Me njer\u00ebz q\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb komunikim qytetar, por edhe me t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb shfaqur nj\u00eb fizionomi jo qytetare. Un\u00eb e shikoj k\u00ebt\u00eb pes\u00ebvje\u00e7ar me nj\u00eb bilanc shum\u00eb pozitiv. Bilanc q\u00eb nuk i shkon nj\u00eb emri, por i shkon shtetit shqiptar. K\u00ebshtu, un\u00eb ndjehem krenar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tashm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se Presidenca nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb stacioni i fundit n\u00eb karrier\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Bamir Topit.
