Fakti q\u00eb opozita propozoi zyrtarisht, biles dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e projektligjit, heqjen e imunitetit dhe po shkonte drejt gjetjes s\u00eb rrug\u00ebve p\u00ebr miratimin e nj\u00eb pakete m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duket se e vuri n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi Berish\u00ebn pasi po e fuste debatin n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e padobishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e plot\u00ebsimit t\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr marrjen e ftes\u00ebs nga Bashkimi Evropian. Problemi real q\u00eb ka Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk i plot\u00ebson dot kushtet e veta, ato q\u00eb nuk varen nga opozita, dhe zhvillimi i debatit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim e vinte n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi serioze.<\/p>\n<p>Dor\u00ebzimi i tij n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn parlamentare p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos pranuar nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje thelb\u00ebsore n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs dhe ekzekutivit dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur autoritetin e pushtetit gjyq\u00ebsor, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, e cila synon t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb tem\u00ebn e debatit nga plot\u00ebsimi i kushteve t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, tek debati q\u00eb tenton ta l\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi tek opozita.<\/p>\n<p>Shpikja e tij p\u00ebr referendum \u00ebsht\u00eb qartazi nj\u00eb bllof, t\u00eb cilit opozita b\u00ebri mir\u00eb q\u00eb iu p\u00ebrgjigj pozitivisht p\u00ebr t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb kallajin deri n\u00eb fund. \u00cbsht\u00eb bllof pasi sipas vet\u00eb precedentit q\u00eb Berisha krijoi me referendumin p\u00ebr importin e plehrave, ai mund t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb vitin 2015, pra at\u00ebher\u00eb kur Berisha do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb ose i ikur gj\u00ebkundi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb bllof pasi nga parlamenti shkohet n\u00eb referendum p\u00ebr ndryshime kushtetuese p\u00ebr amendamente t\u00eb miratuara dhe jo p\u00ebr projektamendamente, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb bllof dhe qesharak pasi n\u00eb referendum qeveria nuk mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projektligj t\u00eb propozuar nga opozita, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt jan\u00eb dakord, pasi do t\u00eb dilte referendumi 99 p\u00ebr qind.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb bllof pasi nuk p\u00ebrputhet mbi t\u00eb gjitha me prioritetet q\u00eb Berisha i dha dat\u00ebs 6 gusht deri dje. Si ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb deri dje data 6 gusht ndante koh\u00ebn n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb dhe sot jo m\u00eb 6 gushti i 2012-\u00ebs, por as i 2015-\u00ebs nuk qenka von\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb bllof edhe p\u00ebr faktin se Berisha i ka tmerr referendumet dhe kur i b\u00ebn vet\u00eb. Me referendum ka nisur rr\u00ebnimi i tij politik dhe kalimi nga nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i nj\u00eb force demokratike n\u00eb nj\u00eb bajraktar q\u00eb vuri dor\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje, futi vendin n\u00eb luft\u00eb dhe sot vazhdon t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jasht\u00eb dyerve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij politike kund\u00ebr zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira dhe shtetit ligjor me pushtete t\u00eb ndara.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj nuk pritet t\u00eb ndodh ndonj\u00eb \u00e7udi e madhe. Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb humbas\u00eb s\u00ebrish shansin t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian dhe kjo ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb af\u00ebrt, revanshin e Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje duke llogaritur q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri i d\u00ebshiruar n\u00eb Bruksel.<\/p>\n<p>Bllofi i tij p\u00ebr referendumin \u00ebsht\u00eb plani real q\u00eb Berisha ka pasur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb alibi p\u00ebr humbjen e shansit evropian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. 12 kushtet q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb Berisha jan\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebnim p\u00ebr karrier\u00ebn e tij politike dhe q\u00ebndrimin n\u00eb pushtet. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Ideja se ai do ndjehet i leht\u00ebsuar nga alibia q\u00eb shpik vet\u00eb, nuk g\u00ebnjen ask\u00ebnd.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshtit e deri tek politikan\u00ebt, jan\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh. Sali Berisha k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb hajdut i pad\u00ebnuar dhe vras\u00ebs i paprangosur. Nuk ia gjejm\u00eb dot.
