Zyrtari i lart\u00eb i Gard\u00ebs tha se informacioni u kishte ardhur nga Policia e Shtetit me nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb zyrtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb thuhej se rreth or\u00ebs 16:00 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 21 janar, nj\u00eb grup prej 300-400 personash me precedent\u00eb penal\u00eb do t\u00eb grumbulloheshin n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb \u201cRrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Elbasanit\u201d dhe do t\u00eb sulmonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb parlamentin.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb udh\u00ebtonin me dy makina, nj\u00ebra me targa t\u00eb huaja e tjetra me targa Shkodre, do t\u00eb sulmonte eskort\u00ebn e kryeministrit kur t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij lajmi, jan\u00eb shtuar masat e siguris\u00eb rreth Kryeministris\u00eb, Kuvendit dhe sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Artan Hoxha shtoi se gjat\u00eb demonstrat\u00ebs ka pasur dhun\u00eb nga protestuesit, nd\u00ebrsa asnj\u00eb person i Gard\u00ebs nuk ka pasur urdh\u00ebr te q\u00eblloj\u00eb. \u201cN\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishte goditur mbi turm\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte shkaktuar nj\u00eb masak\u00ebr,\u201d ka p\u00ebrfunduar ish zv\/komandanti i Gard\u00ebs, Artan Hoxha.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, ai ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb detaje edhe n\u00eb lidhje me takimin mes tij, Ndrea Prendit dhe ish-ministrit te Brendsh\u00ebm, Lul\u00ebzim Basha, brenda ambienteve t\u00eb Kryeministris\u00eb.
