Bajrami<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shpallja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb m\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor 1912 i dha fund sundimit shekullor osman duke sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore n\u00eb fatet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Populli shqiptar,i dha grushtin e fundit ushtarako-politik Perandoris\u00eb Otomane, duke kuror\u00ebzuar \u00ebndrrat dhe aspiratat mij\u00ebvje\u00e7are t\u00eb tij. Shqip\u00ebria u shpall sovrane,e pavarur jo vet\u00ebm ndaj zgjedh\u00ebs otomane por edhe ndaj \u00e7do zgjedhe e zinxhir\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb farkoheshin n\u00eb kurthet e fqinj\u00ebve. Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare arrinte me k\u00ebt\u00eb kulmin e vet,sepse pavar\u00ebsia kuror\u00ebzonte luft\u00ebrat e p\u00ebrpjekjet heroike t\u00eb brezave t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer lirin\u00eb e humbur,p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar t\u00eb drejtat komb\u00ebtare dhe p\u00ebr t&#8217;i hapur vendit rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimin e t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit.<\/p>\n<p>Me vendimin historik t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs triumfonte edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri parimi komb\u00ebsis\u00eb i shpallur nga rilind\u00ebsit tan\u00eb dha nga demokracia ballkanike e evropiane qysh n\u00eb shekullin XIX.Vihej n\u00eb vend k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb e drejt imanente e nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb formuar n\u00eb territorin e vet t\u00eb banuar pa nd\u00ebrprerje gjat\u00eb shekujve ,me gjuh\u00eb,kultur\u00eb,histori e individualitet t\u00eb vet,e drejt e fituar n\u00ebp\u00ebr llogoret e nj\u00eb lufte t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr,e drejt q\u00eb i takonte edhe p\u00ebr kontributin e vyer q\u00eb kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb procesin \u00e7lirimtar ballkanik dhe evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Me gjith\u00eb kufizimet e saj, pavar\u00ebsia, e par\u00eb edhe n\u00eb prizmin e zhvillimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme,e afirmoi me dinjitet iden\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb unitetit komb\u00ebtar edhe pse vendi ishte n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe i pushtuar nga ushtri t\u00eb huaja. Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk ishte thjesht vep\u00ebr e nj\u00eb grushti patriot\u00ebsh q\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn flamurin n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Ata sigurisht e kan\u00eb vendin e tyre t\u00eb nderuar n\u00eb histori. Por ata dhe Kuvendi Komb\u00ebtar i Vlor\u00ebs sanksionuan juridikisht me nj\u00eb akt t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e kombit at\u00eb q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrgatitur gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra e dhjet\u00ebra vjet\u00ebve,me luft\u00eb,vuajtje e sakrifica masat e gjera popullore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trevat shqiptare. N\u00eb themelin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb kishte v\u00ebn\u00eb gur\u00eb e gjith\u00eb shqiptaria.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarjet e sh\u00ebnuara p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb vepra madhore t\u00eb popullit. Ata marrin nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kur kan\u00eb karakter progresiv,i japin l\u00ebmshit t\u00eb kontradiktave nj\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me prirjet pozitive t\u00eb zhvillimit historik. Shpallja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ato ngjarje q\u00eb sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb etapa n\u00eb procesin historik. Ajo mbylli nj\u00eb epok\u00eb,epok\u00ebn e shk\u00eblqyer t\u00eb Rilindjes p\u00ebr t&#8217;u \u00e7elur brezave t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm rrug\u00eb t\u00eb reja. Si e till\u00eb ajo ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn kur ndodhi e p\u00ebr kthes\u00ebn q\u00eb sh\u00ebnoi,por edhe p\u00ebr pasojat pozitive q\u00eb la pas.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo ruan vler\u00ebn e saj edukuese e mobilizuese edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen. Prandaj kremtimi i p\u00ebrvjetor\u00ebve t\u00eb saj,evokimi i b\u00ebmave t\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve tan\u00eb,vler\u00ebsimi i tyre n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e dialektik\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr historian\u00ebt, por p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Dashuria dhe respekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e ndritur jan\u00eb nj\u00eb nga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb m\u00eb shpreh\u00ebse t\u00eb patriotizmi t e t\u00eb vitalitetit t\u00eb popullit ton\u00eb. Kremtimi i ngjarjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha historike b\u00ebhet nga ana tjet\u00ebr nj\u00eb nxitje p\u00ebr t&#8217;u thelluar n\u00eb studimin e tyre mbi baz\u00ebn e fakteve t\u00eb reja e t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb arritur metodologjik t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Trash\u00ebgimi shkencore p\u00ebr k\u00ebto probleme,si\u00e7 dihet,ka qen\u00eb relativisht i varf\u00ebr. Duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb dokumentet e botuara e t\u00eb pabotuara,vendase e t\u00eb huaja,n\u00eb shtypin e koh\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb memorialstik\u00ebn me vler\u00eb t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fakteve t\u00eb pa fiksuara n\u00eb dokumentet na japin edhe opinionet, q\u00ebndrimet, gjykimet, aspiratat e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve aktiv n\u00eb ngjarjet.<\/p>\n<p>Problemet e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rrug\u00ebve q\u00eb \u00e7uan te ajo kan\u00eb qen\u00eb objekt i nj\u00eb interesimi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe nga historiografia e huaj, sidomos ballkanike. Krahas p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb trajtim objektiv t\u00eb ngjarjeve jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb vitet e Shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, edhe trajtesa t\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqshme e tendencioze, me vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb pathemelta dhe aprioristike. Pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore filluan t\u00eb duken n\u00eb studimet e huaja p\u00ebr problemet e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb reja objektive q\u00eb i detyrohen zhvillimit t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi,pozitave t\u00eb pavarura demokratike e progresiste t\u00eb autor\u00ebve,si edhe,n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb,rolit aktiv t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb re shqiptare n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme. Megjithat\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite vazhdojn\u00eb t&#8217;i ofrohen lexuesit,por n\u00eb form\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb st\u00ebrholluar e me disa &#8220;l\u00ebshime&#8221;,shtremb\u00ebrimet e vjetra tradicionale antihistorike dhe antishqiptare t\u00eb nisura kryesisht nga interesat joshkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi ky\u00e7 ku jan\u00eb ndeshur e ndeshen pik\u00ebpamjet diametralisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb shqiptare nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb asaj t\u00eb huaj nga ana tjet\u00ebr ka qen\u00eb se Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ishte vep\u00ebr e shqiptar\u00ebve apo e t\u00eb huajve,ka qen\u00eb rezultat i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb t\u00eb kombit shqiptar p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e vet dhe formimin e shtetit t\u00eb pavarur,pra nj\u00eb kuror\u00ebzim i Rilindjes son\u00eb apo ka qen\u00eb dhurat\u00eb e Fuqive nj\u00eb vendi q\u00eb s&#8217;e priste,pra nj\u00eb zgjidhje koniukturore artificiale e p\u00ebrcaktuar nga interesat e k\u00ebtyre fuqive,n\u00ebse shteti i pavarur shqiptar ishte vep\u00ebr e forcave t\u00eb brendshme komb\u00ebtare apo nj\u00eb krijes\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha.<br \/>\nShpallja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk ishte nj\u00eb akt i ve\u00e7uar. Ajo u p\u00ebrgatit hap pas hapi,me kujdes,durim,guxim,me ndjenj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr dhjet\u00ebra e dhjet\u00ebra vjet. Ashtu si protagonistit kryesor t\u00eb saj Ismail Qemalit i vinte pas historia ,ashtu edhe pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb i priu nj\u00eb histori e t\u00ebr\u00eb. Akti i 28 n\u00ebntorit nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet pa k\u00ebt\u00eb histori. Ata q\u00eb e n\u00ebnshkruan dokumentin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb nuk ishin njer\u00ebz t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb i nxori n\u00eb sken\u00eb gjendja e nd\u00ebrlikuar e krijuar nga Lufta e Par\u00eb Ballkanike dhe nevoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebdalje. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb atyre q\u00eb u mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvendin e Vlor\u00ebs e kishin filluar veprimtarin\u00eb patriotike shum\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebrpara dhe ishin dalluar si luft\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb pushk\u00ebs e t\u00eb pen\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e lidhin organikisht me Rilindjen jo vet\u00ebm protagonist\u00ebt,por edhe mendimi e veprimi patriotik e revolucionar i tyre e n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i masave popullore q\u00eb pan\u00eb te akti i 28 N\u00ebntorit shp\u00ebrblimin p\u00ebr gjakun e derdhur,p\u00ebr vuajtjet e sakrificat e b\u00ebra p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur at\u00eb dit\u00eb .Prandaj pavar\u00ebsia dhe Rilindja jon\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb e t\u00ebr\u00eb dhe e pandar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Rilind\u00ebsit luftuan kund\u00ebr shtypjes komb\u00ebtare jo vet\u00ebm me mjetet materiale t\u00eb q\u00ebndres\u00ebs s\u00eb armatosur,por edhe me mjete intelektuale ,me idet\u00eb t\u00eb cilat argumentonin t\u00eb drejtat e popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe e frym\u00ebzuan e mobilizuan at\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb .Kur patriotizmi i rilind\u00ebsve u vesh me idet\u00eb e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb iluminizmit dhe racionalizimit evropian mendimi politik e shoq\u00ebror i Rilindjes u ngrit n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb e mori nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje t\u00eb re. K\u00ebto ide iu p\u00ebrshtat\u00ebn realitetit shqiptar e iu p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb shtruara nga vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare n\u00eb zhvillim. K\u00ebshtu idet\u00eb mbi lirin\u00eb e pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e atdheut e gjet\u00ebn n\u00eb pen\u00ebn e rilind\u00ebsve argumentimin teorik t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur jo vet\u00ebm mbi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn natyrore t\u00eb popullit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Ata iu drejtuan edhe historis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb trojet e veta,individualitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar,luft\u00ebrat e pareshtura kund\u00ebr sundimit t\u00eb h uaj,kontributin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb popujve ballkanik\u00eb dhe evropian. Intelektual\u00ebt gjall\u00ebruan kujtimet historike q\u00eb populli i kishte ruajtur n\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebt e legjendat e tij, ata vun\u00eb n\u00eb dukje traditat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta,ata e kuptuan dhe b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptonin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, territoriale, shpirt\u00ebrore, ata luftuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer vet\u00ebdijen popullore n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si Shqip\u00ebria ku bashkimi n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar,i popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb tri fe t\u00eb ndryshme,ishte kusht i domosdosh\u00ebm i suksesit ,kjo nd\u00ebrgjegje nuk mund t\u00eb formohej ve\u00e7se jasht\u00eb feve, mbi fet\u00eb,duke shpallur si parim themelor t\u00eb Rilindjes-shqiptarizmin.<\/p>\n<p>Idet\u00eb e reja u p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn gjer\u00ebsisht n\u00eb rrethet e kulturuara brenda e jasht\u00eb vendit n\u00ebp\u00ebr mjet librave e shtypit dhe dep\u00ebrtuan dora-dor\u00ebs edhe n\u00eb mendjet dhe n\u00eb zemrat e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet transmetimit gojor. Ato e ndihmuan popullin t\u00eb zbulonte identitetin e vet historik dhe komb\u00ebtar,pavar\u00ebsisht nga ndarjet krahinore,fetare,ta ndiente veten nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn histori,me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn kultur\u00eb e tradit\u00eb,me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat shqet\u00ebsime dhe shpresa,me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat k\u00ebrkesa. Shqiptar\u00ebt filloi ti bashkonte e kaluara e lavdishme,por edhe e dhimbshme dhe lufta p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn t\u00eb ardhme. Idet\u00eb e reja luajt\u00ebn nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrimin e nd\u00ebrgjegjes etnike n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn filloi t\u00eb shkruhej vullneti i kombit. Ishin k\u00ebto ide q\u00eb gjat\u00eb Rilindjes e sidomos me Lidhjen Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit,duke u rr\u00ebnjosur thell\u00eb e n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb masat popullore i vun\u00eb ato n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje si n\u00eb vitet e krizave dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrleshjeve t\u00eb armatosura me armiqt\u00eb,ashtu edhe n\u00eb periudhat e zhvillimit relativisht t\u00eb qet\u00eb. L\u00ebvizja e Rilindjes q\u00eb u shfaq n\u00eb drejtimet m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb rrafshin teorik,ideologjik,politik, kulturor,organizativ p\u00ebrshpejtoi procesin historik dhe i dha ritme zhvillimit q\u00eb nuk i kishin njohur periudhat e m\u00ebparshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ideologjia e Rilindjes u konkretizua n\u00eb programet politike. T\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe jo m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb pavarur dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zhvillim normal t\u00eb vendit,ideolog\u00ebt e Rilindjes p\u00ebrpunuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me koh\u00ebn dhe rrethanat nj\u00eb strategji politike t\u00eb qart\u00eb mbi rrug\u00ebt drejt pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe mbi form\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e tyre. Autonomia dhe pavar\u00ebsia jan\u00eb konceptuar gjithmon\u00eb si dy etapa n\u00eb zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare t\u00eb lidhur ngusht\u00eb me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Platforma e autonomis\u00eb n\u00ebn sovranitetin e sulltanit mbizot\u00ebroi gjat\u00eb Rilindjes deri n\u00eb n\u00ebntorin e 1912-\u00ebs. Ajo lejonte t\u00eb ngriheshin strukturat shoq\u00ebrore-ekonomike dhe institucionet juridiko-politike q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbenin si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr rendin shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb pavarur,i cili do t\u00eb vendosej me t&#8217;u krijuar kushtet e p\u00ebrshtatshme.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo shpjegohet jo me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve,p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00ebn hijen e sulltanit e as me papjekurin\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebr vet\u00ebqeverisje si\u00e7 duan ta paraqesin k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00eb varg autor\u00ebsh t\u00eb huaj. Kjo ishte rruga q\u00eb kishin ndjekur edhe disa shtete t\u00eb tjera ballkanike,p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Greqis\u00eb. Por n\u00eb rastin e shqiptar\u00ebve k\u00ebrkesa e autonomis\u00eb shpjegohet kryesisht me konsiderata t\u00eb karakterit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb,vet\u00eb Porta e Lart\u00eb do t\u00eb pranonte m\u00eb leht\u00eb,n\u00eb raste se do t\u00eb ishte e detyruar ta b\u00ebnte k\u00ebt\u00eb,nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri autonome duke ruajtur sovranitetin e saj n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb sesa nj\u00eb shk\u00ebputje t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb fakt k\u00ebshtu ndodhi. Ajo e njohu autonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,por pas Shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Faktori i jasht\u00ebm kryesor q\u00eb kusht\u00ebzoi platform\u00ebn e autonomis\u00eb ishte rreziku serioz e i vazhduesh\u00ebm i cop\u00ebtimit t\u00eb tokave shqiptare nga ana e monarkive fqinje,rreziku q\u00eb kishte filluar t\u00eb dukej qysh n\u00eb vitet 40 t\u00eb shekullit XIX. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte Shqip\u00ebria autonome n\u00eb kuadrin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb territoriale t\u00eb atdheut qoft\u00eb nga interesi i Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i ruajtur t\u00eb paprekur kufijt\u00eb e Perandoris\u00eb,qoft\u00eb nga garancit\u00eb e Fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur paprekshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj. Shqip\u00ebria autonome do t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb konsolidohej n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb sa kur t\u00eb dilte e pavarur t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb gjendje t&#8217;u q\u00ebndronte rreziqeve t\u00eb jashtme q\u00eb i kanoseshin.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje e jashtme,nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb luftarake,me fqinj\u00ebt grek n\u00eb luft\u00ebn \u00e7lirimtare kund\u00ebr Perandoris\u00eb Osmane ishte e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr Komitetin Qendror t\u00eb Stambollit dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin e tij Abdyl Frashrin q\u00eb t\u00eb projektonte qysh m\u00eb 1877 krijimin e nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrie t\u00eb pavarur. Q\u00ebndrimi negativ q\u00eb mbajti ndaj k\u00ebtij projekti qeveria greke e p\u00ebrforcoi bindjen mbi drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb territoriale-administrative t\u00eb vendit. Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb,kur Lidhja e Prizrenit e shpalli vet\u00eb autonomin\u00eb dhe formoi qeverin\u00eb e p\u00ebrkohshme m\u00eb 1881,Sami Frashri shpresonte se nuk do t\u00eb vononin t\u00eb krijoheshin rrethanat e favorshme q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb b\u00ebhej,si\u00e7 shprehej ai,&#8221;me shk\u00ebputje fare&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>E par\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb sy,pavar\u00ebsia e 1912-\u00ebs,e shpallur n\u00eb kushtet e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Ballkanike ishte rrjedhim logjik i vij\u00ebs rilind\u00ebse. Rrjedhimisht mund t\u00eb thuhet se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,nga pik\u00ebpamja e forcave t\u00eb brendshme politiko-shoq\u00ebrore ishte shtruar p\u00ebr zgjedhje qysh n\u00eb shekullin XIX,t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn qysh n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit,kurse nga pik\u00ebpamja e faktor\u00ebve politik nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb evropian\u00eb e ballkanik\u00eb ajo u shtrua p\u00ebr zgjidhje dhe u realizua n\u00eb n\u00ebntorin e vitit 1912.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e autonomis\u00eb apo pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb konkretizohej me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn themelore q\u00eb kishte q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha programeve politike jo vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb Rilindjes,por edhe para saj n\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr krijimin e shtetit shqiptar. Kjo k\u00ebrkes\u00eb pati evolucionin e vet. nga nj\u00eb principat\u00eb si ajo e Sk\u00ebnderbeut e paraqitur nga kryengritjet e shek,XIV-XVII,te pashall\u00ebqet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb shek. XVIII-fillimi i shek. XIX,nga vilajeti, provinca apo shteti shqiptar me autonomi politike administrative t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga Lidhja e Prizrenit,Lidhja e Pej\u00ebs dhe kryengritjet e viteve 1910-1912 deri te shteti i pavarur i 1912-\u00ebs. Ndryshe nga udh\u00ebheqjet komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb disa vendeve ballkanike q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb formonin shtetet e veta n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e perandorive p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse mesjetare, n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Gadishullit. Rilindja jon\u00eb e konceptoi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb autonome ose t\u00eb pavarur me nj\u00eb shtrirje t\u00eb till\u00eb territoriale q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte trojet,banor\u00ebt e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishin os e krejt\u00ebsisht,ose n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn d\u00ebrmuese shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtimi tjet\u00ebr themelor q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiti pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb ishte veprimi revolucionar i armatosur. Mendimi teorik,politik e kulturor i Rilindjes u shoq\u00ebrua hap pas hapi me luft\u00ebn e armatosur antiosmane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb l\u00ebvizja jon\u00eb sh\u00ebnoi faqe t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyera q\u00eb i b\u00ebjn\u00eb asaj nder. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb merit\u00eb e madhe e rilind\u00ebsve m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar q\u00eb e konsideruan l\u00ebvizjen e armatosur \u00e7lirimtare si nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar t\u00eb drejtat komb\u00ebtare. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb merit\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e madhe e masave popullore shqiptare e n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e fshatar\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyen arm\u00ebt sa her\u00eb q\u00eb paraqitej nevoja dhe nuk ngurruan t\u00eb mateshin me armiq t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm,edhe pse kjo luft\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte shum\u00eb gjak e sakrifica. Kjo luft\u00eb q\u00eb mbush\u00eb analet e shek. XIX-XX ishte ana m\u00eb e fort\u00eb e L\u00ebvizjes son\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga kryengritjet kund\u00ebr reformave t\u00eb Tanzimatit e deri m\u00eb 1912 kemi nj\u00eb zinxhir t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb l\u00ebvizjesh t\u00eb armatosura antiosmane q\u00eb pasuan nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn,me p\u00ebrmasa e intensitete t\u00eb ndryshme,por me nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm,t\u00eb hiqnin zgjedh\u00ebn e huaj dhe t\u00eb siguronin lirin\u00eb. Ishin n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb k\u00ebto ngjarje q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebn truallin e \u00e7el\u00ebn shtigjet p\u00ebr shpalljen e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb thuhet me plot goj\u00ebn se flamuri u ngrit n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb truall t\u00eb lar\u00eb me gjak e se pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e pagoi shum\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb populli yn\u00eb liridash\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia u p\u00ebrgatit nga rilindja jon\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha drejtimet. Ajo e gjeti shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trojet e saj me nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegje politike t\u00eb formuar,t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijshme p\u00ebr detyrat e t\u00eb drejtat e saj komb\u00ebtare dhe t\u00eb vendosur p\u00ebr t&#8217;i fituar e mbrojtur ato me \u00e7do kusht. Pavar\u00ebsia e gjeti Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me rrethe t\u00eb gjera drejtuese,t\u00eb dala kryesisht nga shtresat e borgjezis\u00eb s\u00eb mesme e t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe nga fshatar\u00ebsia,me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb politike organizative dhe ushtarake t\u00eb fituar n\u00eb procesin e nj\u00eb lufte t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr me Port\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb,Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha dhe monarkit\u00eb ballkanike. Shtratin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm ideologjik t\u00eb k\u00ebtij zgjimi e p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte ai koncept i p\u00ebrparuar p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn ,q\u00eb e p\u00ebrpunuan rilind\u00ebsit. P\u00ebr ta kultura ishte para s\u00eb gjithash,nj\u00eb vizion i ri p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn,nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e re e konceptimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs,t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb perspektivave t\u00eb saj. Ajo ishte nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e fuqishme intelektuale q\u00eb rivler\u00ebsoi gjith\u00eb vlerat,q\u00eb i pasuroi bot\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb shqiptarit n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e saj kritike,q\u00eb rr\u00ebzoi idhujt dhe mite t\u00eb vjetra dhe formuloi k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr vlera t\u00eb reja kulturore. Kultura e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare ishte nj\u00eb ideal i ri shoq\u00ebror,politik,moral q\u00eb barte me vete projektin e madh t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb realiteti t\u00eb ri,projektin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb pavarur e t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<br \/>\nIdeolog\u00ebt e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare e kuptonin r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e dijeve p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn. Ata ishin pishtar t\u00eb flakt\u00eb t\u00eb iluminizmit dhe besonin n\u00eb forc\u00ebn e dijeve. Thelbin e k\u00ebtij koncepti iluminist p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn e shprehu Naim Frashri me moton e tij t\u00eb famshme:&#8221;Dhe drit&#8217;e dirturis\u00eb, p\u00ebrpara do na shpjer\u00eb &#8220;.Por kultura p\u00ebr ideolog\u00ebt e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare nuk ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb depozit\u00eb dijesh,ajo ishte n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb aft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrime aktive krijuese n\u00eb histori,n\u00eb jet\u00eb. Akti dhe veprimi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i popullit si forc\u00eb kulturore, p\u00ebr rilind\u00ebsit, ishte vet\u00ebm lufta p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi, q\u00ebndresa e tij e pamposhtur, kund\u00ebrshtimi i shtypjes dhe i rob\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shpirti i gjall\u00eb i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb re ishte ideja e shqiptarizmit,q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte aktin m\u00eb kryesor t\u00eb emancipimit t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare. Ideja e shqiptarizmit ishte vatra nga shp\u00ebrndaheshin gjith\u00eb er\u00ebrat e reja ideologjike t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare. Lufta p\u00ebr kultur\u00eb u b\u00eb ,para s\u00eb gjithash,luft\u00eb p\u00ebr kultur\u00eb komb\u00ebtare,p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem dijesh,vlerash dhe veprimesh q\u00eb rr\u00ebnjosnin unitetin e jet\u00ebs materiale e shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb kombit shqiptar\u00eb,q\u00eb i ruanin atij vet\u00ebqenien e origjinalitetit. Kultura \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb shprehje e vet\u00ebdijes s\u00eb njeriut e t\u00eb popujve. Pa kultur\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Rilindjes shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb shekullin XIX nuk do t\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb dallonin veten,si komb t\u00eb formuar,nga gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt,t\u00eb kuptonin gjendjen dhe rreziqet q\u00eb u kanoseshin,t\u00eb kuptonin ku t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteteshin e p\u00ebrse t\u00eb luftonin. Kultura e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare ishte nj\u00eb zbulim i madh.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo zbuloi bot\u00ebn shqiptare me gjith\u00eb madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb dhe tragjizmin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj,ajo zbuloi nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar sa t\u00eb lavdishme e heroike aq edhe t\u00eb dhimbshme e t\u00eb p\u00ebrvuajtur,ajo zbuloi ekzistenc\u00ebn n\u00eb mjerim dhe prapambetjen e popullit,por edhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nj\u00eb populli q\u00eb q\u00ebndronte i pamposhtur,i pap\u00ebrkulur p\u00ebrball\u00eb rrebesheve dhe furtunave m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb historis\u00eb:ajo zbuloi jet\u00ebn,traditat,zakonet,psikologjin\u00eb e nj\u00eb populli liridash\u00ebs,luft\u00ebtar e pun\u00ebtor,trim e guximtar t\u00eb ruante shpres\u00ebn dhe besimin n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb ndritur,Kultura Komb\u00ebtare e Rilindjes zbuloi shpirtin dhe u dha nj\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt,emrin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,trojeve ku nga koh\u00ebt parahistorike kishin jetuar brez pas brezi gjysh\u00ebrit e st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrit.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo kultur\u00eb ishte faktor zgjimi i vet\u00ebdijes komb\u00ebtare,i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr faktet e kombit,ajo i dha nj\u00eb kuptim krejt t\u00eb ri jet\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptarit,i kultivoi krenarin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, i dhuroi dinjitetin e p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare,s\u00eb cil\u00ebs Naimi i k\u00ebndoi:&#8221;Ti Shqip\u00ebri m\u00eb ep nder\u00eb,m\u00eb ep emrin Shqip\u00ebtar\u00eb!&#8221;.Kultura Komb\u00ebtare e Rilindjes solli dit\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb daljes n\u00eb aren\u00ebn e historis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb ri ,t\u00eb kombit shqiptar dhe shprehu para bot\u00ebs aspiratat dhe idealet e tij p\u00ebr liri dhe pavar\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebn regjimin otoman kultura jon\u00eb komb\u00ebtare ndeshej n\u00eb \u00e7do hap me pasojat e rob\u00ebris\u00eb dhe me atmosfer\u00ebn mbyt\u00ebse t\u00eb obskurantizmit mesjetar. Duke i zgjuar ndjenjat komb\u00ebtare shqiptarit,kultura e Rilindjes e b\u00ebnte at\u00eb t&#8217;i r\u00ebndohej edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb shtypja ,t&#8217;i b\u00ebhej m\u00eb e padurueshme rob\u00ebria ,t\u00eb ndiente thell\u00eb zymt\u00ebsit\u00eb e paliris\u00eb. Kultura e rilindjes zgjoi interesimin e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs,p\u00ebr traditat e tyre kulturore. Ajo sillte emancipimin e popullit nga fanatizmi,intoleranca e ndasit\u00eb fetare,duke fituar karakter laik mbifetar.<\/p>\n<p>Ideja e shqiptarizmit u b\u00eb ai bosht kulturor rreth t\u00eb cilit mund t\u00eb bashkoheshin shqiptar\u00ebt pavar\u00ebsisht nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia e tyre fetare. Konceptit t\u00eb kulturave fetare iu kund\u00ebrvu koncepti i qytet\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb akt tjet\u00ebr i madh emancipimi i kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb Rilindjes son\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare ishte shk\u00ebputja q\u00eb ajo sillte nga ndikimet e tyre &#8220;antikulturave&#8221;q\u00eb synonin p\u00ebr rolet dhe hegjemoni zonale apo bot\u00ebrore dhe q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr vet ekzistenc\u00ebn e kombit ton\u00eb. Kultura e Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare guxoi t\u00eb ngrihej kund\u00ebr &#8220;shk\u00eblqimit&#8221; t\u00eb rrem\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kulturave ,duke iu b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Kjo ishte nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, sepse ndikimet e k\u00ebtyre kulturave ishin ende t\u00eb fuqishme n\u00eb shtresa t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb prapambetura t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb,madje ajo ishte e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb.,sepse b\u00ebhej edhe para vetes s\u00eb secilit shqiptar,q\u00eb nuk ishte i \u00e7liruar ende prej k\u00ebtyre ndikimeve.<\/p>\n<p>Kultura e re e Rilindjes kishte vitalitet t&#8217;u kund\u00ebrq\u00ebndronte forcave kulturore reaksionare,sepse i kishte rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt thell\u00eb n\u00eb tabanin komb\u00ebtar, n\u00eb popull. Me karakterin e asaj komb\u00ebtar kultura jon\u00eb e rilindjes i mbyllte portat p\u00ebr rrymat ideologjike shkomb\u00ebtarizuese dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb ajo sh\u00ebnoi nj\u00eb hapje,m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe hapje q\u00eb kishte par\u00eb kultura jon\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb,ndaj er\u00ebrave t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs p\u00ebrparimtare bot\u00ebrore q\u00eb mund ta pasuronim. Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb,n\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyellin e shekujve XIX-XX kishin ndodhur ndryshime historike q\u00eb e kishin futur L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr kultur\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb re,m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb,n\u00eb kuadrin e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs spikat\u00ebn edhe tipare dhe vlera t\u00eb reja,t\u00eb cilat e rrit\u00ebn forc\u00ebn vepruese t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kulture dhe kontributin e saj n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb l\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr kultur\u00eb u fuqizua vatra e saj u zhvendos nga kolonit\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimit,brenda vendit. L\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr kultur\u00eb komb\u00ebtare u mpleks p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr me luft\u00ebn politike t\u00eb popullit p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi. G\u00ebrshetimi i shumansh\u00ebm i veprimtaris\u00eb kulturore arsimore me veprimtarin\u00eb politike p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb nga ve\u00e7orit\u00eb m\u00eb qen\u00ebsore t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj faze t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Nga gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb mori p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi dhe zhvillim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh kultura politike,e cila u b\u00eb b\u00ebrthama kryesore q\u00eb u dha tonin e frym\u00ebn e saj gjith\u00eb komponent\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb saj. Kjo ve\u00e7ori ishte pasoj\u00eb e p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb mor\u00ebn problemet politike,ushtarake e diplomatike. Nuk duhet menduar se idet\u00eb iluministe t\u00eb rilind\u00ebsve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb u shuan,por aspekti iluminist i kultur\u00ebs u ngushtua dhe u p\u00ebrforcua aspekti i saj politik. Ky politizim i kultur\u00ebs u shpreh n\u00eb pasurimin e vlerave t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs politike me vepra t\u00eb tilla si\u00e7 ishte libri i Sami Frashrit:&#8221;Shqip\u00ebria \u00e7&#8217;ka qen\u00eb, \u00e7&#8217;\u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00e7&#8217;do t\u00eb jet\u00eb&#8221;,nj\u00eb testament i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb politik i rilind\u00ebsve dhe nj\u00eb platform\u00eb q\u00eb frym\u00ebzoi gjith\u00eb luft\u00ebn politike kulturore p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek. XX. T\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie kan\u00eb qen\u00eb platformat politiko-kulturore t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb revolucionin xhonturk,vendimet e Kongresit t\u00eb Manastirit dhe programet memorandume t\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb. K\u00ebto dokumente provojn\u00eb qart\u00eb sa k\u00ebrkesat kulturore komb\u00ebtare u n\u00ebnshtroheshin tashm\u00eb programeve politike t\u00eb autonomis\u00eb dhe Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Politizimi i kultur\u00ebs u shpreh edhe n\u00eb lidhjen e ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb vatrave kulturore me aktivitete politike. Shoqatat e Stambollit,e Rumanis\u00eb,e Egjiptit n\u00eb shk. XIX. kishin m\u00eb tep\u00ebr karakter kulturor,kurse shoqatat kulturore,klubet q\u00eb u krijuan n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb shek.XX,n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kryenin nj\u00eb veprimtari jo vet\u00ebm kulturore,por edhe drejtp\u00ebrdrejt politike. Mjafton t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb klubet,q\u00eb u krijuan gjat\u00eb revolucionit xhonturk,t\u00eb cilat ishin sa organizime kulturore aq edhe politike. Ato vepronin n\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb ngushta me komitetet e fshehta t\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebsve dhe funksionin si forma t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie ose t\u00eb nj\u00eb organizimi politik.<\/p>\n<p>Klubet dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb kulturore,krahas p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr hapjen e shkrimit dhe t\u00eb shkollave shqipe,zhvillonin edhe nj\u00eb aktivitet t\u00eb shumansh\u00ebm politik p\u00ebr organizimin e l\u00ebvizjes \u00e7lirimtare dhe bashkimin politik t\u00eb popullit,p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb qendre drejtuese politike e kulturore t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizjeje n\u00eb shkall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebto synime u konkretizuan n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e klubit&#8221;Bashkimi&#8221;t\u00eb Manastirit,n\u00eb Kongrese e Manastirit (1908-1910),t\u00eb Elbasanit (1909),t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb qendrore shkollore&#8221;P\u00ebrparimi&#8221;(1909)n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb,etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht nga masat represive q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmori qeveria gjat\u00eb kryengritjeve shqiptare t\u00eb viteve 1910-1912,vrulli i l\u00ebvizjes kulturore e arsimore erdhi duke u rritur e pleksur me luft\u00ebn e armatosur p\u00ebr liri. I b\u00ebn\u00eb nder inteligjenc\u00ebs shqiptare,q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shquar t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe-m\u00ebsues, gazetar, shkrimtar,etj.,- gjend\u00ebn n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e qetave dhe t\u00eb formacioneve kryengrit\u00ebse si \u00c7er\u00e7iz Topulli e Dervish Hima,Petro Nini Luarasi e Mihal Grameno,Themisitokli G\u00ebrmenji e Hil Mosi,Risto Siliqi e Luigj Gurakuqi,etj.<br \/>\nN\u00eb rritjen e ngarkes\u00ebs politike t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek.XX,nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb luajti shtypi, sidomos, publicistika, jo vet\u00ebm me numrin e madh t\u00eb botimeve brenda e jasht\u00eb vendit,por edhe me p\u00ebrmbajtjen e tyre kryesisht politike. Po t\u00eb krahasonim organin &#8220;DRITA&#8221;(1903-1910)t\u00eb Shahin Kolonj\u00ebs,&#8221;Kombi&#8221;e &#8220;Dielli&#8221;(SHBA)ose &#8220;Liria&#8221;(Manastir),etj,do t\u00eb vinim re se n\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit mbizot\u00ebroi publicistika politike.<\/p>\n<p>Politizimi p\u00ebrfshin edhe let\u00ebrsin\u00eb artistike. Mendimi shkencor pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktim t\u00eb plot\u00eb e t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe. Ajo meriton t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur vlerat e q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb saj. Politizimi m\u00eb i thell\u00eb i poezis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe nuk ishte kufizim i saj n\u00eb betejat e luft\u00ebrave politike t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. K\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebse bartnin vjershat e \u00c7ajupit,Mjed\u00ebs,Asdrenit,etj. Le t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb marshin e Asdrenit:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jo, s&#8217;duam tjat\u00ebr nuk, ve\u00e7 arm\u00eb e ca buk\u00eb.&#8221;, ose k\u00ebng\u00ebn e pavdekshme &#8221; P\u00ebr m\u00ebm\u00ebdhen\u00eb!&#8221;t\u00eb Mihal Gramenos,q\u00eb bart\u00eb mesazhe t\u00eb fuqishme t\u00eb frym\u00ebs liridash\u00ebse t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Forcimi i karakterit politik t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek.XX luajti nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr fatet e t\u00eb ardhmen e l\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim komb\u00ebtar. Me tendenciozitetin e saj t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb politik, kultura komb\u00ebtare ndihmoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb ri t\u00eb problemeve t\u00eb jet\u00ebs politike t\u00eb kombit,p\u00ebr nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb ri t\u00eb masave t\u00eb gjera ndaj politik\u00ebs,sidomos,ndikoi n\u00eb formulimin e nj\u00eb politike shqiptare,si veprimtari q\u00eb shprehte dhe mbronte interesat komb\u00ebtare,q\u00eb afirmonte ekzistenc\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb drejtat e kombit shqiptar,q\u00eb sillte emancipimin politik e kulturor t\u00eb popullit.<\/p>\n<p>Me frym\u00ebn e saj politike militante kjo kultur\u00eb zgjeroi aktivizimin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike,forcoi nd\u00ebrgjegjen patriotike,i aft\u00ebsoi si forc\u00eb m\u00eb vete. Ajo i bindi shqiptar\u00ebt se ata s&#8217;kishin nga e prisnin shp\u00ebtimin e tyre p\u00ebrve\u00e7se nga vetvetja. Duke njohur interesin komb\u00ebtar dhe duke vendosur n\u00eb themel t\u00eb saj politik\u00ebn shqiptare,kjo kultur\u00eb e p\u00ebrgatiti popullin p\u00ebr dit\u00ebn e lumtur t\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntorit 1912.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SHPALLJA E PAVAR\u00cbSIS\u00cb S\u00cb SHQIP\u00cbRIS\u00cb NUK MUND T\u00cb REALIZOHEJ PA BASHKIMIN KOMB\u00cbTAR DHE UNITETIN TERRITORIAL T\u00cb POPULLIT SHQIPTAR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rruga e popullit shqiptar\u00eb drejt bashkimit komb\u00ebtar dhe formimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb pavarur pati pa dyshim ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e veta,n\u00eb krahasim me vendet e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs,t\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuara nga rrethanat historike,ekonomiko-shoq\u00ebror dhe nga ato politike,t\u00eb brendshme e t\u00eb jashtme. Megjithat\u00eb,shoq\u00ebria shqiptare n\u00eb fillimin e shek.XIX,krahas ndryshimeve,kishte mjaft gj\u00ebra t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta me shtetet ballkanike fqinje dhe arriti t\u00eb krijonte,ndon\u00ebse me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi e ritme t\u00eb ngadalshme,q\u00eb ishin karakteristike p\u00ebr vendet n\u00ebn sundimin osman,t\u00eb gjitha premisat,t\u00eb cilat \u00e7uan n\u00eb formimin e kombit shqiptar dhe n\u00eb lindjen e l\u00ebvizjes p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin dhe bashkimin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>E trajtuar si nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri objektive, nga realizimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs do t\u00eb varej suksesi i luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin nga sundimi osman e p\u00ebr ruajtjen e t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb territoriale t\u00eb atdheut,ideja e unitetit politik dhe luftarak t\u00eb popullit shqiptar u p\u00ebrpunua nga iluminist\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb shquar gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb Rilindjes,u vu n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj epoke dhe u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e platform\u00ebs politike t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare. Mendimet e para p\u00ebr bashkimin e gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve pa dallim feje a krahine u dhan\u00eb nga pionier\u00ebt e Rilindjes son\u00eb, Naum Veqilharxhi, Konstantin Kristoforidhi, Zef Jubani, Jeronim De Rada, Thimi Mitko,etj. Ato u pasuruan m\u00eb tej n\u00eb zjarrin e kryengritjeve popullore q\u00eb mbush\u00ebn epok\u00ebn e Rilindjes, e sidomos n\u00eb vitet e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit (1878-1881),u pasqyruan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe konsekuente n\u00eb nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb politike dhe artistike,n\u00eb dhjet\u00ebra memorandume e protesta q\u00eb iu d\u00ebrguan Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb Rilindjes deri n\u00eb Shpalljen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb e n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit shqiptar.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u00ebshtjen e bashkimit komb\u00ebtar rilind\u00ebsit e shtronin jo vet\u00ebm me pasionin e zjarrt\u00eb t\u00eb atdhetarit,por edhe si dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar. Konceptet e tyre p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar dhe p\u00ebr rolin e unitetit komb\u00ebtar,t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura n\u00eb argumente historike ,etnike, gjuh\u00ebsore, gjeografike dhe ekonomike,ishin t\u00eb drejta dhe i p\u00ebrgjigjeshin realitetit shqiptar,t\u00eb cilin ata e njihnin aq mir\u00eb. Evokimi i epok\u00ebs s\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut sh\u00ebrbente si shembull i shk\u00eblqyer i forcave q\u00eb u jepte shqiptar\u00ebve bashkimi p\u00ebrpara armiqve. Pashko Vasa shkruante m\u00eb 1879 se suksesi i q\u00ebndres\u00ebs,q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt u b\u00ebn\u00eb pushtuesve osman\u00eb n\u00eb shek.XV,i kishte rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb bashkimin e tyre rreth nj\u00eb ideje patriotike,&#8221;se pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb u lidh bashkimi shqiptar i kryesuar nga Sk\u00ebnderbeu&#8221;(P.W.:La veritesur l&#8217;Albanie et les Albanais.Paris,1879,fq.40-41.).Naim Frashri u p\u00ebrcillte shqiptar\u00ebve &#8220;amanetin&#8221;e Sk\u00ebnderbeut me vargjet &#8220;&#8230;po t\u00eb ini t\u00eb bashkuar, \/\u00ebsht\u00eb e b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria&#8221;.(N.H.Frash\u00ebri;Historia e Sk\u00ebnderbeut,Tiran\u00eb,1953,fq.341.).<\/p>\n<p>Si d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb unitetit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve rilind\u00ebsit p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shqipe,e cila p\u00ebrb\u00ebn tiparin m\u00eb thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb kombit,pik\u00ebn qendrore q\u00eb bashkonte gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt pa dallim krahine,feje e klase shoq\u00ebrore. Thimi Mitko i konsideronte shqiptar\u00ebt v\u00ebllez\u00ebr e t\u00eb bashkuar,sepse flisnin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gjuh\u00eb,gjuh\u00ebn e bukur shqipe,sepse kishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin atdhe ,Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Po k\u00ebt\u00eb ide mbronin Samiu dhe Rilind\u00ebsit e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb kur shkruanin se pa gjuh\u00eb shqipe nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebri,se nga ruajtja dhe l\u00ebvrimi i saj varet jo vet\u00ebm bashkimi i shqiptar\u00ebve,por edhe jeta shuarja e kombit shqiptar. Mbi gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shqipe,t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsonte si &#8220;prov\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe e m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb afrimit:,k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb hidhte themelet e bashkimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve edhe Jani Vreto(&#8220;Bashkimi&#8221;,Shkod\u00ebr,nr.6 e 6 shkurtit 1910).Gjuh\u00ebn shqipe,vendosjen e nj\u00eb alfabeti t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb,q\u00eb nisin me miratimin e alfabetit t\u00eb Stambollit m\u00eb 1879 e u krye me vendimet e Kongresit t\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb 1908-\u00ebs,l\u00ebvrimin e gjuh\u00ebs n\u00eb literatur\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e shkollave amtare,rilind\u00ebsit nuk i shikonin thjesht\u00eb si \u00e7\u00ebshtje kulturore,por edhe n\u00eb rrafshin politik,si mjet t\u00eb fuqishme propagandistike e veprime patriotike q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmonin p\u00ebr unitetin e kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrvoja e luft\u00ebs shekullore t\u00eb popullit shqiptar dhe ajo e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb rilindjes tregoi se uniteti komb\u00ebtar nuk mund t\u00eb arrihej pa nj\u00eb organizim t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb. Nevoja e organizimit u b\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e ngutshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe tep\u00ebr t\u00eb rrezikshme q\u00eb u krijuan p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me shp\u00ebrthimin e luft\u00ebs Ruso-Turke t\u00eb 1877-1878-\u00ebs dhe me n\u00ebnshkrimin e Traktatit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Stefanit dhe atij t\u00eb Berlinit m\u00eb 1878, t\u00eb cilat parashikonin cop\u00ebtimin e trojeve shqiptare midis monarkive ballkanike,synonin t\u00eb zhduknin nga harta e Ballkanit kombin shqiptar. N\u00eb k\u00ebto rrethana,kur ekzistonin edhe premisat e brendshme p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb uniteti politik e luftarak t\u00eb popullit shqiptar,me p\u00ebrpjekjet e atdhetar\u00ebve rilind\u00ebs, t\u00eb kryesuar nga Ymer Prizreni,Abdyl Frash\u00ebri,Sylejman Vokshi,Zija Prishtina,Pashko Vasa,etj.,u themelua,m\u00eb 10 qershor t\u00eb vitit 1878,Lidhja Shqiptare e Prizrenit. Lindi k\u00ebshtu ajo Organizat\u00eb Politike-Ushtarake mbar\u00ebshqiptare, e cila kreu detyr\u00ebn historike q\u00eb shtronte koha,krijoi nj\u00eb bashkim t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb popullit shqiptar,t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha forcave patriotike t\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe ruajtjen e t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb trojeve t\u00eb tyre. Bashkimi n\u00eb Lidhje i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ,geg\u00eb e tosk\u00eb,mysliman\u00eb e t\u00eb krishter\u00eb,p\u00ebrforcohej edhe me nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb organizative. Komiteti Qendror me n\u00eb krye Ymer Prizrenin,q\u00eb e kishte selin\u00eb n\u00eb Prizren,n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb rrjeti t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb deg\u00ebsh e komitetesh,t\u00eb krijuara n\u00eb qytetet e ndryshme t\u00eb vendit,mbante lidhje me t\u00eb gjitha viset e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb,bashk\u00ebrendonte veprimtarin\u00eb e popullit shqiptar drejt nj\u00eb q\u00ebllimi t\u00eb vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Kombi shqiptar, ashtu si edhe bashkimi e kompakt\u00ebsia me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn veproi n\u00eb vitet e Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit (1878-1881),nuk mund t\u00eb lindnin papritur e as t\u00eb krijoheshin artificialisht. Kjo shihej gjithashtu n\u00eb krismat e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb popullit kryengrit\u00ebs,i cili mbrohej me forca t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta kund\u00ebr sunduesve osman\u00eb dhe pushtuesve t\u00eb rijn\u00eb ballkanas. Lufta e forcave t\u00eb Lidhjes p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Plav\u00ebs,t\u00eb Gucis\u00eb,Hotit,Grud\u00ebs dhe Ulqinit,si edhe gjith\u00eb veprimtaria e saj diplomatike p\u00ebr paprekshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e kufijve t\u00eb Veriut e t\u00eb Jugut,q\u00eb zgjati 3 vjet t\u00eb t\u00ebra ( 1878-1881),u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ushtroi ndikimin e vet edhe bindja e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdorur bashkimin e trojeve shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb vilajet,si nj\u00eb shkall\u00ebz,si nj\u00eb faz\u00eb transitore,p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar m\u00eb pas n\u00eb shpalljen e tij si nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi shtet\u00ebrore autonome shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Pik\u00ebrisht pse \u00e7onte n\u00eb rrjedhime t\u00eb tilla,bashkimin e viseve shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb vilajet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm e gjejm\u00eb edhe n\u00eb mendimin politik e n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb praktike t\u00eb mendimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb till\u00eb me pik\u00ebpamje radikale,si Pashko Vasa,Abdyl Frash\u00ebri,Sami Frash\u00ebri,si edhe n\u00eb vet\u00eb aktet e Rilindjes. Abdyl Frash\u00ebri,q\u00eb njihet si luft\u00ebtar m\u00eb i vendosur p\u00ebr autonomin\u00eb ,madje edhe p\u00ebr shk\u00ebputjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga Perandoria Osmane,n\u00eb memorandumin q\u00eb i d\u00ebrgoi sulltanit,m\u00eb 13 tetor 1880,kur si\u00e7,shprehej si,&#8221;Flotat e Gjasht\u00eb Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha,si zhgaba shqyese,sulmuan nj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb vog\u00ebl si Ulqini&#8221;,u detyruan t\u00eb kufizohej me nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngutshme,t\u00eb domosdoshme dhe nga m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmet,si\u00e7, ishte &#8220;bashkimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb; n\u00eb nj\u00eb vilajet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm,me emrin &#8220;vilajeti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb;&#8221;.Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i l\u00ebvizjes komb\u00ebtare e vler\u00ebsonte k\u00ebt\u00eb si nj\u00eb nga mjetet q\u00eb do t&#8217;u priste rrug\u00ebn lakmive t\u00eb shteteve fqinje&#8221;,lakmi q\u00eb nxiteshin edhe nga &#8220;ndarja e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vilajetet&#8221;,ku,krahas shqiptar\u00ebve,q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre,kishte edhe pakica sllave e greke,si &#8220;nj\u00eb mas\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbronte e do t\u00eb siguronte t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kushtet e at\u00ebhershme tep\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare,Abdyli e quante aq kritike gjendjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe aq real rrezikun q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnonte t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e trojeve t\u00eb saj e vet\u00ebqenien e shqiptar\u00ebve si komb,sa q\u00eb u detyrua n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb memorandum t&#8217;u b\u00ebnte l\u00ebshime koncepteve t\u00eb veta radikale p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes shqiptare.&#8221;Le t\u00eb mos i jepet Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb asnj\u00eb privilegj ose form\u00eb administrative e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb,-i shkruante Abdyli sulltanit,-Le t\u00eb administrohet ajo sipas ligjeve,me t\u00eb cilat administrohen vilajetet e tjera perandorake. Megjithat\u00eb,n\u00eb kushtet e at\u00ebhershme,kur Porta e Lart\u00eb dhe Patrikana greke e Stambollit u mohonin shqiptar\u00ebve komb\u00ebsin\u00eb,vinin shenj\u00ebn e barazimit midis fes\u00eb dhe komb\u00ebsis\u00eb,duke i quajtur shqiptar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb-turq,katolik\u00ebt-latin\u00eb dhe ortodoks\u00ebt-grek\u00eb,besimet e ndryshme ushtronin ndikim negativ n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tilla,bashkimi komb\u00ebtar i popullit shqiptar dhe organizimi i tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb pavarur nuk mund t\u00eb arriheshin pa at\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb atdhetar\u00ebt rilind\u00ebs zhvilluan kund\u00ebr reaksionit klerikal kund\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb tri besimeve,e cila i dha Rilindjes Shqiptare nj\u00eb tipar t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb,e b\u00ebri t\u00eb dallohet nga l\u00ebvizjet komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shteteve fqinje. Ndryshe nga vendet e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit,ku borgjezia,p\u00ebr shkak se popullsia i p\u00ebrkiste t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit besim fetar,e p\u00ebrdori kish\u00ebn si arm\u00eb ideologjike n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin komb\u00ebtar dhe m\u00eb pas p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur lakmit\u00eb e saj pushtuese,n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kleri ishte nj\u00eb faktor negativ,si\u00e7 shprehej F.Noli,&#8221;nj\u00eb veg\u00ebl politike&#8221;n\u00eb duart e t\u00eb huajve,q\u00eb punonte p\u00ebr t&#8217;i p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb e p\u00ebr t&#8217;i asimiluar shqiptar\u00ebt,dhe frenonte k\u00ebshtu bashkimin e tyre komb\u00ebtar. Ishte merit\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e rilind\u00ebsve,q\u00eb e vler\u00ebsuan drejt k\u00ebt\u00eb rol reaksionar t\u00eb klerit,q\u00eb kuptuan se p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur bashkimin e shqiptar\u00ebve aq t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e tyre komb\u00ebtar,duhet t\u00eb kap\u00ebrceheshin ndasit\u00eb fetare dhe t\u00eb shk\u00ebputeshin masat nga ndikimi p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00ebs i klerik\u00ebve t\u00eb t\u00eb tri besimeve. Te bashkimi pa dallim feje dhe krahine,ata shihnin baz\u00ebn e vetme t\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb luft\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb zhvillohej nga pozitat e ateizmit,sepse pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e rilind\u00ebsve ishin vet\u00eb besimtar\u00eb dhe n\u00eb kushtet e prapambetjes ekonomike e kulturore t\u00eb vendit,kur feja kishte l\u00ebshuar rr\u00ebnj\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e njer\u00ebzve ,populli yn\u00eb,sikurse theksonin me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb atdhetar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar,nuk kishte arritur deri n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb sa t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitej feja dhe t&#8217;i shporrte prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb e hoxhallar\u00ebt jasht\u00eb vendit(&#8220;Shqip\u00ebria&#8221;,Magaga(Egjipt),nr4-5 maj 1907,p\u00ebr ortodoks\u00ebt).Megjithat\u00eb,me q\u00ebndres\u00ebn kund\u00ebr reaksionit klerikal,iluminist\u00ebt e vendos\u00ebn Rilindjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb platform\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar,n\u00eb parimin e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb,t\u00eb shqiptaris\u00eb si feja e shqiptarit&#8221;, q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkon nj\u00eb literatur\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb politike dhe artistike t\u00eb Rilindje son\u00eb,ishte afetare,nj\u00eb nocion politik q\u00eb synonte bashkimin e shqiptar\u00ebve pavar\u00ebsisht nga p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia e tyre fetare.(St.Pollo;Mbi disa tipare dalluese themelore t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare,n\u00eb Studime Historike,Tiran\u00eb,1970,nr.3,fq.121.).<\/p>\n<p>Ideologjis\u00eb reaksionare t\u00eb pan-islamizmit,pan-ortodosizmit,etj,.q\u00eb kishte gjetur mb\u00ebshtetje edhe n\u00eb disa qarqe \u00e7ifligare e borgjeze turkomane e grekoman\u00eb dhe q\u00eb identifikonte fen\u00eb me komb\u00ebsin\u00eb,rilind\u00ebsit u kund\u00ebrvun\u00eb racionalizmit t\u00eb tyre,konceptin mbi kombin shqiptar si nj\u00eb kategori e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb,q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb dhe i pandar\u00eb,megjith\u00ebse u takonte tri besimeve fetare. &#8220;Shqiptari \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptar para se t\u00eb jet\u00eb mysliman e i krishter\u00eb&#8221;(S.Frash\u00ebri;Shqip\u00ebria&#8230;,fq.39.)- shkruante Sami Frash\u00ebri. Mendimtar\u00ebt rilind\u00ebs i mbaheshin pik\u00ebpamjes se komb\u00ebsia dhe feja nuk jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb,se ato p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb dy kategori t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore dhe nuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Ata luftuan kund\u00ebr propagand\u00ebs halifatiste t\u00eb sulltan\u00ebve osman\u00eb dhe asaj panheleniste t\u00eb Patrikan\u00ebs greke,q\u00eb ngrinin &#8220;besimin fetar n\u00eb parim komb\u00ebsie dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonin rac\u00ebn ( kupto komb\u00ebsin\u00eb) me dogm\u00eb,ritin me atdhe,q\u00eb ishte krejt e pa pranueshme&#8221;.Nuk jan\u00eb as myslimanizmi,as krishterimi,-arsyetonin rilind\u00ebsit,-ata q\u00eb formojn\u00eb popujt, kombet,por gjuha,doket,zakonet e karakteristikat e tjera q\u00eb i dallojn\u00eb komb\u00ebsit\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra-tjetra.(P.Wasa,vep. e p\u00ebrmendur, fq.56.Shih edhe ;&#8221;I foni tes Alvanias&#8221;,13 tetor 1879 dhe 19 janar 1880).Pas propagand\u00ebs panheleniste q\u00eb identifikonte krishterimin me helenizmin dhe i quante grek\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt ortodoks\u00eb,sepse kishin besim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me ta,rilind\u00ebsit shihnin rivendikimet e qarqeve t\u00eb caktuara politike ndaj popullsis\u00eb shqiptare dhe trojeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto ishin pik\u00ebpamje p\u00ebrparimtare dhe mbeten gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta,sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si d\u00ebshmi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar si koncepte antishqiptare t\u00eb atyre &#8220;studiuesve&#8221; t\u00eb huaj,t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndarjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb tri fe e interpretonin si ndarje &#8220;n\u00eb tri grupe&#8221;,p\u00ebr \u00e7do nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga t\u00eb cilat feja na paska qen\u00eb&#8221;nj\u00eb flamur komb\u00ebtar&#8221;,ashtu edhe shtremb\u00ebrimet q\u00eb propaganda,duke ringjallur konceptet mesjetare halifatiste dhe patriarkiste,i b\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona gjendjes s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb rilind\u00ebsve u kushtohet ai bashkim politik i popullit shqiptar,pa dallim feja e krahine,q\u00eb u realizua n\u00eb vitet e Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit ( 1878-1881)dhe u ruajt gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb Rilindjes. Vendimet e Lidhjes dhe gjith\u00eb veprimtaria e saj,vinte n\u00eb dukje Sami Frash\u00ebri m\u00eb 1878,&#8221;ishin frym\u00ebzuar nga patriotizmi,atdhedashuria&#8230;dhe mb\u00ebshteteshin n\u00eb parimin e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe jo n\u00eb fanatizmin fetar&#8221;. Ky bashkim i shqiptar\u00ebve i t\u00eb tri besimeve ishte rr\u00ebnjosur thell\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e kombit shqiptar,ishte nj\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e pohuar edhe n\u00eb dokumentacionin e huaj bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs. N\u00eb relacionet q\u00eb funksionar\u00ebt e administrat\u00ebs osmane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri i d\u00ebrgonin Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb prandaj se midis mysliman\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb,q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shumic\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve ekzistonte nj\u00eb bashkim me tradita t\u00eb lashta e q\u00eb i ka q\u00ebndruar koh\u00ebs,se ky unitet do t \u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. N\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet dhe veprimtarin\u00eb e tyre,lufta kund\u00ebr ndasive fetare,t\u00eb mbjella nga kleri,zinte nj\u00eb vend po aq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm sa edhe q\u00ebndresa kund\u00ebr sunduesve osmane dhe armiqve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm. Klerin ata e shihnin si nj\u00eb armik po aq t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm sa edhe Perandorin\u00eb Osmane.(&#8220;Kombi&#8221;,Boston,nr.58,25 tetor 1907).<br \/>\nLufta e gjithanshme e rilind\u00ebsve p\u00ebr demaskimin e reaksionit klerikal ishte nj\u00eb faktor i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm politik n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen komb\u00ebtare,q\u00eb dha frytet e tij p\u00ebr forcimin e unitetin t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. Ndon\u00ebse i shkaktuan pengesa L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare,sunduesit osman\u00eb dhe fuqit\u00eb e tjera t\u00eb huaja,p\u00ebrball\u00eb forc\u00ebs s\u00eb bashkimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve,nuk arrit\u00ebn t&#8217;i p\u00ebr\u00e7ajn\u00eb e t&#8217;i hedhin ata n\u00eb luft\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.
