I kompleksuar nga humbja e \u00e7do gare reale n\u00eb jet\u00eb, Sali Berisha ka devijuar qysh prej vitit 1994, kur p\u00ebsoi nj\u00eb disfat\u00eb publike politike, nga nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb konkurron n\u00eb politik\u00eb me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb garon me vetveten. Thelbi i shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 1996 ishte pik\u00ebrisht heqja nga gara e gjith\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik\u00eb. Kreun e opozit\u00ebs, Fatos Nano, e kishte arrestuar dhe e mbante n\u00eb burg, nd\u00ebrsa gjith\u00eb kryesin\u00eb dhe drejtuesit kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs i eliminoi nga gara me ligj. E nj\u00ebjta sindrom\u00eb e \u00e7oi n\u00eb vitin 1997 vendin drejt luft\u00ebs civile dhe e \u00e7oi at\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mandatin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb tij u p\u00ebrball me d\u00ebshtime t\u00eb forta si n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, n\u00eb kapjen e shtetit dhe n\u00eb kontrollin mbi gjith\u00eb pushtetet e tjera n\u00eb vend, duke e kthyer at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb dikton dhe nuk konkurron.<\/p>\n<p>Ai mbyll syt\u00eb para d\u00ebshtimeve ekonomike dhe \u00ebnd\u00ebrron se jemi vendi i dyt\u00eb pas Gjermanis\u00eb, mbyll syt\u00eb para kapjes s\u00eb shtetit nga Familja e tij dhe \u00ebnd\u00ebrron nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar pa imunitet p\u00ebr ta mbajtur n\u00ebn terror, dhe s\u00eb fundmi kur mendon se gjith\u00eb pushtetet jan\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb tij, e kap makthi nga ideja se populli mund t\u2019ia jap\u00eb pushtetin opozit\u00ebs dhe shpall paraprakisht fitoret e ardhshme.<\/p>\n<p>Sindromi i gar\u00ebs me vetveten dhe rekordet e p\u00ebrvitshme, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 degradimit psikik t\u00eb tij, tregojn\u00eb se ai tashm\u00eb nuk ka besim jo m\u00eb t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb, por as ta shikojn\u00eb n\u00eb gar\u00eb. N\u00eb mendjen e tij t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rr\u00ebgjuar nga pesha e krimeve dhe maktheve, ai mendon se ne e duam t\u00eb vdekur dhe ai do t\u00eb na tregoj\u00eb se n\u00eb rrug\u00eb nuk e vrasim dot se ka antiplumb dhe nga sh\u00ebndeti i tij i keq t\u00eb mos shpresojm\u00eb kot se ai rri dy or\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00eb.
