N\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, klasa politike n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e zonja t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb si dikur p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb popullit, q\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb protagonist\u00eb letrar\u00eb dhe artistik\u00eb, apo dhe t\u00eb mendimit humanist dhe politik t\u00eb thekur si dikur. Si fjalimet e Fisht\u00ebs dikur, apo akoma m\u00eb her\u00ebt t\u00eb Kol Mjed\u00ebs, apo dhe t\u00eb Gurakuqit, Harapit, Pip\u00ebs, Koliqit, Dra\u00e7init apo Bushatit, dhe po t\u00eb shtyhemi akoma m\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shum\u00eb e shum\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve politik\u00eb, kan\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm forc\u00ebn, por sidomos intelektualizmin protagonist n\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar dhe prononcuar publike.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka krahasim as me pjes\u00ebn komuniste t\u00eb fillimit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb edhe ato kishin pjes\u00ebn botuese dhe intelektuale. Pra kishim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim me nj\u00eb prodhim t\u00eb mir\u00eb intelektual shkodran, q\u00eb lexonin dhe shkruanin, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb qytetin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh at\u00ebhere shqiptar dhe sot m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb veriut epiqend\u00ebr politike dhe kulture, por edhe ekonomike si pasoj\u00eb. Vitet 1870-1900, pastaj 1906-1920 e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn vatr\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs dhe diplomacis\u00eb shqiptare. Intektualisht n\u00eb vitit 1930, edhe pse i polemizuar, Migjeni \u00ebsht\u00eb kulmi i artit t\u00eb guximsh\u00ebm dhe modern. Vasa dhe Bori\u00e7i jan\u00eb element\u00ebt e leximit dhe shkrimeve t\u00eb larta dhe nuk ka nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebr komente t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>Tani m\u00eb duhet t\u00eb autokritikoj dhe autod\u00ebnoj si shkodran nj\u00eb pasmbetje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Ajo nuk reflekton m\u00eb as oratoriz\u00ebm, as let\u00ebrsi, as politike t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, dhe as inteletualiz\u00ebm t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb si qytet dhe rreth, dhe akoma m\u00eb keq, nuk b\u00ebn as hije n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. E gjitha kjo, ka ardhur n\u00eb saj t\u00eb mediokritetit dhe t\u00eb kompleksit fajtor n\u00eb saj, t\u00eb mos leximit dhe reflektimit intelektual n\u00eb munges\u00eb. Shkodr\u00ebs i ka r\u00ebn\u00eb pesha specifike si qytet i madh dhe kulturor i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, sepse politikisht nuk ka gjeneruar n\u00eb sasi dhe cil\u00ebsi individ\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe me pesh\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn dhe shkrimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk gjen fjali dhe sentenca t\u00eb larta, nuk shikon protagoniz\u00ebm largpam\u00ebs dhe garues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00ebqoft\u00ebse ju dini ma thoni se dua ta di!? S\u00eb paku t\u00eb lexoj t\u00eb shkruar\u00ebn e tyre dhe nuk e kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr facebook-un. U gjenerua, \u00ebsht\u00eb e th\u00ebn\u00eb e but\u00eb p\u00ebr klas\u00ebn politike shkodrane, sepse n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht fjala \u201cu katapultua\u201d dhe normalisht katapultimi b\u00ebhet nga ato q\u00eb nuk duan Shkodr\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00eblqej\u00eb me protagonizmin e saj. Ato q\u00eb nuk e duan Shkodr\u00ebn e madhe dhe kulturore, zakonisht jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb nga jugu i thon\u00eb \u201cshkod\u00ebrjan\u00eb\u201d dhe nga veriu i thon\u00eb \u201cshkodru\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>I kemi d\u00ebgjuar edhe pse Shkodra i ka brohoritur disa. E klasa politike shkodrane e sotme, \u00ebsht\u00eb skllave e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb till\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb timonin e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Jan\u00eb katapultuar njer\u00ebz (jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb) q\u00eb nuk i kan\u00eb shkuar si lexim nj\u00eb libri deri n\u00eb fund. Nuk kan\u00eb botuar dhe nuk kan\u00eb marr\u00eb mundimin t\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb nj\u00eb esse, nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, sa do t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Mor po asgj\u00eb fare, asgj\u00eb! Mir\u00ebpo k\u00ebta, duke pasur forc\u00eb, pastaj kan\u00eb mbushur zyrat me po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin model, kan\u00eb mbushur universitetin n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, me modele protagonizmi llafazan, nd\u00ebr tavolina dhe kafe.<\/p>\n<p>Protagonist\u00ebt llomotit\u00ebs t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr \u201cvrasin koh\u00ebn me thashetheme p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri tjetrin, dhe p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn, hapen se medemek fusin dor\u00ebn n\u00eb xhep, dhe presin mos t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb viktim\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar kafet\u201d. Nuk meritojn\u00eb t\u2019ju nxjerr\u00ebsh qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb kafe kaq derdimen\u00eb jan\u00eb! Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb serioz\u00eb dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb ti vlej\u00eb normalisht shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm momentit dhe vetes s\u00eb tyre. Rrezja e shikimit t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl se e kalit kur i v\u00ebn\u00eb ato llapat n\u00eb sy! Nuk lejojn\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb dikush i ditur, i instruktuar dhe i mir\u00eb kopsitur n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb ligjit, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb em\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb pun\u00ebt, si n\u00eb qytet dhe n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/p>\n<p>Po klasa politike si djathtas dhe majtas n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb shembull protagonizmi q\u00eb nuk lexon dhe nuk shkruan, por d\u00ebrd\u00ebllis gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn dhe merr n\u00ebp\u00ebr goj\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, duke qen\u00eb vet\u00eb fundi i saj. Protagonizmi m\u00eb idiot n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb ai n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, kur mashtrimi me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht par\u00ebsore. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb klasa n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi politike e qytetit t\u00eb talentuar dhe \u201cdjep i kultur\u00ebs\u201d por q\u00eb sikund\u00ebr thon\u00eb sot n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr \u201cmbeti vazhdimisht n\u00eb djep, dhe nuk u rrit kurr\u00eb\u201d. Prandaj kur flasin dhe tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebrralla, jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb nga bi\u00e7ikleta dhe deri te raketat.<\/p>\n<p>Po, kan\u00eb kryer gjith\u00e7ka k\u00ebto llafazan\u00eb dhe protagonist\u00eb t\u00eb mashtrimit intelektual. Njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb lexuar nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr dhe po ti d\u00ebgjosh \u201ct\u00eb vjen keq se b\u00ebmat e tyre meritojn\u00eb Nobel\u201d. Jan\u00eb mashtrues t\u00eb klasit sip\u00ebror dhe t\u00eb pakonkurruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrrallaxhinj!! Po t\u00eb b\u00ebsh bised\u00eb me to, m\u00ebson se \u201ckur Kolombi vuri k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, pa nj\u00ebrin prej tyre duke mashtruar indigjen\u00ebt dhe m\u00ebsoi i shkreti dhe ai t\u00eb mashtronte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por absolutisht jan\u00eb injorant\u00eb t\u00eb pandreqsh\u00ebm (jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb) dhe aspak t\u00eb qart\u00eb, n\u00eb se do t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb protagonizmin e tyre g\u00ebnjeshtar. Nuk ndalen asnj\u00ebher\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe b\u00ebr\u00eb mashtrime dhe protagoniz\u00ebm idiot. Kur kan\u00eb dhe dy lek\u00eb n\u00eb xhep, at\u00ebhere shikon protagonizmin jo vet\u00ebm injorant, por edhe kapadai. E qyteti vazhdon me dekada ti duroj\u00eb dhe nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb krah, jo, jan\u00eb absolutisht n\u00eb t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebt. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Shkodra po humbet gar\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb intelektuale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Po e humbet, sepse nuk e l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb xhuxhmaxhuxh\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit, dhe protagonist\u00eb t\u00eb servilizmit, mediokritetit dhe arroganc\u00ebs ndaj atyre m\u00eb posht\u00eb, me pushtet dhe rrethana politike. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb turp i madh p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shkodrane sot. Turp, sepse nuk e lejon t\u00eb ket\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, art n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, skena t\u00eb larta, nuk e lejon t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb shkrimtare dhe letrar\u00eb, dhe po ashtu edhe kompozitor\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Edhe kur dalin sepse Shkodra nxjerr pa fund, ikin, ikin nga syt\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt, sepse tarikati i injorant\u00ebve i lufton p\u00ebr dit\u00eb. At\u00eb q\u00eb punon dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebhet protagonist i dijes, k\u00ebta e luftojn\u00eb ashp\u00ebr dhe fort.<\/p>\n<p>Akoma Shkodra nuk po del nga ky tunel i keq ku ka r\u00ebn\u00eb politikisht. Edhe ajo pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e politik\u00ebs q\u00eb di dhe shikon, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shurdhe dhe qorre, nuk reagon sepse e marrin \u201chopa\u201d t\u00eb till\u00eb delenxhij dhe arrogant\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe shkodran\u00eb, por dhe n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb vogla.
