N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte a nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb normale q\u00eb shefi i ekzekutivit t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb person me t\u00eb cilin ai mund t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 thoni ju dhe formalisht \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull; ka propozuar kryeministri, ka dekretuar presidenti. Por, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb loj\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri ka dashur ta heq\u00eb (zotin Shaqiri) q\u00eb kur erdhi n\u00eb vitin 2005. Madje kryeministri deklaroi se do ta kalonte Sh\u00ebrbimin Informativ n\u00ebn Ministrin\u00eb e Brendshme, pra ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb problem i vjet\u00ebr i tij. U mundua shum\u00eb her\u00eb dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje jo pse e hoqi, por t\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje q\u00eb sapo u caktua presidenti i ri, ndoshta ishte nga detyrat e para q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr, un\u00eb jam i sigurt q\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb president ka pasur brenda edhe heqjen e drejtorit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimit Informativ, dhe presidenti para ca dit\u00ebsh na b\u00ebri deklarat\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb e kryeministrit, q\u00eb ishte e gabuar, ai u ngut p\u00ebr t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb un\u00eb do ta heq drejtorin e Sh\u00ebrbimit dhe sot m\u00eb n\u00eb fund e hoqi.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb e quaj normale q\u00eb kryeministri t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb do ai, por nuk e di, nuk e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto 7 vjet, pse nuk i ka p\u00eblqyer ky drejtor sh\u00ebrbimi. Kjo tregon q\u00eb ai do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb vetin atje, por t\u00eb vetin jo pse do t\u00eb ket\u00eb besim tek ai, por se me t\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb frikshme. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zoti Klosi, a mendoni se ka vend p\u00ebr shqet\u00ebsim?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se ka vend p\u00ebr shqet\u00ebsim. Nuk duhet t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb eksperienc\u00ebn. Kryeministri kishte rast p\u00ebr t\u00eb em\u00ebruar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb sa t\u00eb duash, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mangut Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr n\u00ebpun\u00ebs t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nj\u00eb reagim i par\u00eb nga partner\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb erdhi pik\u00ebrisht nga Shtetet e Bashkuara, t\u00eb cilat shpreh\u00ebn rezerv\u00eb lidhur me koh\u00ebn, apo arsyet e k\u00ebtij shkarkimi, apo vendimi. Ndon\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme, a ka qen\u00eb praktik\u00eb pune q\u00eb p\u00ebr poste t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj komunikimi me partner\u00ebt strategjik\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb them q\u00eb sot akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn ton\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nj\u00eb konsultim me partner\u00ebt, sigurisht, p\u00ebr mua, do t\u00eb ishte i nevojsh\u00ebm. Un\u00eb kam parasysh, vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur u b\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e ngjashme p\u00ebr ta hequr Drejtorin e Sh\u00ebrbimit, erdhi k\u00ebtu vet\u00eb Shefi i NATO-s dhe u konsultua me qeveritar\u00ebt tan\u00eb dhe nga kjo gj\u00eb ata u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn. Mua m\u00eb duket q\u00eb kjo ngutje q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb tani, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb vere, kur n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit e lart\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vendet e tjera jan\u00eb me pushime, ka lidhje tamam me k\u00ebt\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u2019i kapi papritur ata, t\u00eb b\u00ebhet fakt dhe ata t\u00eb mos nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb dot m\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A prisni ju nj\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje me Shtetet e Bashkuara n\u00eb lidhje me vendimin e sot\u00ebm?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb do uroja q\u00eb jo, natyrisht! E mir\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb!
