Edhe tjetri, rioshi i Presidenc\u00ebs, nuk priti gjat\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019ia humb\u00eb besimin institucionit p\u00ebr ta kthyer n\u00eb aneks shtes\u00eb pa leje t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.
