada si selia e diktatorit, simbol i diktatur\u00ebs dhe komunizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Meq\u00eb Kryeministri nuk e ka p\u00ebr gj\u00eb t\u00eb lundroj\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e shpirtit dhe mendjes duke p\u00ebrcaktuar \u00e7\u2019shkakton mall e mall\u00ebngjim, po guxoj edhe un\u00eb t\u00eb them se p\u00ebr 45 vjet me radh\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesat p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb sh\u00ebtitores \u201cD\u00ebshmor\u00ebt e Kombit\u201d u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn nga diktatura, pavar\u00ebsisht se u nd\u00ebrtuan nga monarkia, me projekt italian. Madje fashist, pasi sh\u00ebtitorja bashk\u00eb me stadiumin \u201cQemal Stafa\u201d, formojn\u00eb s\u00ebpat\u00ebn e liktorit. Nuk iu \u00e7uan et\u00ebrit e d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve Enverit e t\u2019i qahen se ministrit\u00eb u kujtonin fashist\u00ebt q\u00eb u vran\u00eb djemt\u00eb e prandaj t\u00eb shembeshin. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs studiuan edhe bijt\u00eb e partizan\u00ebve t\u00eb torturuar nga gestapo, pa breng\u00ebn se n\u00eb bodrumet e asaj nd\u00ebrtese gestapo u torturoi baballar\u00ebt. Nuk k\u00ebrkuan ish-kooperativist\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb shembet nd\u00ebrtesa e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave nga e cila doli vendimi p\u00ebr tuf\u00ebzimin ekstrem t\u00eb tok\u00ebs dhe gj\u00ebs\u00eb s\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebri pallat n\u00eb Versaj\u00eb republika franceze, megjith\u00ebse ai vend t\u00eb kujtonte dhe t\u00eb kujton mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb franceze. N\u00eb pallate qindravje\u00e7are mbret\u00ebrish, feudal\u00ebsh, intrigant\u00ebsh e luft\u00ebtar\u00ebsh ndodhen sot selit\u00eb e institucioneve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb shtetit italian, pa droj\u00ebn se mos ngash\u00ebrehen nostalgjik\u00ebt. <\/p>\n<p>Kthehemi te \u201ckapela\u201d.  Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me Piramid\u00ebn, por se SI po b\u00ebhet. Hajt ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb teat\u00ebr, bibliotek\u00eb dhe gjith\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me kultur\u00ebn &#8211; tha para ca vitesh Berisha, duke pezmatuar t\u00eb par\u00ebt artist\u00ebt. Aktor\u00ebt e regjisor\u00ebt u p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn se ajo sall\u00eb nuk ka fare kushte p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb teat\u00ebr. Po k\u00eb pask\u00ebsh pyetur at\u00ebher\u00eb Kryeministri kur hodhi \u201ckapel\u00ebn\u201d kur vet\u00eb t\u00eb interesuarve as q\u00eb u ka marr\u00eb dor\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb? Un\u00eb nuk e di, por di q\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb u dhan\u00eb ca miliona euro, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb p\u00ebr dhjam\u00eb qeni se \u201ckapela\u201d ka r\u00ebn\u00eb tani p\u00ebr sall\u00eb Parlamenti. As n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast Kryeministri nuk na tha se k\u00eb pyeti dhe kush i tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb Kuvendi aty. <\/p>\n<p>Sa p\u00ebr sy e faqe mund t\u00eb shprehej se \u201cpasi mor\u00ebm edhe mendimin e specialist\u00ebve&#8230;\u201d, apo t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn (si\u00e7 kujtojm\u00eb nga shoku Enver) \u201ck\u00ebshtu ka vendosur partia\u201d. Por prepotenca e sotme i ka kaluar edhe k\u00ebto caqe hipokrizie dhe na shfaqet me brutalitetin \u201cmua m\u00eb duket vendi m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm\u201d. Po shtoj k\u00ebtu edhe nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb para ca dit\u00ebve t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Topalli n\u00eb \u201cOpinionin\u201d e Fevziut e cila shprehimisht tha \u201cshteti \u00ebsht\u00eb pronar\u201d. K\u00ebtu humbet kuptimi i gjith\u00eb asaj q\u00eb pretendojm\u00eb se po nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb n\u00eb dy dekadat e fundit, pra demokracis\u00eb. Meq\u00eb ende mbetet nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb besuam se fituam me r\u00ebnien e Enverit, liria e fjal\u00ebs, po rrekem ta p\u00ebrdor, p\u00ebr aq sa do ta kem. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do ta hidhja un\u00eb kapel\u00ebn, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn e Parlamentit t\u00eb ri shqiptar, k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta b\u00ebja n\u00eb Bathore p\u00ebr shembull, me q\u00ebllimin e lart\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00ebqind vjetorin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebnd t\u00eb kryeqytetit t\u00eb kishim t\u00eb par\u00ebn nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb me letra n\u00eb rregull nga themelet n\u00eb kulm. N\u00eb mos aty, ka plot cepa e k\u00ebnde t\u00eb tjera kryeqyteti ku do t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritej nj\u00eb institucion i till\u00eb. Boll t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtjella rreth bulevardit i kemi institucionet shtet\u00ebrore. N\u00eb m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb kilomet\u00ebr ndodhet Presidenca, K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave, kryesia e Kuvendit, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb, kat\u00ebr ministri, bashkia, banka e shtetit&#8230; Nj\u00eb garnizon ushtarak ku jeshilojn\u00eb uniformat e Gard\u00ebs q\u00eb nga Presidenca, Pallati i Kongreseve (ku ndodhet KQZ) deri posht\u00eb te Ministria e Mbrojtjes. <\/p>\n<p>Tani do na shtohen edhe ata t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb ri&#8230;. Kjo po q\u00eb t\u00eb kujton Enverin! Ai vuante nga mania p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar gjith\u00e7ka. Ai nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri koncentrike, Tiran\u00eb koncentrike dhe pushtet t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar, pushtet q\u00eb nuk resht s\u00eb ma kujtuari periodikisht ky q\u00eb kemi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tranzicion.
