Protokolli i pazakont\u00eb q\u00eb i ndalon presidentit t\u00eb flas\u00eb n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e dor\u00ebzimit \u00ebsht\u00eb akti i fundit posht\u00ebrues q\u00eb kryeministri Berisha i b\u00ebn presidentit n\u00eb ikje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb tij politik. Ka shum\u00eb komente p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si duhet t\u00eb reagonte zoti Topi ndaj k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrdhunimi institucional, por ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhjet e veta dhe nuk dua t\u2019i komentoj.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb b\u00ebsh ndonj\u00eb koment p\u00ebrse Berisha p\u00ebrpiqet ta posht\u00ebroj\u00eb Presidentin. Ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e shtetit ton\u00eb k\u00ebto pes\u00eb vite \u00ebsht\u00eb presidenti i ri i zgjedhur, q\u00eb pranon t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb presidenc\u00eb si nj\u00eb qen i rrahur, q\u00eb i bindet t\u00eb zotit qysh dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr Bujar Nishanin.<\/p>\n<p>Ceremonia e inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion i ri n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe i treti i radh\u00ebs. Ai u promovua p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2002 nga presidenti Moisiu, i cili organizoi ceremonin\u00eb e par\u00eb t\u00eb inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit. N\u00eb vitin 1997 Berisha e braktisi presidenc\u00ebn duke marr\u00eb dhe tapetet e vjetra me vete dhe ia la \u00e7el\u00ebsat n\u00eb oborr Rexhep Mejdanit. Pra, n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre ai nuk duroi dot humbjen politike t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb pushtetit dhe nuk donte ta respektonte pasardh\u00ebsin.<\/p>\n<p>Prej vitit 1997 \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb ai ndihet president dhe nuk d\u00ebshiron po ashtu ta respektoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb po ik\u00ebn nga presidenca. Presidenti i ri duket se nuk ka asnj\u00eb fije personaliteti dhe krenarie njer\u00ebzore ta ndal\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb turp. Ashtu si\u00e7 e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb zoti as t\u00eb gjall\u00eb, as t\u00eb vdekur, si\u00e7 i duhet Sali Berish\u00ebs presidenti n\u00eb k\u00ebto koh\u00eb, ai po pranon t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ceremoni t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht atipike, ca p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sakatll\u00ebkut t\u00eb vet fizik dhe ca p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb hakmarrjes politike t\u00eb shefit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb tradit\u00ebn e inaugurimit t\u00eb president\u00ebve n\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, presidenti i ri del tek dera e jashtme e oborrit, pret presidentin e ri dhe pasi p\u00ebrfundon ceremonia, presidenti i ri e p\u00ebrcjell t\u00eb vjetrin deri jasht\u00eb der\u00ebs. K\u00ebto rite Bujar Nishani nuk i b\u00ebn dot se i duhet karroc\u00eb paraplegjiku. Ia pranojm\u00eb shkurtimin e protokollit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb ceremoniale, por kurrsesi munges\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs p\u00ebr presidentin n\u00eb ikje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit, shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb shikojn\u00eb sa e urren Sali Berisha, Bamir Topin dhe si k\u00ebrkon ta posht\u00ebroj\u00eb at\u00eb, por cila \u00ebsht\u00eb fytyra e presidentit t\u00eb ri dhe \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u2019i jap\u00eb ai politik\u00ebs. Qysh n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb presidenc\u00eb, Bujar Nishani po sillet si nj\u00eb sakat politik, i cili nuk ka as fuqin\u00eb e duhur ta ndal\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb turp. Ai na ka thirrur atje p\u00ebr t\u00eb na treguar se \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtar i nj\u00eb plaku t\u00eb lig, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb p\u00ebrdhos\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka. Sali Berisha nuk k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb posht\u00ebroj\u00eb vet\u00ebm Bamir Topin.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb gjest ai po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdhos\u00eb qysh dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb presidentin e ri t\u00eb zgjedhur, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb pal\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb akt t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb na treguar t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve se \u201cqeni q\u00eb rrihet qysh kulish\u201d, do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebn. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjest posht\u00ebrues mbi t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebr presidentin e ri, p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb pranon t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ceremoni, q\u00ebllimi kryesor i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb posht\u00ebrimi i atij q\u00eb ik\u00ebn dhe inkriminimi i k\u00ebtij q\u00eb vjen. Bujar Nishani e ka pranuar k\u00ebt\u00eb fat si person i paaft\u00eb fizikisht, politikisht dhe moralisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb president dinjitoz i k\u00ebtij vendi. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e mjaftueshme q\u00eb un\u00eb ta gris ftes\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ceremoni dhe ta hedh n\u00eb koshin e plehrave.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk kemi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb se si Berisha nd\u00ebshkon ata q\u00eb nuk i binden dhe si p\u00ebrdor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb sh\u00ebmti ushtar\u00ebt e rinj p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb prova t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb dinjitetit qysh dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb n\u00eb presidenc\u00eb. Ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ceremoni p\u00ebr nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb posht\u00ebrimi ndaj nj\u00eb presidenti q\u00eb ik\u00ebn n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00eb presidenti q\u00eb nuk e di ende se \u00e7\u2019do b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb ato zyra pasi nuk ka agjend\u00ebn dhe personalitetin e tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Zoti Topi duket se nuk ka nd\u00ebrmend ta b\u00ebj\u00eb as si Berisha m\u00eb 1997, q\u00eb nuk pranoi ta priste n\u00eb zyr\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsin, dhe as t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfill\u00eb protokollin e imponuar nga Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Natyra e tij viskoze dhe e duruar e g\u00eblltit k\u00ebt\u00eb gjest posht\u00ebrues t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs me iden\u00eb se qytetar\u00ebt do t\u00eb din\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb diferenc\u00ebn, por presidenti i ri q\u00eb pranon t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb zyr\u00eb duke posht\u00ebruar paraardh\u00ebsin vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb qejfin Sali Berish\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb i duhet q\u00ebndruar larg.
