21 Tetor 2010<\/em><\/p>\nM\u00eb dat\u00ebn 8 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji,n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn k\u00ebmb\u00ebsore q\u00eb shkodran\u00ebt e quajn\u00eb me krenari “Piaca” , n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, sakt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb or\u00ebn 13.30, u vra nj\u00eb burr\u00eb rreth 30 vje\u00e7, nj\u00eb baba, nj\u00eb shqiptar-sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor i Zotit, emri i t\u00eb cilit ishte Dritan Prroji. Un\u00eb nuk kam pasur fatin ta njoh. Dhe nga jeta e tij e shkurt\u00ebr di kryesisht vet\u00ebm rrethanat n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat ai u masakrua dhe k\u00ebto t\u00eb m\u00ebsuara nga shtypi. Di edhe q\u00eb ishte pjes\u00ebtar i “V\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb Ungjillore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb”, pastor n\u00eb kish\u00ebn “Fjala e Krishtit” n\u00eb qytetin e vet, nj\u00eb zgjedhje q\u00eb ai sigurisht e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00eb dhe q\u00eb tregon mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb mir\u00eb, th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb qart\u00eb, p\u00ebr dashurin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit. <\/p>\n
Ai ishte krejt i pafajsh\u00ebm. Por jeta e tij nuk u k\u00ebput n\u00eb mes n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur nga nj\u00eb aksident. Kjo e b\u00ebn dhembjen ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe humbjen e tij p\u00ebr ne edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Vras\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb djalosh 21 vje\u00e7. Nuk e meriton t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet emri i tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb homazh p\u00ebr Dritan Prrojin. Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb: ai ka kryer nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr barbare. Vras\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb burg tashm\u00eb dhe me siguri do ta kalb\u00eb aty gjith\u00eb rinin\u00eb e tij e ndoshta edhe mosh\u00ebn e burrit. Mjer\u00eb shpirti i tij p\u00ebr vuajtjen q\u00eb pret!<\/p>\n
Dritan Prroji sigurisht q\u00eb e ka ditur gj\u00ebm\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte shkaktuar pes\u00eb vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb xhaxhai i tij n\u00eb familjen e vras\u00ebsit. Familja e tij vinte nga Dukagjini dhe ai doemos q\u00eb e ka njohur Kanunin. Por Dritan Prroji ka gjykuar si\u00e7 i takonte t\u00eb gjykonte nj\u00eb qytetari t\u00eb viteve 2000, nj\u00eb shqiptari t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb Zotit: ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngujuar. Ngujimi do e b\u00ebnte Dritan Prrojin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb faji ku nuk kishte gisht. Ai ka vazhduar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb jet\u00ebn e vet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar familjen e vet, bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebt e vet, besimtar\u00ebt e kish\u00ebs ku sh\u00ebrbente. Dritan Prroji me vet\u00ebdije nuk ka pranuar k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje me vras\u00ebsin e vet, nuk ka pranuar t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb loj\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb mbrapsht\u00eb. P\u00ebrkundrazi. Lum shpirti i tij p\u00ebr kujtimin q\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb!<\/p>\n
Ajo q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Dritan Prroji, duke refuzuar t\u00eb ngujohet, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb trim\u00ebri e adhurueshme. Ai e pagoi tejet shtrenjt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb mendohet sot me pendes\u00eb se ai duhej t\u00eb ruhej. Pse duhej t\u00eb ruhej kur nuk ishte fajtor? Njer\u00ebz t\u00eb till\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb guxim t\u00eb mos pajtohen me t\u00eb keqen, i nevojiten qytet\u00ebrimit ton\u00eb po aq sa ajri. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim madh\u00ebshtor, Dritan Prroji \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hero p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb. Ne, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00ebt e tij, duhet t’i kthejm\u00eb syt\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast me p\u00ebrulje t\u00eb thell\u00eb drejt k\u00ebtij heroi. Kush tha se ka ikur koha e heronjve?<\/p>\n
Ungjillor\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i dhan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb Dritan Prrojit kuptimin q\u00eb ajo ngjarje meritonte. Dhe si\u00e7 do e d\u00ebshironte, jam i sigurt tashm\u00eb, edhe vet\u00eb i ndjeri. Ata e p\u00ebrshkuan n\u00eb heshtje, plot dinjitet qendr\u00ebn e qytetit, duke mbajtur n\u00eb duar pankarta me thirrje. I drejtoheshin nd\u00ebrgjegjes s\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ton\u00eb po aq sa edhe shtetit, ligjit, por edhe krer\u00ebve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare p\u00ebr t’u bashkuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, secili me pesh\u00ebn e fjal\u00ebs e t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb vet, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t’i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund gjakmarrjes, k\u00ebsaj “fatkeq\u00ebsie komb\u00ebtare”, si\u00e7 e quajti Fitor Mu\u00e7a, president i “V\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb Ungjillore”. Zia p\u00ebr heronjt\u00eb trondit thell\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se edhe zgjon energji t\u00eb m\u00ebdha pozitive.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrmjet atyre q\u00eb u bashkuan me k\u00ebt\u00eb thirrje ishin edhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e Dritan Prrojit. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm. Dometh\u00ebnia e shembullit t\u00eb tij do t\u00eb ishte e mang\u00ebt pa pranin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje ku bashkohen n\u00eb nj\u00eb politika si vep\u00ebr e qytetar\u00ebve, morali si bindje e besimtar\u00ebve dhe kultura si sjellje e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb e duan jet\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t’i sh\u00ebrbyer nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt: rendit dhe paqes sociale. Besoj se pranin\u00eb e t\u00eb af\u00ebrmve t\u00eb t\u00eb ndjerit n\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebrcjellje e kan\u00eb kuptuar edhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e vras\u00ebsit, ashtu si\u00e7 e kuptova un\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, si nj\u00eb shpallje se midis tyre dhe familjes Prroji nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb hakmarrje. Ky zinxhir ogurzi k\u00ebputet k\u00ebtu. Lavdi atyre q\u00eb k\u00ebputin zinxhir\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb!<\/p>\n
Duke besuar me gjith\u00eb zem\u00ebr dhe mendje n\u00eb k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb q\u00eb po them, e ndjej p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta sqaroj mir\u00eb mendimin tim. Mos e dh\u00ebnt\u00eb Zoti q\u00eb ndokush t\u00eb gaboj\u00eb e t’i k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb familjes Prroji ta fal\u00eb vras\u00ebsin. Familja Prroji nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb as ta fal\u00eb e as ta nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb.
