Kuvendi i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb themelues i SHIK-ut. Kuvendi nuk ka mandat dhe nuk do duhej ta hetonte nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb joformale, e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar nga Kuvendi dhe veprimtaria e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar me ligje dhe me akte t\u00eb tjera, karshi t\u00eb cilave at\u00eb do ta hetonte nj\u00eb komision parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>. Po ashtu, nj\u00eb hetim parlamentar mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb vet\u00ebm efekte poltike e jo juridike. Af\u00ebrsia dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia politike e SHIK-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht e qart\u00eb dhe nuk ka se \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb hetohet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3<\/strong>. LDK-ja shpreh mb\u00ebshtetjen e saj t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr institucionet e pavaruara dhe k\u00ebrkon nga ato q\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me detyrimet dhe kompetencat kushtetuese, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbardhur veprimtarin\u00eb e SHIK-ut pas luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
