Sidoqoft\u00eb, kur p\u00ebrdoren s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb nj\u00eb orkest\u00ebr, ato ndjekin nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb harmonizuar melodike e ritmike, p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb muzik\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se orkestra p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr veglash t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit lloj, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u2019i sinkronizosh ato, por muzika q\u00eb prodhohet \u00ebsht\u00eb monotone. Nd\u00ebrsa, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se veglat e ndryshme t\u00eb orkestr\u00ebs ndjekin secila nj\u00eb vij\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme melodike e ritmike (p\u00ebr qejfin e vet), produkti \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb kakofoni.<\/p>\n<p>Po ti p\u00ebrdorim dy skenar\u00ebt e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm si metafora p\u00ebr dy partit\u00eb kryesore shqiptare, mund t\u00eb thuhet se ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, PD-ja, ngjan me nj\u00eb orkest\u00ebr me shum\u00eb trumpeta, t\u00eb cilat ndjekin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vij\u00eb melodike e ritmike, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar nga kryetrumpeta Berisha. Por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet me siguri \u2013 nj\u00eb parti e madhe nuk mund t\u00eb futet n\u00eb nj\u00eb vit elektoral me kaq kakofoni t\u00eb mbartur nga e kaluara. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kur p\u00ebrball\u00eb ka nj\u00eb formacion tejet t\u00eb disiplinuar dhe me mjetet mediatike n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr ta amplifikuar mesazhin e vet t\u00eb disiplinuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb parti e sukseshme n\u00eb gara zgjedhore, kudo ku ato zhvillohen, shquhet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb harmonizim t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebrave publik\u00eb t\u00eb saj dhe t\u00eb aleat\u00ebve t\u00eb vet, n\u00ebse ka. Dhe merita p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb i takon, s\u00eb pari, specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb mardh\u00ebnieve me publikun, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrgatisin strategjin\u00eb e fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore. M\u00eb tej, merita i takon udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit t\u00eb partis\u00eb, i cili, p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer tek metafora e orkestr\u00ebs, luan rolin e dirigjentit n\u00eb harmonizimin e z\u00ebrave publik\u00eb t\u00eb partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deri m\u00eb sot, PS-ja duket se ende nuk ka nj\u00eb partitur\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore q\u00eb, praktikisht, do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb n\u00eb shtator. Dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, duket se ka nj\u00eb dirigjent q\u00eb s\u2019e ka marr\u00eb seriozisht drejtimin e orkestr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb n\u00eb koncertin m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb vet.
