Fehlinger dhe Krasniqi propozojn\u00eb nj\u00eb traktat nd\u00ebrqeveritar midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb ndjekur nga ftesa Maqedonis\u00eb dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi p\u00ebr t&#8217;u bashkuar. Ata parashikojn\u00eb nj\u00eb sekretariat teknokratik p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar dhe zbatuar masa si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontrolluar veprimet e qeverive.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Deficiti tregtar gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb rritje i Kosov\u00ebs e v\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti. &#8230;Bizneset e saj t\u00eb vogla kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb tregjet rajonale. Shqip\u00ebria, Mali i Zi dhe Maqedonia mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb edhe si nxit\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn drejt Italis\u00eb, Greqis\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb&#8221;, than\u00eb ata.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Q\u00ebllimi kryesor i Maqedonis\u00eb dhe interesi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim n\u00eb integrimin n\u00eb BE, jo integrim m\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me vendet e rajonit. I pari \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i avancuar dhe m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, dhe kap\u00ebrcen barrierat e pranishme n\u00eb \u00e7do integrim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb&#8221;, tha p\u00ebr SETimesAleksandar Georgiev, z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb maqedonase. Georgiev shpjegoi se Maqedonia ka n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb tregtis\u00eb s\u00eb lir\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha vendet evropiane, si dhe me Turqin\u00eb dhe Ukrain\u00ebn &#8212; nj\u00eb treg i madh prej 600 milion\u00eb njer\u00ebzish.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kufizimi i vetes n\u00eb nj\u00eb treg prej 8 milion njer\u00ebz \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakrahasuesh\u00ebm me tregjet evropiane, sidomos q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, Mali i Zi dhe Kosova jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbuluar nga k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit&#8221;, tha Georgiev.<\/p>\n<p>Propozimi vjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb me nj\u00eb ndjeshm\u00ebri n\u00eb rritje, kur nj\u00eb diplomat veteran britanik, ish-ambasador n\u00eb Beograd Sir Ivor Roberts, propozoi rregullimin e kufijve t\u00eb Ballkanit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet organizimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb Konference t\u00eb re t\u00eb Berlinit, duke iu referuar konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb paqes t\u00eb vitit 1878 e cila stabilizoi pastaj rendin evropian.<\/p>\n<p>Kongresi Bot\u00ebror Maqedonas menj\u00ebher\u00eb hodhi posht\u00eb nj\u00eb bashkim t\u00eb ri si Beneluksi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn maqedonasit, malazez\u00ebt dhe serb\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb q\u00eb num\u00ebron 2.5 milion\u00eb, n\u00eb krahasim me 5.5 milion shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nj\u00eb bashkim i dominuar nga nj\u00eb etni tregon se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Madhe dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoj\u00eb fatin e ish-Jugosllavis\u00eb e cila ishte nj\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim p\u00ebr Serbin\u00eb e Madhe&#8221;, tha ai.<\/p>\n<p>Disa, si banori i Shkupit Bekim Berisha, 51 vje\u00e7, nuk pajtohet. &#8220;Un\u00eb jam i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr rreziqet e dominimit t\u00eb perceptuar etnik.
