Visho Ajazi, njeriu i dyt\u00eb i ish- SHIK-ut t\u00eb Bashkim Gazidedes dhe njeri shum\u00eb konfidencial i tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb Berisha ka \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar qysh n\u00eb vitin 2005 p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb pas, SHBA reagoi ashp\u00ebr dhe Berisha u zmbraps, por nuk u t\u00ebrhoq kurr\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht. Sot ai ia ka arritur q\u00ebllimit. Brenda muajit ka futur n\u00ebn kontroll presidentin, KLD, SHISH dhe i ka mbetur \u00e7\u00ebshtje jav\u00ebsh Prokuroria.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimet n\u00eb SHISH kan\u00eb nervozuar duksh\u00ebm SHBA, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb prekjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu, tek i cili SHBA kishte besim, por dhe tek m\u00ebnyra si u hoq, arroganca dhe mos konsultimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimin dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr personin q\u00eb u em\u00ebrua aty.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb debatin e heshtur mes SHBA dhe Sali Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u201cmbrojtjen\u201d e kryetarit t\u00eb SHISH me \u00e7do kusht, nga SHBA ka pasur nj\u00eb teprim n\u00eb raport me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. M\u00ebnyra se si ambasador\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb mbronin kryetarin e SHISH prej Sali Berish\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb ofenduese p\u00ebr ne qytetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre u thuhej shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb Sali Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm po t\u2019i japim n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben SHBA p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr terrorizimit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mbronin n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre Berish\u00ebn si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Ky q\u00ebndrim, q\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dukej me dy standarde, \u00ebsht\u00eb ofendues. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha dhe jo institucionet q\u00eb ai do t\u00eb kap\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gj\u00ebrat mund t\u00eb zgjidhen m\u00eb thjesht\u00eb duke mbajtur q\u00ebndrim ndaj atij q\u00eb i shkakton problemet dhe jo ndaj viktimave apo servil\u00ebve t\u00eb tij. Ndaj dhe ambasador\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshi zotin Arvizu, do t\u00eb ishin me eficent\u00eb t\u00eb sulmonin Berish\u00ebn p\u00ebr rrezikshm\u00ebrin\u00eb q\u00eb ai paraqet si zaptues institucionesh se sa emra t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pasi shkarkohen nuk jan\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<br \/>\n\u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky q\u00ebndrim i dyzuar i SHBA ndaj Berish\u00ebs q\u00eb i jep atij hap\u00ebsir\u00eb veprimi t\u00eb luaj\u00eb me politik\u00ebn e faktit t\u00eb kryer dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll gjith\u00eb institucionet, sikund\u00ebr thuajse i mori.<\/p>\n<p>Por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl. Problemi m\u00eb serioz \u00ebsht\u00eb se personi i em\u00ebruar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ \u00ebsht\u00eb personi ky\u00e7 me t\u00eb cilin amerikan\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur probleme sidomos n\u00eb vitet 1996- 1997 lidhur me q\u00ebndrimin dyshues dhe m\u00eb pas akuz\u00ebs t\u00eb SHIK se SHBA po p\u00ebrdorte pakic\u00ebn greke n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe disa defekte t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb destabilizuar vendin. Visho Ajazi ka drejtuar at\u00eb q\u00eb quhet Drejtoria e Jashtme n\u00eb SHIK, ose kund\u00ebrzbulimi, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb praktikisht hartues i raportit p\u00ebr planin Lorus t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb ndaj Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshirjen e CIA dhe influenc\u00ebn e Tenet n\u00eb konspiracionin kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ai u largua nga Shqip\u00ebria pas r\u00ebnies s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs nga pushteti, pasi kaloi nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohe n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb t\u00eb PD si k\u00ebshilltar i tij, dhe u vendos n\u00eb Kanada.<br \/>\nRikthimi i tij fillimisht si k\u00ebshilltar i kryeministrit p\u00ebr<br \/>\nteknologjin\u00eb dhe informacionin dhe m\u00eb pas z\u00ebvend\u00ebsminist\u00ebr i Pollos ka qen\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pritur premtimin e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr postin q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund e mori.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk di sa do t\u2019ia dali SHBA ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb besuar k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtor SHISH-i, por ka pak gjasa q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhet i nj\u00ebjti nivel marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniesh dhe konfidence mes dy institucioneve.<br \/>\nNga ana tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb joetike, q\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri i cili ka jetuar s\u00eb paku dhjet\u00eb vjet n\u00eb emigracion, t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb post kaq delikat, pa sqaruar t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e tij si emigrant dhe problemet q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb peng pun\u00ebn e tij si kryetar i SHISH.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen n\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e SHBA \u00ebsht\u00eb koha n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u b\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimi. Vendimi p\u00ebrkon me nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dramatike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e nj\u00eb banke dhe nj\u00eb biznesmeni spekulant n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn sekuestro p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mashtrim t\u00eb kryer ndaj nj\u00eb borxhliu azerbajxhanas. Skandali mund t\u00eb trondit\u00eb ekuilibrat e brishta financiare n\u00eb vend dhe mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb t\u00ebrmet. Nga kjo pik\u00ebpamje dita e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjedhur dhe si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhurmuar skandalin Ta\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj ka s\u00ebrish nj\u00eb linj\u00eb antiamerikane q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruan k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim. SHISH, edhe n\u00ebn ndikimin e SHBA, kishte vigjiluar gjat\u00eb privatizimit t\u00eb ARMO p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb filiale t\u00eb Lukoil rus apo kompanive lindore n\u00eb privatizim. Tani q\u00eb ne kemi p\u00ebrpara privatizimin e Albpetrolit, q\u00eb sipas gjasave po ndahet mes azer\u00ebve dhe rus\u00ebve, SHISH kishte filluar t\u00eb l\u00ebvizte p\u00ebrs\u00ebri. Goditja ndaj kryetarit t\u00eb SHISH, q\u00eb gjer\u00ebsisht konsiderohet njeri i SHBA, dhe em\u00ebrimi n\u00eb krye t\u00eb SHISH i nj\u00eb personi q\u00eb kam frik\u00eb se ka ende probleme m\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e tij me SHBA, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje ndaj k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs amerikane p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur influenc\u00ebn ruse n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb shqiptare.
