Ndon\u00ebse popullsit\u00eb e Ballkanit, kristian\u00eb apo mysliman\u00eb jan\u00eb relativisht dakord dhe mir\u00ebpresin an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian, ato ndahen kur vjen puna n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera disi m\u00eb intime dhe q\u00eb lidhen me ndjeshm\u00ebri historike. Sa i p\u00ebrket shqiptar\u00ebve si nj\u00eb popull q\u00eb mban gjall\u00eb t\u00eb dy besimet kryesore me ndarjet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse ka disa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna interesante.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjes se \u201ccili \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb zgjidhnit t\u00eb jetonit pas Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, nj\u00eb shqiptar mysliman i p\u00ebrgjigjet ndryshe nga nj\u00eb shqiptar kristian. 32% e t\u00eb anketuarve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin besimit mysliman p\u00ebrgjigjen se do t\u00eb zgjidhnin Turqin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kristian\u00ebt preferojn\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe. Megjith\u00ebse statistika n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnhr\u00eb absolute grupet fetare ajo s\u00ebrish mund\u00ebson leximin e nj\u00eb prirjeje apo inercie historike. Interesante \u00ebsht\u00eb se ndarja preferenciale Turqi-Britani, v\u00ebshtruar si parafrazim i ndarjes Lindje-Per\u00ebndim, e p\u00ebrfshin Britanin\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e privilegjuar t\u00eb zgjedhjes p\u00ebr kristian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. Kjo t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb sondazhit t\u00eb kryer. K\u00ebshtu p\u00ebrzgjedhja p\u00ebr vendin e preferuar t\u00eb huaj krijon ndarje respektive sipas grupimit fetar nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c78.5 % e mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrim pozitiv p\u00ebr Turqin\u00eb. N\u00eb krahasim me k\u00ebt\u00eb Britania e Madhe me 82% dhe ShBA-t\u00eb me 80.9% jan\u00eb vendet e para p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kristian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb preferenc\u00eb\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb v\u00ebzhgimin e kryer. Edhe m\u00eb ngacmues \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritja e statistik\u00ebs sipas p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb fetare kur vjen puna n\u00eb perceptimin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Turqi. I njohur si nj\u00eb vend ndaj t\u00eb cilit k\u00ebrkohet ende shum\u00eb sidomos n\u00eb aspektin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, gjykimi mbi funksionimin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb fakt zbulon parametra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm vler\u00ebsimi n\u00eb persona t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse vler\u00ebsimet pozitive p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb turke, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr autor\u00ebsi shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb myslimane, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo e dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund t\u00eb shpjegoj\u00eb relativisht mir\u00eb stabilizimin e tranzicionit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Sikurse vihet re gjykime kaq t\u00eb ndryshme nga i nj\u00ebjti popull p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb huaj, krijon iden\u00eb e kufijve t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm kulturor\u00eb dhe sociologjik\u00eb, hierarkia e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb finale jep produktin e vet edhe n\u00eb zgjedhjen q\u00eb ne b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb qeverisjen ton\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu n\u00ebse risillet nj\u00eb shif\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr \u201c71-80 % e t\u00eb anketuarve mes shqiptar\u00ebve mysliman\u00eb besojn\u00eb se demokracia n\u00eb Turqi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb mira\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar me t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr se \u201ckristian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb perceptime t\u00eb ndryshme; 48-64 % e tyre e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb pozitivisht demokracin\u00eb turke\u201d. \u00c7far\u00eb rezulton nga k\u00ebto pak t\u00eb dh\u00ebna \u00ebsht\u00eb se raportet mes dy popujve vijn\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrkufizimeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme q\u00eb zakonisht jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e deklaratave politike, por posht\u00eb tyre gjallojn\u00eb ende ndryshime thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb rastin konkret nj\u00eb shqiptar mysliman e dallojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb shqiptar kristian, pavar\u00ebsisht t\u00eb qenit n\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi etnike.<\/p>\n<p><em>Harta e minoriteteve n\u00eb Ballkan<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb 6 shtete. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb mungojn\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E gjith\u00eb problematika e ngritur n\u00eb sondazhin e qendr\u00ebs turke, B\u0130LGESAM rihap debatin p\u00ebr censusin e vitit 2011 n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. P\u00ebrgjigjet e tij p\u00ebr fen\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsin\u00eb etnike sipas INSTAT-it po p\u00ebrpunohet ende nga nj\u00eb \u201cskaner modern\u201d, por q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt po riprodhon si paradh\u00ebnie nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb zgjedhor. Gjithsesi t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat zyrtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mbeten t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pasi mbi to edhe vendet e tjera nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb politika dhe qasje t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb seminar t\u00eb realizuar nga kjo qend\u00ebr n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 24 korrik 2012, rezulton se shqiptar\u00ebt si minoritete gjenden n\u00eb 6 shtete ballkanike. Sa i p\u00ebrket Maqedonis\u00eb numri i tyre jepet n\u00eb 25%, edhe pse censusi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend u shty. Po k\u00ebshtu shqiptar\u00eb ka n\u00eb Kroaci dhe Bosnje, sikurse theksohet me forc\u00eb prania e tyre n\u00eb Greqi. Madje k\u00ebtu qendra turke ofron nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb t\u00eb shtres\u00ebzimit t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs shqiptare duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, arvanit\u00ebt dhe shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb hart\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse jepen n\u00eb legjend\u00eb udh\u00ebzuese t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk jepet asnj\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb; ndon\u00ebse edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet fare t\u00eb ri si Kosova statistikat nuk mungojn\u00eb. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se vihet re fakti se theksimi apo minimizimi i problematik\u00ebs s\u00eb minoritetit shqiptar vjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb drejt\u00eb me interesat turke. Ta z\u00ebm\u00eb e dh\u00ebna zyrtare prej 25% n\u00eb Maqedoni \u00ebsht\u00eb e paq\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebrderisa regjistrimi i ri pritet dhe aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur vet\u00eb Turqia pretendon shum\u00eb\u00e7ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. P\u00ebr analogji, ky vler\u00ebsim do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb pranonte si t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm edhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e regjistrimit m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, atij t\u00eb vitit 1989.<\/p>\n<p><em>Deklarata n\u00eb prill 2012<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Berisha: Me turqit lidhje gjaku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMe turqit kemi lidhje gjaku\u201d-k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb shprehej n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Turqi n\u00eb prill 2012, kryeministri Sali Berisha. Gjithsesi vet\u00eb turqit dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre nuk duket se investojn\u00eb 100% t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb historike, p\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me metodat e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin sociologjik aplikojn\u00eb studime n\u00eb vijim\u00ebsi. Nj\u00eb element i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i hedhur nga kryeministri shqiptar n\u00eb Ankara ishte edhe se \u201cjan\u00eb mbi 6 milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Turqi, ka me miliona martesa, \u00ebsht\u00eb bot\u00ebrisht i njohur pasioni i turqve p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb gra shqiptare. \u00c7far\u00eb t\u00eb themi ne q\u00eb k\u00ebta s\u2019kan\u00eb gjak shqiptar, se kan\u00eb gjak t\u00eb p\u00ebrzier\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb at\u00eb shtet ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb se n\u00eb Ballkan, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti\u201d. N\u00eb fakt edhe pse n\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb duket nj\u00eb konstatim objektiv dhe q\u00eb bazohet mbi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, n\u00eb planin politik pohimi i Berish\u00ebs i b\u00ebn jehon\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimi t\u00eb preferuar t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm turk, Ahmet Davutoglu q\u00eb njihet si ideator i neo-otomanizmit.
