Shqiptar\u00ebt dhe turqit realisht nuk kan\u00eb k\u00ebsi problemesh. Madje, n\u00eb Stamboll, nj\u00eb park tashm\u00eb ka emrin Adem Jashari\u201d, thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb gusht Kaba \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Nj\u00eblloj sikurse vitin e kaluar, arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb Seminari Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Gjuh\u00ebn, Let\u00ebrsin\u00eb dhe Kultur\u00ebn Shqiptare. E n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb seminarit, Kaba, me referimin e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Turqi. \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Osmane\u201d ka qen\u00eb titulli i referimit t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb ka mbajtur p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb at\u00eb periudh\u00eb dhe ndikimin e tyre n\u00eb politik\u00eb, let\u00ebrsi, art, arkitektur\u00eb dhe n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn osmane-turke, si\u00e7 transmeton &#8216;Koha ditore&#8217; n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb periudh\u00ebn Osmane, ndikimi i shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i madh sa nuk mund t\u00eb diskutohet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kaba, duke lexuar referimin e tij. Sipas Kabas, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb pallatin osman kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 32 vezir\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur emrat si Abdyl Frash\u00ebri, Abdullah Hysni Beu, Ahmet Pasha e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si personalitete politike me ndikim n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Por ndikimi i shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi ka qen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i madh, mendon Kaba. Sipas tij, shkrimtari Shemsedin Samija e Sami Frash\u00ebri jan\u00eb emrat m\u00eb t\u00eb respektuar n\u00eb Turqi edhe sot.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb librat e historis\u00eb dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb turke m\u00ebsohet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto personalitete si figura q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hapat e par\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb turke\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kaba. Edhe Mehmet Akif Ersoj, i cili ka shkruar himnin e Turqis\u00eb, sipas Kabas, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shqiptar me t\u00eb cilin krenohet Turqia. Shqiptar\u00ebt pas politik\u00ebs dhe let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, sipas Kabas\u00eb, kan\u00eb pasur ndikim t\u00eb madh edhe n\u00eb arkitektur\u00eb. Arkitekt Sinani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebri prej m\u00eb t\u00eb njohurve. Sipas Kabas\u00eb, ndikimi i tij n\u00eb arkitektur\u00ebn turke \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur me pallatin Osman q\u00eb sot njihet si \u201cMinistria e Urbanizmit\u201d. Gjurm\u00ebt e ndikimit shqiptar n\u00eb Turqi, sipas Kabas\u00eb, shihen sot gjithandej e k\u00ebsisoj edhe n\u00eb leksikun dhe kultur\u00ebn turke. Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur fjal\u00ebn \u201carnaut\u201d si m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShembull, kur d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb themi p\u00ebr dik\u00eb se ka inat t\u00eb fort\u00eb, themi \u2018arnaut inadi\u2019 ose p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kok\u00ebfort\u00eb, themi \u2018arnaut lashmak\u2019\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Kaba. E pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto fakte i ka p\u00ebrdorur edhe kolegu i Kabas\u00eb, albanologu tjet\u00ebr Tolga Dilioglu, i cili ka referuar mbi \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt e Turqis\u00eb Moderne\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Turqi e ndiejn\u00eb veten si turqit. Islami sh\u00ebrben si nj\u00eb institucion shoq\u00ebror, q\u00eb bashkon dallimet etnike\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Dilioglu n\u00eb referimin e tij. Sipas Dilioglut, shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Turqin\u00eb moderne kan\u00eb ruajtur fen\u00eb dhe traditat. Ai nuk ka folur, n\u00ebse sot ka nj\u00eb elit\u00eb shqiptare, e cila ndikon n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb. Ai ka p\u00ebrmendur inatin e fort\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn e solidaritetit nd\u00ebrmjet shqiptar\u00ebve si tipare p\u00ebrmes t\u00eb cilave njihen sot shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Turqi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb kuptimin e ngusht\u00eb, nacionalizmi lokal \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur n\u00eb pikat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai. Megjithat\u00eb, sipas tij, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb tradita p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cilave mund t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rol n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin apo formimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb turke n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Teksa e ka p\u00ebrmendur faktin se gjuha shqipe nga t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb me prejardhje shqiptare p\u00ebrdoret shum\u00eb pak, Dilioglu ka p\u00ebrmendur hapjen e Katedr\u00ebs s\u00eb Albanologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Turqi para gjasht\u00eb viteve, si shpres\u00eb q\u00eb shqipja nuk do t\u00eb harrohet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNdikimi i shqipes mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ai, teksa ka p\u00ebrmendur pasionin shqiptar dhe profesionalizmin e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb gatuar byrek\u00eb. \u201cKy lloj ushqimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb njohurit n\u00eb Turqi. Jan\u00eb pes\u00eb lloje t\u00eb tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por dita e dyt\u00eb e Seminarit XXXI Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Gjuh\u00ebn, Let\u00ebrsin\u00eb dhe Kultur\u00ebn Shqiptare, nuk ka qen\u00eb e koncentruar vet\u00ebm te \u201cv\u00ebllaz\u00ebria shqiptaro-turke\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mesdita ka sjell\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebtarit Shkumbin Munishi, i cili ka folur p\u00ebr sociolinguistik\u00ebn. Sipas tij, shqipja ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt merren me ndikimin shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb. P\u00ebr Munishin shtytja e student\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb specializohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte zgjidhje e duhur. N\u00eb fakt, Munishi ka qen\u00eb i vetmi q\u00eb ka folur p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Seminarit. T\u00eb tjer\u00eb referues kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr \u201cshenja\u201d shqiptare n\u00eb vende dhe periudha historike t\u00eb ndryshme. Historiani Jahja Dran\u00e7olli ka qen\u00eb nj\u00ebri prej tyre. Ai ka referuar p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn e Arb\u00ebror\u00ebve n\u00eb Venedik. P\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht ai ka folur mbi Shkoll\u00ebn Arb\u00ebrore ose \u201cScula degli Albanesi\u201d, e themeluar n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1442, godina e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishte nd\u00ebrtuar tek n\u00eb vitin 1489 af\u00ebr kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Mauricit.<\/p>\n<p>Dran\u00e7olli ka shtjelluar n\u00eb detaje p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e funksionimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle dhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi \u00ebsht\u00eb dukur ajo. K\u00ebt\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fotografive q\u00eb i ka paraqitur. Ai ka shprehur shqet\u00ebsimin mbi at\u00eb sesi shum\u00eb piktura t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle nuk gjenden dhe sesi do t\u00eb duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb ruajtura n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb muze n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri apo gjetiu. E pak m\u00eb larg n\u00eb shekuj kan\u00eb shkuar dy profesor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb paraqitur me nj\u00eb referim. Referimi i Muhamet Mal\u00ebs dhe i Muhamet Qerimit ka shp\u00ebrfaqur ndikimet e nd\u00ebrsjella kulturore t\u00eb Bizantit dhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb mesjet\u00eb. Sipas k\u00ebtyre dy referuesve, kultura materiale, flet p\u00ebr elemente t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta etnike arb\u00ebrore brenda sfondit politik e kulturor bizantin.<\/p>\n<p>Ata kan\u00eb potencuar q\u00eb p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij referimi nuk po pretendohet t\u00eb barazohen ndikimi apo vlera e ndikimeve t\u00eb arb\u00ebrve n\u00eb Bizant, por, sipas Mal\u00ebs dhe Qerimit, po potencohet fakti se kontributi q\u00eb kultura lokale arb\u00ebrore ka begatuar kultur\u00ebn bizantine dhe k\u00ebsisoj \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe pjes\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs mesjetare. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se kaq, t\u00eb dyt\u00eb kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb dashur t\u00eb dilnin nga klishet\u00eb q\u00eb arbrit i portretizojn\u00eb si luft\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe baritor\u00eb. P\u00ebr Perandorin\u00eb Romake ka referuar Naser Ferri, i cili ka folur p\u00ebr politikat fetare n\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Romake.
