Varianti dominant, i artikuluar nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nga Xhavit Shala, Piro Misha apo dhe komentator\u00eb t\u00eb huaj si Miranda Vickers dhe mb\u00ebshtetur dhe nga kreu i KMSH-s\u00eb, Selim Mu\u00e7a, \u00ebsht\u00eb reflektuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar ngjarjet e fundit n\u00eb KMSH dhe nga gazetari Alfred Lela ( Mapo 18\/09\/2010).<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebtij varianti, kriza n\u00eb KMSH vjen nga p\u00ebrplasja midis mysliman\u00ebve t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr si Selim Mu\u00e7a, tradicionalist\u00eb dhe tolerant\u00eb, nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb kan\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb vendet e Lindjes s\u00eb Mesme n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb importuar &#8216;wahabizmin&#8217;, jan\u00eb intolerant\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrezik komb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb form\u00eb faktike, pretendohet, kjo p\u00ebrplasje vihet re n\u00eb dallimin midis Xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs dhe asaj t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kavaj\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Teksa ky variant interpretativ \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur nga Lela p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpjeguar \u00e7&#8217;po ndodh n\u00eb KMSH, ngjarjet e fundit treguan m\u00eb s\u00eb qarti se pse dikotomia &#8216;te rinjt\u00eb&#8217; kundra &#8216;t\u00eb vjet\u00ebrve,&#8217; &#8216;ekstremist\u00eb&#8217; kundra &#8216;tolerant\u00ebve&#8217; \u00ebsht\u00eb i pasakt\u00eb dhe nuk ofron shpjegim mbi kriz\u00ebn e disa dekadave n\u00eb KMSH.<br \/>\nKreu i KMSH-s\u00eb, Mu\u00e7a, e p\u00ebrdori dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb retorik\u00ebn kundra &#8216;ekstremist\u00ebve&#8217; adresuar kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb vet, por ironia ishte se e p\u00ebrdorte kundra atyre q\u00eb gjer dje e kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur kur ka sulmuar &#8216;ekstremizmin&#8217; dhe e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb duke pasur n\u00eb krah dhe i mb\u00ebshtetur nga ata q\u00eb gjer dje ka akuzuar p\u00ebr &#8216;ekstremiz\u00ebm.&#8217; <\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb kush jan\u00eb &#8216;ekstremist\u00ebt?&#8217; P\u00ebrgjigja e bazuar mbi v\u00ebzhgimin n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjeve n\u00eb KMSH \u00ebsht\u00eb se ekstremist\u00ebt jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb dalin kundra Mu\u00e7\u00ebs dhe kush del n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb &#8216;ekstremist.&#8217; Rrjedhimisht, teksa Mu\u00e7a ngrinte akuzat e radh\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekstremiz\u00ebm, n\u00eb krah p\u00ebr ta mb\u00ebshtetur gjendej dhe imami i xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kavaj\u00ebs, xhami t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Lela e identifikon si krahun kund\u00ebrshtar t\u00eb Mu\u00e7\u00ebs tolerant.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb sjellim nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shembull dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs. Para pak muajsh, me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat akuza, Mu\u00e7a shkarkoi ish Myftiun e Shkodr\u00ebs, Ndri\u00e7im Sulejmanin, nj\u00eb mysliman i ri, me mjek\u00ebr q\u00eb kish studiuar n\u00eb Lindjen e Mesme, pra q\u00eb plot\u00ebson profilin e &#8216;wahabistit&#8217; si\u00e7 propozohet nga Lela e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Por Sulejmani \u00ebsht\u00eb diplomuar n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn Ebu Nur n\u00eb Siri q\u00eb njihet p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr anti-vehabi. Ky model interpretativ, gjithashtu, nuk arrin t\u00eb sqaroj as flakjen jasht\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb KMSH &#8211; s\u00eb t\u00eb personaliteteve si Qeramudin Durdia apo studiuesi Ali M. Basha, medresist\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe nga rithemeluesit e par\u00eb t\u00eb KMSH. <\/p>\n<p>Problemet e KMSH-s\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb, si\u00e7 pretendohet, rezultat i dallimeve ideologjike t\u00eb brezave. Ato jan\u00eb produkt i korrupsionit ekonomik t\u00eb strukturave t\u00eb KMSH &#8211; s\u00eb, politik\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore ndaj fes\u00eb, dhe kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve mysliman\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ish krye myftiu i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Bledar Myftari, ish n\u00ebn kryetari i KMSH-s\u00eb, Rusheku, ish myftiu i Shkodr\u00ebs, Sulejmani e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, jan\u00eb shkarkuar jo p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje debatesh ideologjike, por pasi kan\u00eb ngritur z\u00ebrin kundra korrupsionit n\u00eb shitjen dhe manaxhmin e pronave t\u00eb KMSH-s\u00eb. Teksa k\u00ebta, si\u00e7 dihet m\u00eb s\u00eb miri nga monitoruesit e Islamit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Islamit tradicional, hanefi, shqiptar, ata jan\u00eb akuzuar vet\u00ebm se nuk pranuan t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb pazaret e shitjeve korruptive t\u00eb shefave t\u00eb tyre. Ankesat e imam\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebshillave t\u00eb xhamive, pavar\u00ebsisht ku k\u00ebta hoxhallar\u00eb kan\u00eb studiuar, jan\u00eb mbi t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb lidhura me korrupsionin ekonomik t\u00eb KMSH-s\u00eb, korrupsion q\u00eb shteron resurset dhe potencialet e gjith\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve mysliman\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Lela ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb kur thot\u00eb se shteti, duke gjykuar se besimtar\u00ebt e rinj &#8220;p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrezik komb\u00ebtar&#8221; ka mb\u00ebshtetur Mu\u00e7\u00ebn. Kjo u duk dhe n\u00eb ngjarjet e fundit ku pavar\u00ebsisht se as Mu\u00e7a e as ata q\u00eb u munduan ta rr\u00ebzojn\u00eb nuk kishin baz\u00eb statutore p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkarkuar nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, shteti \u00e7oi policin\u00eb n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb Mu\u00e7\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, gjykatat e shtetit kan\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar me nxitim padit\u00eb e sjella nga besimtar\u00eb mysliman\u00eb rreth korrupsionit ekonomik t\u00eb KMSH-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo mb\u00ebshtetje e nj\u00ebanshme e shtetit, q\u00eb bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me parimet e sekularizmit, ka potencuar n\u00eb KMSH ata q\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e shum\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve shihen si t\u00eb korruptuar dhe ka krijuar p\u00ebrshtypjen se shteti punon n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve. Kjo mb\u00ebshtetje shtet\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb kryesia e KMSH-s\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtoj\u00eb z\u00ebrat e imam\u00ebve t\u00eb xhamive dhe k\u00ebshillave t\u00eb xhamive duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb baz\u00ebs s\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve mos ken\u00eb z\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim n\u00eb institucionin q\u00eb supozohet se i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson.<\/p>\n<p>Ironikisht, komentator\u00eb si Mark Marku (Mapo, 22\/10\/2010) ngulin k\u00ebmb\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje nga shteti n\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhjen e llojit t\u00eb Islamit. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se mbi \u00e7&#8217;baza shteti ngre preferencat p\u00ebr imponimin se si nj\u00eb individ apo grup individ\u00ebsh besimtar\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr Zotin (teologjia) apo i luten Atij (ritualet), dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, si dhe sa mund t\u00eb arrihet praktikisht ky imponim n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e internetit. Ironikja \u00ebsht\u00eb se e gjitha kjo propozohet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, ku n\u00ebnteksti \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb sakrifikohen t\u00eb drejtat e besimtarit p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Por kushdo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i interesuar p\u00ebr demokracin\u00eb e di se demokracia selektive nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb demokraci.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb tilla propozime informohen nga nocione t\u00eb gabuara dhe mosnjohje t\u00eb problematik\u00ebs q\u00eb k\u00ebta autor\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb t\u00eb komentojn\u00eb. P\u00ebr shembull Marku, Misha, Shala e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shohin &#8216;bot\u00ebn arabe&#8217;, &#8216;islamin arab&#8217; si nj\u00eb entitet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, t\u00eb identifikuar kryesisht me &#8216;wahabizmin&#8217;. Nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb nga Maroku, n\u00eb Egjipt e Kuvajt, qindra milion\u00eb banor\u00eb, tradita fetare, shkolla teologjike, interpretime, pjes\u00eb e dinamikave fetare q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb \u00e7do fe pra, reduktohen n\u00eb &#8216;islami arab&#8217;, apo &#8216;wahabiz\u00ebm&#8217; kur \u00ebsht\u00eb se si n\u00eb shkollat teologjike ashtu si dhe n\u00eb praktikat fetare vehabizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb minoritet n\u00eb Lindjen e Mesme. Por k\u00ebta analist\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt merren nd\u00ebr shum\u00eb gj\u00ebrave t\u00eb tjera dhe me Islamin, bien n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me konkluzionet e studiuesve m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb Islamit bashk\u00ebkohor n\u00eb bot\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Teksa Marku identifikon &#8216;islamin radikal&#8217; me nj\u00eb entitet gjeografik (bot\u00ebn arabe) studiues si Olivier Roy thon\u00eb se n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, radikalizmi fetar bashk\u00ebkohor \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i &#8220;\u00e7&#8217;territorializimit t\u00eb religjiozitetit.&#8221; P\u00ebr Markun problemet e mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb jan\u00eb produkt teologjik i &#8216;islamit arab&#8217;, dhe jo i kuptuar n\u00eb kuadrin e emigracionit, politikave identitare evropiane, daljes s\u00eb partive populiste t\u00eb djathta, trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb historike t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve midis emigrant\u00ebve dhe vendeve prit\u00ebse t\u00eb ngjizura gjat\u00eb kolonializmit. <\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb qasje e till\u00eb do ishte nj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar pse debatet populiste evropiane nuk mund t\u00eb sillen t\u00eb shpjegojn\u00eb debatet p\u00ebr mysliman\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb vendali. K\u00ebto premisa b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb pas t\u00eb mundur diskursin p\u00ebr &#8216;aziatizimin&#8217; e mysliman\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb dhe gjer thirrjet publike q\u00eb atyre tu hiqet qytetaria shqiptare apo adresimi i tyre si tradhtar\u00eb! K\u00ebto tendenca esencialiste, reduktuese q\u00eb informojn\u00eb t\u00eb tilla gjykime jan\u00eb hedhur posht\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh n\u00eb shkencat sociale dhe detyrimisht nuk mund t\u00eb na ofrojn\u00eb njohje t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb fenomeneve q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb t\u00eb komentojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Duke mos njohur natyr\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen teologjike q\u00eb informon jet\u00ebn fetare t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve, ky diskurs ka kriminalizuar nj\u00eb gam\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve duke pretenduar se ata p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb rrezik komb\u00ebtar, jan\u00eb intolerant\u00eb, dhe nuk besojn\u00eb tek bashk\u00ebjetesa me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb besimeve te tjera. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsime e supozime, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura as n\u00eb studime e as n\u00eb njohje t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb komentojn\u00eb, por t\u00eb kthyera n\u00eb politika shtet\u00ebrore dhe aksioma t\u00eb mendimit shoq\u00ebror, ato rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb forma margjinalizimi dhe diskriminimi q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb e merr seriozisht demokracin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky variant interpretativ kriminalizon edhe forma t\u00eb dukshme t\u00eb devocionit si mbajtja e mjekr\u00ebs edhe pse Shqip\u00ebria ka firmosur konventa nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb njohin t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e besimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb praktikojn\u00eb dhe demonstrojn\u00eb besimin e tyre fetar. Por teksa mbajtja p\u00ebr arsye fetare e mjekr\u00ebs identifikohet me &#8216;islamin radikal, arab&#8217; dhe &#8216;t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb&#8217;, harrohet mjekra e t\u00eb ndjerit Sabri Koci. Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, duke qen\u00eb se dhe mbajtja e formave t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb dukshme devocioni p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb minoritare n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb e besimtar\u00ebve, ky model interpretimi nuk na ofron asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn d\u00ebrmuese.<\/p>\n<p>Shpesh ky kriminalizim i praktikave fetare b\u00ebhet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb sekularizmit. Shpesh me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast i apelohet dhe modelit t\u00eb Mbretit Zog. Kjo gj\u00eb tregon jo vet\u00ebm mos njohje t\u00eb fenomeneve fetar\u00eb q\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb se komentojn\u00eb k\u00ebta autor\u00eb, por dhe mos njohje t\u00eb sekularizmit. Si\u00e7 kam v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje dhe her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, duke cituar disa nga studiuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb njohur bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb q\u00eb studiojn\u00eb k\u00ebto fenomene, si Jose Casanova dhe Olivier Roy, ideja e sekularizmit ka p\u00ebsuar transformime n\u00eb k\u00ebto dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb e jo m\u00eb q\u00eb nga koha e Zogut. <\/p>\n<p>Ironikisht, t\u00eb tilla komente nga sekularist\u00eb fundamentalist\u00eb supozojn\u00eb, ashtu si dhe fundamentalist\u00ebt fetar\u00eb, se qoft\u00eb m\u00ebnyra si jetohet feja, e qoft\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e shtetit me fen\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pandryshueshme. K\u00ebsisoj ato k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb kthimin n\u00eb modele t\u00eb viteve 20-30 t\u00eb Zogut, bashk\u00ebkohore me totalitarizmin nazi-fashist.
