Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoj gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, pasi p\u00ebr ata kjo dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb historike. Kjo dit\u00eb erdhi pasi Komisioni Europian dha nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim shum\u00eb pozitiv p\u00ebr progresin n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e kushteve t\u00eb v\u00ebna. Sot Parlamenti Evropian njohu me vot\u00ebn e tij pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet: Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb gati p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave. Shpresoj q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00ebsim do ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe ministrat e Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. D\u00ebshiroj t\u2019u jap qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar: ata do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb pa viza n\u00eb vendet e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs Schengen para mbarimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb para Krishtlindjeve katolike.<\/p>\n<p><em>A ka mbaruar puna zonja Fajon? Sot n\u00eb Strasburg u fol edhe p\u00ebr monitorim t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb lidhur me p\u00ebrmbushjen e kushteve t\u00eb KE-s\u00eb?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dua t\u00eb theksoj se puna nuk ka mbaruar. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb sot gati teknikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur liberalizimin e vizave, por monitorimi do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb, KE-ja do t\u00eb shikoj\u00eb me kujdes se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh n\u00eb terren, n\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria zbaton n\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha standardet e k\u00ebrkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur l\u00ebvizjen e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj pa viza n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Schengen. N\u00ebse standardet e k\u00ebrkuara nuk realizohen n\u00eb praktik\u00eb, ka t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb q\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb t\u2019ia mbyllin p\u00ebrs\u00ebri der\u00ebn l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb lir\u00eb, pa viza p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Por uroj q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb mos ndodh\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb mendoj q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i duhet q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e l\u00ebvizjes pa viza. Autoritetet dhe t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshira kan\u00eb punuar shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur tek votimi i sot\u00ebm i Parlamentit Evropian. Shqip\u00ebria ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb shum\u00eb e izoluar dhe prandaj qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj duhet t\u2019u jepet mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebtuar lirisht.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb Parlamentin Europian pati edhe vota kund\u00ebr liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00ebn. A mendoni se deri n\u00eb n\u00ebntor, kur t\u00eb b\u00ebhet mbledhja e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb marrin vendimin p\u00ebrfundimtar, q\u00ebndrimi i tyre do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mir\u00eb?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb them vet\u00ebm q\u00eb pres q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb  t\u00eb ndjekin vot\u00ebn e sotme t\u00eb PE-s\u00eb dhe t\u2019i japin nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje shum\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb n\u00ebntorit, liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00ebn. Mendoj q\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja vendet e meritojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb gjat\u00eb t\u00eb izolimit. Shqip\u00ebria i ka plot\u00ebsuar t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebrkesat dhe nuk ka vend p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesa shtes\u00eb. Shpresoj q\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare do t\u00eb njohin k\u00ebt\u00eb progres ashtu si e njohu sot Parlamenti Evropian.<\/p>\n<p><em>Kur kjo t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, znj. Fajon, i vetmi vend q\u00eb i ndahet rajonit lidhur me l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova. A mendoni se KE-ja do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji edhe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb thosha q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e rrezikshme q\u00eb Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e procesit t\u00eb liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave. Duhet gjetur sa m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur nj\u00eb zgjidhje, q\u00eb edhe Kosova t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Tani q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria dhe Bosnje-Hercegovina do t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen pa viza, Kosova rrezikon t\u00eb mbetet shum\u00eb e izoluar. Jo vet\u00ebm kaq, por qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb tensionuar dhe t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur. Prandaj KE-ja duhet sa m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u2019u d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh t\u00eb qart\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb projektoj\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave edhe p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb edhe ata t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin q\u00ebllim. <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>\n<strong>Vizat, hapi i fundit votimi i ministrave t\u00eb BE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Votimi i djesh\u00ebm n\u00eb Parlamentin Europian \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fakt hapi i parafundit p\u00ebrpara se qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin pa viza n\u00eb vendet e Bashkimit Europian. Etapa e fundit e k\u00ebtij procesi, t\u00eb nisur dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian. Ministrat e Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Unionit do t\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb datat 8-9 n\u00ebntor, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb tjera do t\u00eb votojn\u00eb edhe propozimin e Komisionit Europian p\u00ebr heqjen e regjimit t\u00eb vizave me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00ebn. <\/p>\n<p>Nga momenti i votimit t\u00eb ministrave t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm, procedura e BE-s\u00eb parashikon q\u00eb vendimi hyn n\u00eb fuqi pas 21 dit\u00ebsh. Brenda k\u00ebsaj periudhe 3-javore, sektori p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr dokumentacionin boton n\u00eb Fletoren Zyrtare t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian vendimin e ministrave t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm. Nga ky moment, \u00e7do qytetar mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e BE-s\u00eb, me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kusht p\u00ebr t\u2019u plot\u00ebsuar, pajisjen me nj\u00eb pasaport\u00eb biometrike. <\/p>\n<p>Sipas nj\u00eb llogarie t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, me marrjen e vendimit nga ministrat e Brendsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e para t\u00eb muajit dhjetor, qytetar\u00ebt e dy vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit mund t\u00eb kalojn\u00eb kufirin. Sipas marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb liberalizimit t\u00eb vizave, nj\u00eb qytetar mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e Unionit p\u00ebr 90 dit\u00eb brenda 180 dit\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb punoj\u00eb apo t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb studimet. <\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;<br \/>\n<strong>Haxhinasto: Ngjarje e sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Edmond Haxhinasto, fal\u00ebnderoi dje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb partner\u00ebt europian\u00eb p\u00ebr vendimin e marr\u00eb nga PE-ja p\u00ebr liberalizimin e vizave me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. \u201cShpreh fal\u00ebnderimet m\u00eb t\u00eb thella p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha institucionet e Bashkimit Evropian. Vota e sotme e merituar do t\u00eb pasohet nga miratimi i ministrave t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, s\u00eb shpejti.
