I rash\u00eb pak gjat\u00eb, por desha ta b\u00ebj sa m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme se sa vullnet k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vendimet e qeverive t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme edhe p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra q\u00eb duken t\u00eb vogla.<\/p>\n<p>Dyqind metra nga institucionet kryesore t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ka tash dy vjet q\u00eb rrin\u00eb zbuluar e s\u2019u japin dot udh\u00eb, rr\u00ebnojat e kalas\u00eb themeluese t\u00eb kryeqytetit. Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs nuk merret vesh me Bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs. Bashkia ia l\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Monumenteve t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs. Instituti thot\u00eb q\u00eb meqen\u00ebse kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me g\u00ebrmime, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e Institutit t\u00eb Arkeologjis\u00eb.
