Kjo shtres\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fare pak p\u00ebrqind e popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb gjithmbarshme, mir\u00ebpo ajo kontrollon krer\u00ebt e policis\u00eb, prokuroris\u00eb e gjyq\u00ebsis\u00eb, tender\u00ebt, bordet e menaxhmentet e nd\u00ebrmarrjeve publike, dirigjon me shum\u00eb (krye)redaktor\u00eb t\u00eb mediave dhe personel akademik t\u00eb universiteteve, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur ngusht\u00eb me sh\u00ebrbimet informative dhe baron\u00ebt e kontraband\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi i deputet\u00ebve, ministrave, kryetarit e kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithsesi i nevojsh\u00ebm por kurrsesi i mjaftuesh\u00ebm. Ndryshimi i sistemit bashk\u00eb me \u00e7lirimin nga dominimi i k\u00ebsaj shtrese prej miqsh t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve, \u00ebsht\u00eb kombinimi fitues p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs sot. Sepse pushteti aktual jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm pushtet politik, por ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb paku politik. Pushteti sot \u00ebsht\u00eb pushtet financiar e kulturor, ekonomik e social, q\u00eb i fut n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb gjitha lidhjet familjare e personale p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb vetvetes. Shteti i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lloji t\u00eb pushtetit q\u00eb mir\u00ebmban e riprodhon veten pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb llogari t\u00eb shtetit. Institucionet e sistemit n\u00eb vend se t\u2019i krijojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e vet\u00ebkorrigjimit po i sajojn\u00eb kushtet e moskorrigjimit. Pushteti i k\u00ebtill\u00eb jeton duke e ngr\u00ebn\u00eb shtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebso makinerie pushteti, m\u00eb shum\u00eb i frik\u00ebsohen shtetit sesa q\u00eb i g\u00ebzohen atij. Shteti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb veg\u00ebl t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb duan ta frik\u00ebsojn\u00eb qytetarin dhe jo t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb nuk frik\u00ebsohen ta duan at\u00eb. Shteti nuk iu del zot atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nevoj\u00eb por zot\u00ebrohet prej atyre q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Vendimet kryesore politike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb merren nga ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk preken nga k\u00ebto vendime. Ky shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb arma me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pushtetar\u00ebt i kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr muri qytetar\u00ebt. Dhe, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi te arma por tek ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb arm\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi t\u00eb mjer\u00eb, me k\u00ebt\u00eb arsim t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, pa ushtri, pa vende pune dhe pa prodhim, me shpron\u00ebsim t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb e publikut p\u00ebrmes privatizimit t\u00eb resurseve natyrore dhe kapaciteteve zhvillimore, regjimi, thjesht, thuajse tenton ta vras\u00eb popullin. Kjo politik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vrasje n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb me paramendim. Sepse kur popullsin\u00eb e l\u00eb t\u00eb pambrojtur ushtarakisht dhe materialisht, kur e varf\u00ebron dhe e l\u00eb pa sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi, siguri dhe edukim, kjo gjithsesi \u00ebsht\u00eb vrasje n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb. Me k\u00ebso orientimi shtet\u00ebror Kosova po shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb pajetuesh\u00ebm. Ose, m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, po b\u00ebhet vend i pajetuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb s\u2019do ta p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb dot skamjen p\u00ebrderisa pasuria e k\u00ebtij vendi s\u2019do ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb dot pakic\u00ebn prej pushtetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb shtet ku p\u00ebrballen interesat e pakic\u00ebs me t\u00eb drejtat e shumic\u00ebs. Pakica realizon interesa t\u00eb panevojshme p\u00ebr jetes\u00ebn e zakonshme nd\u00ebrsa shumic\u00ebs nuk i takojn\u00eb as t\u00eb drejtat themelore njer\u00ebzore. Kemi interesa si interesa p\u00ebr luks t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs dhe nuk kemi t\u00eb drejta as si t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00eb e dinjitet p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn. E gjith\u00eb kjo p\u00ebr shkakun e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb: pakica n\u00eb pushtet e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb komplet shtetin. Shteti duhet t\u2019i merret prej duarve k\u00ebsaj pakice n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb. Shteti n\u00eb duart e pakic\u00ebs paraqet pranga p\u00ebr duart e shumic\u00ebs. Ky \u00e7lirim i shtetit prej pushtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb. Bashkimi i qytetar\u00ebve dhe i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr shtet kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e duhur p\u00ebrpara. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur e keqja m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht keq\u00ebsimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm.
